The elevator was out. My boyfriend is alot older and not in the best of health. The guy at the front desk put us on the secondfloor. He made no apologies about the elevator and was very rude. The breakfast was okay. Just not alot of variety or selection. The housekeepers were friendly. The outside doors did not work. So i walked all the way around to the front the next morning to let her know and she acted like we put her out. We will not be staying with them again.

I have stayed here before when the outside pool was open and had an okay experience so tried it again. It was “okay”. This time the front desk lady was not very friendly. She did the job okay, but certainly not overly friendly. In fact probably a bit on the rude side. Just very different than how usual check in processes go. The hotel is in need of some paint jobs and new carpeting. But we just needed a bed and a decent breakfast and it was good for that. It was one of the cheaper hotels so went with it. Breakfast: both hot and cold options but not tons of options. Workout room - no weights, one old treadmill and then 3 newer pieces - treadmill, Elliptical and bike. Nothing fancy again but got the job done. I would stay again, but honestly the front desk lady was a little off putting so probably won’t because of that.

Pool closed. It is mearly Oct. Gym looked great My chair at working table would not adjust. The wood furniture looked roughed up. Staff was great. However, I got shuttled to the other property on other dide of town. Lot of extra driving when I was already tired

The elevator was broken, the side doors that lock were broken, or the key card reader was broken to where they had to put signs up, air in my room didn't work very well, bed was uncomfortable. Wouldn't stay here again. It was clean and convienent location wise.

This property is very dated. The carpet in the rooms is not clean very old and thin. My bed sheets were not clean there was hair on the pillow case and blood. And the rooms have a damp smell had to run to Walmart to get air freshener

The walls were dirty and parts of the ceiling were cracked, the walls were covered with dust and you could see handprints on the walls in the dust. The bed was terrible!! It felt like the bed was on a rolling ball and felt like it was going to fall at any moment. The bathroom light didn’t work. The breakfast was terrible. The girl working the front desk was very nice and helpful. I never give bad reviews but this place is deserving of one.

Bathroom had multiple areas of mold and accumulated dust including the bathroom exhaust fan. When we arrived, the HVAC unit’s filter was lying on top of the unit. The room itself looked worn and outdated. The bed was comfortable but several of the pillows were flat. This room was on the first floor. We have stayed in this hotel several times before, always on the second floor. The rooms seemed better there. It seems like this hotel has gone downhill over the past year. We will not stay here again. (When we brought these concern to the attention of the front desk when we checked out, she showed me a receipt where they supposedly refunded $20 of our bill. Three weeks later, the refund has not showed up through my credit card.)

Nasty ass hotel I’ve ever been in cockroaches all over the place cockroaches in the bathtub cockroaches on the bed mix in my pillow where I was going to sleep cockroaches in every corner of the room and under the bed cockroaches all over the place stains all over the carpet. The parking lot is sketchy full of hookers and drug dealers.

My room smelled of urine. There were hairs in the bathroom. The halls smelled like they had been sprayed with something to cover up the bad smell. The mattress was half off of the bed. I would have found another place to stay if it hadn’t been so late at night when I checked in. I will not stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

We stayed here one night. Checked in late. No other guests at the desk when I walked in. Wasnt greeted when I walked in. Got to the counter and I thought the lady behind the desk was finishing up a task so I approached and stood there. When I looked at her, she was just staring at me like “what do you want”. Still no greeting. So I then said “Oh, checking in”. So already I’m not pressed. The room was fine for one night. Mattresses are old and need to be replaced.

Fine hotel for the price. Seemed to be nice and clean and it was convenient. The free breakfast was average to below average at best. No waffle iron. The AC unit in our room kept good temperature but was very noisy and the blankets on the bed were very thin and lightweight., so we asked for extra blankets.

Not my favorite hotel stay. There was a fire on the roof and we were evacuated to front parking lot. There was no communication from the staff/manager until I reached out to find out what was going on and to see if we could retrieve our belongings out of our room. As a guest at this hotel I would have expected to hear from the staff or a manager to check in on us during the situation. I know the fire was unexpected, but communication with guests should have been priority.

We werent allowed to check in, as we lived 30miles out, they dont rent to you unless your 60miles away. If this is policy, its fine! Whats not fine is there should be something stating this when booking. As we take a weekend to trips into spf often. The problem is again there should be something somewhere stating this when booking. Weve never had this issue locally before but we usually stay at one of the Hiltons, Anglers Inn, Oasis, & Vandivort. So we traveled over 60miles round trip for no reason. It should be on the site, or somewhere when booking.

Overall good facility. Front window service was not inviting, on the contrary. After letting her know she was being very short and hard to understand, she did a bit better. It was bad enough that if I hadn’t of prepaid, and would’ve had to purchase through the lady, I would’ve walked out.

Overall, not too bad considering the price. However, the linens were very old and the mattress was noticeably less comfortable compared to the Holiday Inns and the Oasis Hotel I stayed at immediately after. The worst part of the stay was the check-in experience: a school group had an issue with their reservation, and the front desk couldn’t locate it. Despite having three other groups waiting in line, they spent over 20 minutes trying — and failing — to resolve the issue. In the end, the school group left, but the rest of us had to stand and wait unnecessarily. It was a very poorly handled situation.

The property was ok, but the walls were so thin heard every word next door. The check in was bad. The front desk lady was doing her best, but was only her 2nd night, left by herself and the motel was booked. People waiting to check in were in a line out the door. Management should be fired to let this happen

Rooms were not ready at check in time- waited for a half an hour and only one room became ready. (Had 2 reserved) Asked to get both paid for and checked in so that the other guests could just get the keys when they arrived later, trying to speed up their process knowing it would be late and they would have small children with them. When they came later they gave them key cards to our room- where we were sleeping. So not only did the earlier delay cause us to be late to a family celebration and delay its start, the fiasco later disrupted our sleep and caused our granddaughter to get upset over the disruption of now wanting to sleep in our room instead of with her parents. And the TV did not work properly in the room and there was only decaf coffee stocked.

Not sure why all the positive reviews, glad we only had one a night stay on a roadtrip. Front desk not friendly at all. Located in weird area with homeless camped across the street. Room smelled like a wet dog and was very dated, slow drain in bathroom, AC worked ok but old and never hit the temp you set it for. Pluses are it was clean and was a spacious room and above average breakfast.

As far as comfort goes it was a great bed great lounge chair in the room nice crisp sheets everything was wonderful. The bad part of this was that the breakfast they offer even though it was a nice spread a variety of food there was only like five cups of coffee available to everybody there was the breakfast scramble looked like it had been there for days and reheated. And the tables weren't being cleaned off as people were leaving I think more attention needs to be paid in that area

Checked in early hours in the morning as we are on a long road trip, we were greeted with courtesy and a smile even at 2:20am! Room was very clean, comfortable bed, heater was on when we entered the room so it was nice and warm. Breakfast was decent, simple yet good. As mentioned before staff was friendly and helpful, eggs and biscuits were all gone so they immediately made more, lots of coffee choices. Only issue I ran into was the hot water during my shower never got very hot, more like warm. Other then that we'd stay again, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ /5

Property was a bit dated, but clean and the staff were great. Loses a star because the breakfast was good awful. Basic Midwestern fare, but the gravy was wrong, the potatoes were soggy, the eggs were soaked, and the sausage was alright. The breakfast was just bad all around. Otherwise, great stay.
