I've staid here twice. I usually have a lot of luggage as I'm going camping the next 3 days, so I like the convenience of a motel and pulling up to your room. The rooms are really clean and nice. They have renovated the motel in the last few years. It's only 1 1/2 miles to downtown and really close to 385. There is a sports bar across the street and a Harris Teeter down the road. Great value.

Small motel near downtown Greenville. Decent breakfast buffet with lots of options. Lots of parking. Good sports bar across the busy local 4-lane. Would recommend for a night or two but not an extended stay.

We were so disappointed in this hotel! The carpets were damp on bare feet and smelled like dog urine and mold. The other room they offered us was upstairs where it was too difficult for me to access with no elevator. The coke machine and ice machine were not working. Our bathroom had very low water pressure in the sinks and a large piece of the wall covering missing in front of the toilet. The shower worked well and the beds were comfortable.

An older property that has been renovated. Very easy to drive or Uber to downtown.. only a few minutes away. I would stay here again. The price was reasonable, the inside of the room seemed new and clean, and they offered complimentary breakfast and housekeeping daily.

Fridge didn’t work, ice machine out of order, bed very soft. Room was clean. This is a motel, not a boutique hotel. Could hear the tv and people walking upstairs along with any one talking in the parking lot. Zero insulation. Staff was kind and allowed early check in.

Bed was comfortable memory foam. The room was clean and modern. Bathroom was clean shower was hot. Hot breakfast and good coffee. The only negative thing was that we were down wind of the gazebo where everyone was smoking pot. We couldn't smell it in the room, but when we opened the door, it was intense. Pretty revine in the back of the property with a stream and lots of birds singing. Nice staff too.

The rug in the room was a little dirty as evidenced by my socks were dirty walking in the room. Maybe clean the carpet? Bed was comfy though. Shower head not so great, this needs to be replaced with a larger one and something that water comes out with a better force.

There was blood on the lamp shade, as well as, blood on the walls and shower of the bathroom. The lock to the room was broke. The shower wall was broke with cracking and the towel rack was broken off the wall. The motel refused a refund and the manager has yet to respond to email or phone calls.

The room had dirty furniture. There was hand prints and stains on the walls. The only towel in the room was dirty, we had to go ask for clean towels. The shower had cracks and very poor water pressure. There was grim built up on the toilet flush button. There was peeling on the minifridge and shower dial. The walls were very thin so it was hard to sleep with all the noise. We got there around midnight and left that morning but it was the worst place ive ever stayed at. I was too tired to try and find somewhere else to get a few hours of sleep.

Although its an old 70's style hotel with outdoor walkways and stairs, the attractive looking front added at some point makes it appear modern in the photos.The rooms are clean and smelled good and everything in them great condition or updated (like the big shower and barn door to bathroom). Breakfast was well presented and tended. Nicer than every other value hotel I stayed in this year, which has been a half dozen of them.

Very well redone hotel with really comfortable memory foam beds. Very clean. All new. Attention to detail and great service as well as well run hotel. Only downside is noise. Thin outer wall and ceiling. Stay on the second floor to reduce noise.

The carpet was torn in a few places and wasn’t clean The king mattress was bad! I had to sleep in the middle of the bed so my back wouldn’t hurt!! Breakfast was great, nice modern appearance to motel and very convenient to down town Greenville .

The front desk service, the room, and the breakfast were all fine. Our only real complaint was the traffic noise that made it seem like the passing cars on the highway were right outside our door, and we were in a room at the back of the building! And, because we were close to their dumpster, when the trash truck came at 5 a.m., it woke us up.

The room smelled like bleach when we first entered the room. Bathroom was remodeled and very clean. Bed was low. It was a mattress setting on a frame. No box spring. The carpet was old and our pajamas smelled musty when we got home and so did my CPAP. If they added a box spring to the bed and replaced the carpet, the room would be perfect. It included a coffee pot, small microwave and refrigerator.

This hotel is safe, clean, and a good value for the price. The bed is very comfortable as well but the hotel is noisy at night. We could hear the people above us, beside us and outside as well pretty loudly. If you're ok with that, by all means book it but if you are a light sleeper, it will disturb you. Don't expect the staff to go out of their way for you either. You get what's in the hotel description but not a bit more. I asked for creamer for coffee and they said no because it was outside of breakfast hours. Thats just stingey and shows poor customer service. The location is convenient and this is still a Good value in Greenville.

I travel a lot and this hotel was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk lady was extremely rude. One day I get back to the hotel ready to relax and all the linens had been stripped from the bed and it was hours before they replaced them. The next day I told them I didn’t need service and they barged in my room after telling them I didn’t need service and asked that I leave the room. Felt very uncomfortable at this hotel.

Not sure tif it he owner/manager who checked us in (and I hope not!) but she was not very welcoming. It costs you nothing to say hello and smile. You have a job because of customers like us. The lady in housekeeping however was wonderful!! Always a giant smile and a big hello! Promote that woman! She saved you from getting 2 stars from me.

TRAVELER BE AWARE . . . The multiple signs at the front desk and the breakfast area that say, "The room will be charged $10 for plates taken out of the breakfast area" does not mean "plates". Due to food allergies, we could not eat most of the breakfast items, so we decided to skip the breakfast, take 2 bananas and get on the road. We were charged $10 for the 2 bananas even thought we did not eat breakfast. Also, the bed was an overused memory foam type that sagged toward the middle.

Reception at the facility at check in was cold - even angry. The woman that checked me in was in an angry mood - so I wrote it off to one night; however, later in the week she exhibited terrible anger even though I paid her bills/salary. If she works for the chain she should not be there. If she owns this location, I wonder how the business is doing.

The bed was a thick piece of foam on a box spring which sank to the floor when you sat or layed on the bed. Checkout attendant tried to charge me $10 for 1 mini muffin and 1 clementine on my last day because I did not have time to eat in their dinning area. Mind you I did not eat breakfast one time on my 3 day stay and I only grabbed something this morning because I was running late to work. I feel like I had paid for 1 mini muffin and a clementine when I had to practically sleep on the floor for 3 days. Will never return or recommend to anyone!

This was an absolutely adorable property on the outskirts of downtown Greenville… About a three minute cab ride to everything downtown. Front desk was absolutely wonderful. Rooms are brand new very good breakfast and very reasonable price no reason to stay anywhere else. This place was great for a quick getaway to Greenville!

What was unique about the property was having to be buzzed in to the "breakfast area".... In fact, anytime you enter the building you have to be buzzed in.... I guess the neighborhood must be really bad? There were people out in the parking lot making noise and smoking right outside my room until close to midnight.

This hotel is terrible. Checked in on Saturday night in the rain. Owner refused to honor booking, told me to leave, that there would be no charge. Guess what? Charge appeared on my credit card. Incredibly rude and in a bad neighborhood.

Stayed for a quick girls trip. Very basic property, has only what you need. Great price! We were thrilled at the level of cleanliness and how quite the property is. It was a little further from downtown than expected, but still very close to most things. Will stay again if in the area.

Location and affordability describe this hotel best. Located within a 5 minute drive to downtown Greenville makes this a great place to stay. Great rate makes it the hotel to choose. It was clean and had a nice breakfast. The only con for me was that the mattress was like a marshmallow. I did sleep well though. I will return here when visiting Greenville again.

It was an updated room by poor contractors. The location is horrible. All you hear at night is the traffic. The Monday night (2:39 am) dumpster slams were a plus.

I have stayed here a few times in the past. Clean! Safe! The carpet was a little work and breakfast was almost nonexistent. They were out of everything on the hot menu. No eggs! No biscuits! Service is great!

The staff was closing the breakfast 30 min before breakfast was done. I felt like the lady was watching me to finish. I didn't like that. Also why couldn't you bring back your food to room. I am paying for a service, I should be able to do what I want. Also some people didn't speak English at all, so that was frustrating. The showers and bathrooms were cracked, floors torn up. They need to renovate that place a little.
