Dionne at the front desk was GREAT!!! She was welcoming, courteous, and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking right outside the door! A great value, a great stay.

We stayed here for a soccer tournament. Hotel itself seemed a bit rundown and the AC in multiple rooms was ridiculously loud and made weird noises. But ice machines worked great and the breakfast area was never too packed. Walking distance to every shopping area and Dave and Busters.

My wife watched a drug deal go down outside of client laundry. No accomodation for a slight early checking. workout room closed even while at checking was told that “it was available “. Men loitering in cars in parking lot with loud music late into the evening(drugs?)

Property is fine. However they lie about providing shuttle service, when I first called they said they provided free shuttle services up to a certain hour when I got there they suddenly didn't have shuttle services anymore. On expedia it says shuttle service provided but when you call to get picked up they say they don't have shuttle services at all. The front desk is rude. My family member called with an emergency to get in touch with me and because she didn't know the room number they refused to look me up on the system and transfer the call. Horrible service. Lie about services offered. Such a shame because the location is good. Front desk was rude and not helpful

Don’t stay here. The place smells musty, the room was not clean at all! My ten year old son opens the drawer to check if there is a bible and finds a floppy disc and a little blue pill! Yes I said a floppy disc.. from like 30 years ago. The pill turned out to be some kind of depression medication, I flushed it down the toilet. Did not feel comfortable at all and luckily was only staying one night.

The very first night I found four roaches in the bathroom adjust it with the night management was told I would be moved to a different room in the morning and they would call me to let me know when my new room was ready and that exterminators were going to come none of that happened on the second night I found three more so I then went and sprayed my own room since they couldn't be bothered with it I was told pest control was coming on the third day and that I would get moved to another room again did not happen so when I complained and asked for a refund I was told that I would get money back for my deposit I said no I want money back because this room is disgusting I'm going to have to basically throw away everything that is entered the room because I cannot take a chance of bringing roaches back to my house was never given a refund management is horrible place should be shut down

On my first night there I encountered four cockroaches in my bathroom I brought it to attention to the night manager showed her the pictures was assured that in the morning I would be moved and that pest control would come and they would contact me morning came I was never moved no pest control ever came so I left for the day when I returned again that evening I found six cockroaches scoring around my bathroom at that point I pointed it out to management again and was told an employee was leaving and that I could get that room once they had it cleaned which again did not happen instead no one came to clean my room no one came to deal with the bugs I was not giving a refund I was not moved overall horrible

Front desk was very helpful but from the get go it was a disaster. There was no indication of a deposit required. I prepaid online and it was a last minute trip so we didn’t budget in a deposit. The first room she put us in was a little musky smelling—no big deal— but as soon as we turned in the lights BAM roaches went crawling everywhere — the wall, the floor, the ceiling EVERYWHERE!!! Front desk immediately switched us to another room and it was MUCH BETTER!!! She seemed genuinely sorry and embarrassed about the situation.

Upon check in, my first room had cockroaches in the bed, bathroom and behind the nightstand. The front desk sent me to a second room that had an actively running ozone machine which is toxic to humans, the third room I was given had bed bugs. After one night's sleep in the third room, I had bites all over my hands and head. I found live bed bugs in my pillow, under the sheet at the head of the bead and on my clothes. I had to bag all of my things, wash & dry them and relocate to a fourth and final room.

The room we had was clean but there was alot of dead bugs in the bathroom along the wall.Our room had 3 cockroaches running up and down the wall. We ended up changing rooms but was a pain to lug all our belongings from downstairs to upstairs. I ended up leaving before scheduled due to car problems. I did get a refund for days we didnt used but doubt if we would go there again. We also received 50% off the one night due to the roaches.

The staff was wonderful. The rooms were not the best...carpet was sticky and dirty. When we walked on the carpet barefoot...we looked at the bottom of our feet it was dirty from the carpet (we kept our sandals on after that). The bathroom was okay, in terms of water pressure and temp of water. The towels had stains on them as well as the sheets. We went and purchased our own towels to use and wash cloths. The refrigerator had food from other occupants in the freezer part. The room was dusty and moist(humidity). There was no de-humidifier to deal with all the humidity in the room. There seemed to be a lot of transient people staying there...hence the loud noises at night outside of our room. We didn't feel safe and was concerned our rental car would get stolen/vandalized. The general area around outside of the hotel was fabulous...lots of major stores and shops, as well as places to eat. The highway was close to the hotel, which was a plus. Overall, I would not stay there again, but I would stay in the general area of the hotel (there were many more reputable hotels in the area). Couldn't wait to get out of there.

Acceptable for the price but barely. Fairly dated room but overall clean. Some wear and tear here and there. In a decent/safe area right at jct of 2 interstates. Walls are pretty thin and for some reason they allowed loud music playing till 3am. Not a USB plug to be found (except in old flat screen) and outlet hookup meant moving furniture.

They were pressure washing outside of my room, very loud & dirt left on front of my car. Had to call maintenance about mini frig. The coffee maker was missing the piece that holds the coffee pod. The bed was clean and comfy and the staff were very nice!!

Room was clean but only enough soap and shampoo for one person in a double occupancy room. No coffee makers in thevrooms but wasvtold I could request one. Also the pillows were very uncomfortable.

It looks sketchy when you drive up. We got here at midnight. Check in was closed so there was a sign to knock or call. We did both. Took 5 minutes for her to come unlock the door (no one answered the main line we called) after banging on the door. She made us feel like we were an inconvenience. And unfortunately we are booked for another night. I expected so much more from a Wyndham property. There were holes in the walls, you couldn’t close the bathroom door, caulking, plaster and or paint on the floors due to someone trying to repair said holes. Stains on the sheets. Tried to turn on the heat last night and the smell was horrible and nauseating. 2 child sized towels and 1 wash cloth in a double queen room. Pillows also uncomfortable but I brought my own. Smoke alarm not working (no status light) I booked two nights but the key quit working after one. I had to go back today and get it reprogrammed. The girl that helped today was very good and apologetic for all the things wrong in the room. Her name is Sinara.

I do not recommend staying here. I was never told about a large deposit per room. I had booked 2 rooms for 2 nights and recieved the email about the deposit once the booking was confirmed. Ive never had to pay a deposit when using a card at any other hotel. When paying cash yes ive heard of leaving a deposit until check out and verifying everything was good but when using a card thats why they save the info incase there is any damages. And in the notice about the deposit it states they have up to 14 days to return. In this day the way the economy is why would i just leave them a decent amount of money until they want to return it. The whole reason of using apps to book is to help save money not spend more. Anyways i tried to cancel due to this expedia said i couldnt. My husband whose name was on the reservations went to the location immediately and told them we wanted to cancel due their deposit policy and they ended up charging us per room which is actually more than their nightly rate. I emailed the location and also filed a claim to expedia and they refused to refund me the money. I understand that they have this policy what i dont think is fair is that i was not informed until AFTER booking. So basically they stole from me and refuse to refund it and expedia wont help either. EDITED TO REMOVE AMOUNTS BECAUSE IT WAS FLAGGED

Room was not ready, and was booked 3 months in advance. They gave us key cards, went to room and cleaned was still cleaning at 4:15. Had appointment at 4:15 to be at. Ended up booking at another motel. Check in was at 3, we arrived at 3:15.

Th breakfast was very good, including warm, hard-boiled eggs for a protein choice. The beds were comfortable, and we never heard any noise from neighbors or outside. Convenient location to shopping and traveling the interstate. I left some clothing in the room by accident, and the manager was so kind to package and mail to me with the prepaid USPS label I provided. It was so nice to see this level of service from the hotel. Definitely on my list of favorites for affordability too!

Love the staff here for the entire property. This was our second stay and will be back before we get an apartment. Special shout outs to Mike and the room staff, Denicea, Anna, and Dionne for being excellent and patient with us at all times.

UNSAFE area. Drive up to room and hardly any parking. Locals living there and taking breakfast to others in cats oitside. Music loud at 11pm on a Saturday night.. no clean. No service or towels for 3 days? Just so sad i sta wd here. Thoight baymont was better. Not here.

Booked on short notice and price was very reasonable..great location for shopping and eating out …. If you’re looking for a place to rest and shower while attending events for the weekend I highly recommend but if your looking to spend lots of time in a room for a get away this may not be for you but it served my purpose greatly as I was attending high school playoff games Friday and Saturday instead of making the 6 hour round trip 2 days in a row

Area around the hotel was pretty run down, lots of homeless hanging around the general area, didn\'t feel particularly safe walking to dinner alone right down the street. Kind of a back alley area where no other businesses operated until you were out on the main road, and it showed by the local "encampment" and homeless guy digging in the hotel dumpster. Check in was fine, room seemed clean until I tried to plug in my phone charger (no USB plus anywhere) and found old bottle caps and dust bunnies/dirt behind the nightstand. Very old rooms, nothing has been updated in YEARS, but you kinda get what you pay for, too. I didn\'t get breakfast but saw there were some offerings. Room was quiet, was fine for a night when I needed a budget place to sleep.

My room was on the back side and warehouses were in back. Every night between 2 and 4 AM garbage trucks would roll in to empty dumpsters and wake me up. Coming back at night in the dark, I several times witnessed groups of people by the warehouses using drugs (marijuana, at least, which I could smell). Felt unsafe until I got from my car to my room and locked the door. Room itself had no kleenex, 1 lamp didn't work and the toilet barely flushed. Everything was old and rundown, like they just didn't care. I was happy to check out.
