The friendliness of all shifts of the staff was wonderful! The availability of fresh coffee, warm cookies and cold flavored water was a great touch. It was our second stay at this property. We will return.

Hotel was in the middle of renovation, lobby was a mess. Room was very dated with old carpets. Bathroom toilet was low to ground and uncomfortable to sit and get up from. Staff was very friendly. Just wish I knew before it was too late to cancel.

We loved that the hotel was convenient to just about everything! Shopping, restaurants, Bass Pro, breweries. The bbq restaurant in the parking lot was delicious and guests get 10% off! The pool was surprisingly cool and refreshing on a very hot weekend. Breakfast choices were plentiful and yummy. The "study" suite was really big and quiet. Desk staff were friendly and helpful.

It’s under construction. That’s fine, but the food was cold, old and had mold. Parking lot was a mess. Still charged the 50 with 0 amenities. Bathroom had hair.

The hotel is in the middle of complete renovation. Every area was torn up. Our room has a very nice comfy bed and tv worked well. Wallpaper in our room was peeling off and was taped in places. I did not like hearing full conversations in the room next door or walking down the hall hearing everyone else’s conversations and tvs. Walls are paper thin.

Nice older Hampton Inn. A bit worn from time but ok for an overnight. Staff friendly and helpful. Could have used a better clean as the bathroom sink and tub had someone else’s hair in it.

The staff was accommodating. Standard breakfast but really good coffee. Hotel seemed clean. The only thing that wasn’t clean was the bathtub in the room. Glad to have a microwave and refrigerator in room. The air conditioner/heater had an even sound through the night so I didn’t wake you up when it was going through its cycle. I would stay there again.

Our room was not cleaned on the first night. There was nothing hanging on the door to prevent them from cleaning. We didn't have any towels and the ice machine was not working. The place was very nice but the service was unacceptable. When I checked out the guy said, "sorry" and left it at that.

We had a short overnight stay. My Hilton honors app automatically recognized the trip and I was able to check in on the app and skip the front desk, although when I needed help later staff was excellent. As a mom traveling solo, I appreciated the safety of the area and exterior.

The hotel is really nice, friendly staff. Breakfast has several items to serve: eggs,sausage, biscuits fruits, yogurt, cereal...good variety. They offer coffee all day and cookies The room in nice, has a fridge and microwave.. Definitely recommend it Only issue I had is that housekeeping did not make my room. Front desk said they were supposed to and didn't know what happened. I was offered to have dome points as a Hilton member.. Other than that...overall is a nice place to stay
