Hotel was in need of attention. room wasn't clean, the door to the bathroom kept bumping into the toilet, the bath tissue holders were broken and falling off the holder no elevator had to climb stairs with our luggage breakfast was good, nice area, easy to find, close to highways

Very friendly and helpful staff. It’s appears to be an older property and is a bit worn and run down looking. The parking lot and ground level was trashy and needs maintenance. Our toilet didn’t work properly. Room was clean but worn looking.

Not a bad place for a cheap price. Walls are thin and rooms are small but you get a fridge and microwave in the rooms, they have free laundry, a decent breakfast and they are pet friendly

Very nice little pool. Our kids loved it. Staff got us a pair of rooms overlooking the pool, which was great. Breakfast choice wasn't the most extensive, but it was good and there were plenty of hot sausages and scrambled eggs.

Friday - Non smoking room with cig burns on tub, bonus touch of black mold in bathroom and lamp not working Saturday - let desk know, no one came by Sunday - cleaning finally came did not make beds, add toilet paper (one roll empty) and favorite left without pulling door shut. Returned hours later to opening door without card. Pool needs maintenance and cleaned, when in water saw cig butt floating Monday - in shower hand touched side of shower, yuck Go ahead and pay more to stay somewhere decent

Place seemed run down. Bathroom so small the door rubbed against the toilet. The tub filled with water while taking a shower because it didn't drain properly. Even though we had a non smoking room the smell of cigarette smoke was the first thing I noticed when we checked in and the housekeepers sit outside the rooms and smoke during their breaks. There must be cats wondering around the area at night because when we opened our door to go to breakfast there was the overwhelming smell of cat spray. We checked out early and went to another hotel.

It was dirty, smelled like cigarettes, and had roaches running across your feet. I understand it’s a motel, but L A ord have mercy! Breakfast was good and staff was very friendly! There was also mold on top of the bathroom ceiling, which can possibly pose a threat to peoples health! 1 star seriously!

There is NO way this should be rated as high as it is. It is OLD and the rooms STINK!! Everything felt dirty. Do not expect a clean feeling room. Yuck! My toddlers feet were black after walking around for a short period of time.

Cobwebs, animal smell and stains on the sheets. There was also something that looked like a camera in the room, we put it in the drawer and I let the staff know they needed to look at it. Will not stay there again.

The bad news is the room had a terrible sour smell. The good news is, you get used to it. The bad news is, if you leave the room you have to get used to it every time you come back. The bathtub did not hold water and flooded the bathroom floor as it leaked out. I do not recommend walking on the carpet barefoot. The security lock was broken on the door and someone came by and jiggled the handle at about 4:30am in the morning. Scary. The positivess: They have breakfast in the lobby and the beds were clean.

I was there as a last minute need when I was missing a key to a property i was visiting and it was too late to get another copy. The manager did make arrangements for me to check in even after 11PM and everyone was very friendly. The room was appalling. The carpet was torn and filthy. The curtains full of rips and holes. The peephole was stuffed with toilet paper with the inside eyepiece missing. The sidewalk outside smelled of urine and the room smelled terrible as well. The bed linens were at least clean looking so I sucked it up and slept there for the night because i just needed a roof over my head for the night. No idea how this place qualifies as high a rating as it seems to get but I wont be returning.

Lots of noise, from other guests coughing all night, other guests running on walkway and slamming doors. Noise from the road. Very thin walls and windows. Counter tops were dirty and the fixtures in the bathroom area were starting to rust. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Our door would not lock. It took a bit for someone to get to the room but they got us moved to a new room where the door did lock. They were very kind. I was surprised they weren’t aware of the door not working since I would think they’d check that when readying rooms but was glad to have a different room that was safe.

It was just okay. Noise from the roads outside were bad kids with loud mufflers. The room was okay. The bathroom had great bars for the handicapped but getting into the restroom was a little difficult with the wheels of the walker as there was a lip that was high. Also for someone who needs to get into the bath it was difficult as it was to high for someone to lift there leg(stroke survivor). Also the shower head was great for someone who sits on a chair. For those of us who can get in and out okay the shower head was a good foot shorter then me when standing. Very difficult to wash hair. This property is nice but it really needs to rethink there ADA rooms.

Our bed was HORRIBLY uncomfortable and very noisey evey time we moved. Room was clean but was very humid even with the air on ( things felt a little damp all the time). Air blee very cold. Breakfast was fair in taste, but at least was more than continental. Overall the place served its purpose, but i would stay somewhere else next time.

This was rated an 8 on Expedia. It is a old motel. It smells musty, carpet dirty and riped, knobs off things in room stains all over comforter. I felt like I needed disinfectant after walking in 2 different rooms. We left and didn’t stay. The lady in the office acted like she never went in to the rooms. She was rude when asking about refund. She was rude when I went in the first time. She gave me another room. Her name was Tamara. In her defense I am sure she deals with this several times a day. I only checked in because there was a no refund on Expedia. I did end up getting a refund. It looks like an hourly motel. It was $111.00 a night. I recommend spending an extra $45 and going to LaQuinta.

The price of the stay was more than the amount quoted on Expedia. The cable/television didn\'t work for my entire stay. I informed the front desk three times. The responses were, Soon after I checked in. "Lot\'s of guests have complained about that. I think we are having a software problem." Three hours later. "Have you tried unplugging it." The next morning "Yeah, that happens." When I asked if anyone had even called their provider or actually done anything to solve the problem "I don\'t know" Also, the shower is only 4 feet high, I pretty much had to shower on my knees. I\'ve stayed here before because the price is the best in town, and it\'s clean. It was the utter lack of interest in fixing the problem that I find unacceptable.

The staff was friendly. The maintenance man was very helpful. He fixed the TV in the room. The storms knocked out the TV and the front desk lady did not know how to fix the problem. The beds were fine. Now for the issues. The continental breakfast was poor. The a/c worked but was noisy. The cleaning staff did not make the beds, give us fresh towels, empty the trash or basically did nothing. The place outside needs repairs. We notice in the room we were in there is a wall input behind the TV that looked unsafe.

I checked in at 7 pm on 09/13 and was given keys ( cards ) for room 127. Did not go directly to the room as i was meeting my son and his family in Branson. Got back to the hotel around midnight as we had to go back to airport for luggage that was left in Atlanta. Went up to room 127 and keys did not work, tried it seversl times. Someone inside opened the curtains and yelled " you have the wrong room". Went back downstains and had to call for someone, finally a man named Aidan came to the desk and I told him wwhat had just happened. He looked in the computer and apparently the lady at the desk when I checked in gave me the wrong key. Was given keys for room 226, went up stairs and opened the door. Room was nothing like picture on expedia website and it had an awful smell. Smelt like excess bleach was used in laundering the sheets and towels. Next day met up with up with variuos family members and after a long day returned to the hotel. Went up to our room at about midnightand keys did not work. At this point I was very upset. Went back diwn stairs and ran into Aidan again. He said the the key did not work because they had me booked in for only 1 day so the key was cancelled. He updated the key so that we could go get some sleep as we had to be back at the airport at 4 am. I was traveling with my daughter and 8 year old granddaughter. This Quality Inn location has left a very bad impression and will never stay at another one. The pictures on Expedia are not correc.

Overall this property was fine for the price. However, I do feel like they could spend some money investing in New linens. Adjusting and fixing shower head heights and things like that. But my biggest issue was the clerk who checked me in did not know how to register a tax exempt guest. So I was charged for tax even though I had a tax exempt letter but she did not know how to attend to that. So I was able to email it the second day but the charge had already gone through and now I have to wait for the tax to be refunded. All around inconvenient.

The place didn’t look back online but there was a lot people outside roaming. I felt unsafe and it was too close the main highway so very noisy and a lot of movement throughout the night. The room seemed clean but there were ants & gnats. The breakfast was included but it was ok, waffle machine could be replaced. Lastly, the check in lady was rude.

A little run down but decent for one night. Desk clerk was friendly and efficient. There was a big Price Cutter next door where I could buy a prepared meal so I didn't have to fight the traffic. Easy access to a major highway.
