Comfort Inn South - Springfield

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The mini fridge had someone else's stuff left behind, so most likely the room was not cleaned thoroughly.

Jet tub was too deep to get in and out of when taking a shower. Doors to bath were louver and swung out into a small room. Air conditioner was bit working properly.

Nice Hotel! But beds are very uncomfortable to us. Too hard for our liking . Other than that great place to stay!

Hot tub hasn't been operational since ive been here. Almost 30 days.

Had breakfast there for 3 mornings and each time the sausages were cold, you had to dig to the very bottom to find hot ones. Otherwise the breakfast wasn't too bad. The pool/hot tub were very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. In my room the water pressure was poor for the shower. The staff was very friendly. I would stay here again and I would recommend it to others.
