All bed clothes were stained and dirty looking. Staff were nice. No coffee or breakfast. The area was nice with great restaurants options.

W alked in to a dirty room floor, mirror not cleaned toothpaste on counter in bathroom and not real fitted sheets on bed. The bed waa lumpy and shaggy

The young man greeted me when I arrived and was great, the door to my room was having issues locking the first day and I was unable to lock the door the 2nd , I used the latch on the inside to keep my door locked and I reported it to the older man at the desk who seemed indifferent

Room was clean and fine. The heater worked VERY well. We could not turn the thermostat down and it stayed 80 the whole time. Also parking was a big challenge. The lot had lots of snow that covered the parking spots. The rear of the property was the worst. I almost slid into the trash dumpster
