This place was extremely noisy. Our room butted up to the stairwell and you could continuously hear people going up and down the stairs all night long and morning long. Their elevator was out so it made the traffic worse. We could hear the people above us walking around like we were in an old home. I said something to the front desk about the noise and they said sorry but there is nothing they can do since I booked it through Expedia. Their breakfast was awful as well. We only ate the yogurt.

Our room was dirty. Having many stays in Hampton hotels. This was the worst property I've ever stayed at. Furnishings were worn out. Dust on the headboards and elsewhere. Toilet was dirty. And after looking at another room, it was no better.

While in the bathroom, I could hear the person in the bathroom above me pooping as if they were in a stall next to me. Both nights I was there, I laid awake, listening to the people above me walk back-and-forth with the ceiling creaking…they were loudly up late, multiple times during the night, and up early. The room to one side of me had a snorer that felt like I was in the same room with and the person on the other side of me had a CPAP machine. When I go to a hotel, I just want two things: it’s clean and the bed is comfortable enough/quiet enough to sleep. This hotel was clean, the staff was nice, the bed was average, but it was definitely not quiet.
