Very clean. Room freshly renovated. Very quiet. Small kitchen with table, small living room. These are duplexes with a little courtyard with tables and chairs. Could be a great home base for an extended stay. Check in easy and girl at the counter very friendly. Lots of shopping centers and restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again.

It was the perfect hide-a-way for me and my spouse. The only thing this property needs is to spruce up the outside and cover all gaps under front doors. Otherwise it’s perfect! The inside is outstanding, cozy, and homey. Very comfortable.

We had stayed at this property many times years ago when it was a Residence Inn. This is the first time back under the MainStay Suites umbrella. The property has definitely gone down but still okay. Rooms are big, bed was comfortable, not the cleanest and a slight smell that wasn't the most pleasant but other than that, we would probably stay here again if doing some shopping at the Battlefield Mall. No breakfast options. It was nice to be able to walk to Big Whiskey's restaurant. The food, service and drinks there were great.

The pool is filled in, the basketball court is destroyed, and the sidewalks between buildings are a tripping hazard. But, the people are very friendly and the price was great for the size of the suite

Absolutely love this place price was great got more than what we expected we thought we were just gonna be coming into a room with two beds TV maybe a microwave but it had a full kitchen couple chairs with a coffee table comfy beds absolutely love the bathroom mirror to do your make up we also had our two kids, and they absolutely loved it too definitely recommend will definitely come back and a big plus also pet friendly GREAT PLACE !!!!

Overall, the property is very convenient. Great location. Our room had a kitchen with basic cooking supplies. The room was clean and comfortable. It had an upstairs room and bathroom and space on main floor with king bed and bathroom. One reason we stayed was they seemed pet friendly. We could spend a little more money and get a bigger room with their reasonable pet fees. Unfortunately, there were no designated pet areas or pet disposal stations. It would be nice to have a station of each of the main units. It may have been the bad weather but there was feces everywhere. We'll be in the area again and plan on staying there and really hope they can make it easier for guests to help keep the property clean.

The room itself was newly renovated and appeared to be clean. There was a bit of construction dust on the refrigerator and the sliding glass window had not been cleaned in a while. Otherwise the room was comfortable. The property outside was a mess. Trash, leaves, and debris everywhere. This property is being used for housing of laborers and with it comes a lot of noise from inside and outside, especially over the weekend. Although the room itself was nice I would not stay there again.

I loved my stay here, spacious, quiet, and clean. Staff was very sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend. Only complaint would be the snow wasn’t plowed in the parking lot.

I have stayed at this hotel before with no issues, but it didn’t seem as clean this time around the and the room I was in was a bit shabby. Large spots where light was shining through under the door and the deadbolt lock didn’t seem very secure. I love the location and I am going to give it another try in a month. Hopefully it will be better next time

I was a little skeptical when booking because of the low price of a suite. I mean, we all know the pictures are always way better than in person. I was completely caught off guard when I opened the door to find a beautiful, clean two story room. The two king beds were quite comfortable and did I already mention that it was clean? This was perfect for my dad and I that needed a place to go while my mom was in the hospital. I highly recommend staying here. The two bedroom, two bath suite with a stocked kitchen is perfect for anyone and definitely affordable!

It rained 2 nights that we were there, I barely heard the thunder. However where they have the cable boxes sucked. We would get back to the room to wind down for the night- and get frustrated due to couldn’t change the tv channel without being in 1 of 2 spots. But that was our only hiccup- also our room smelt like pickles- so we bought a few air fresheners. Water pressure and the hotness of the water was fantastic.

We love the idea of the loft area on the second floor, we have a teenage son and it was perfect for him and having that privacy. Our stay was very comfortable, it was clean, they made our beds and put fresh towels out for us since we stayed for two nights. The only thing we didn’t like was our beds were a bit noisy, and no dimmable lights, other than that it was perfect, we will be back for sure.

The only complaint I have is that I stayed in the heat of the summer and the AC vents were closed. This is not a huge issue. But, if one is not accustomed to checking the vents upon one’s stay, it is quite an issue. Alas, after discovering the closed vents and opening them, my stay was quite comfortable.

I have stayed at this property several times and I have nothing bad to say about the property itself, but the lady at the front desk is hateful, rude, and just downright disrespectful! I will never stay at this place again due to her poor excuse for customer service. There are way too many other hotels to have to put up with that type of treatment

3yrs ago we booked to stay here and it was horrible. Dirty bugs etc… We walked in was greeted by a woman named Sandy told her about our last experience and she said not in my Hotel!! She continued to tell us they totally remodeled she took us to our room it was beautiful clean!! I highly recommend

No the worst part was my wife put down handicap we get there they have no handicap rooms we have never heard that be for God thing my wife could thing my wife can take few steps well we get in there I have to do furniture rearranging while the person that is the woman that works at the counter just watches because my wife wheel chair can't fit around the furniture so then then then we thin ok nope toilet does not flush I have to go hunt here down we discover the jain fell off so my husband fix that why she watches also when my husband moved the beds it nasty I don't think they swapped in months so my husband cleans it why the women that works there

We chose to stay at this hotel for the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom since we were traveling with my parents. You can tell the place was redone, and it was extremely clean. Close to many things restaurants and the mall. It wasn't a 4 star resort but it did the job for us:)

This hotel is perfectly located next to just about anything that you could need, the mall, lots of eating places, etc. the rooms are newly renovated and each have a full kitchen, which is very nice. Are comfortable and they have the best pillows I’ve ever slept on!
