Bathroom in our room was a disaster uneven tiles on the floor the shower stall looked like it was being held together by plaster the shower knob just spun in circles so it took a very long time to figure out the temperature control for each shower someone took!

Need to repair bathroom tub and wall need to cleans bugs. Need to replace new sheets and blanket and smell the room. Also Laundry dryer was discussing Vent never clean.

Staff members are very friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast, efficient and the fastest of any hotel where I have stayed. The hotel was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a variety of choices. The hotel provided a list of nearby restaurants and activities. It is an easy drive from Harrisburg airport (MDT) and there is plenty of free parking. I plan to stay here again next year for our annual family reunion. It is an excellent choice in the Lancaster area.
