Everything we expected, clean facility, great breakfast, clean rooms was great. But there was construction going on, which limited parking available. And there were 2 nights we heard some engine revving outside our window, which was a view of a construction site. I'm not sure if it was the hotel's construction site. There were also at least 2 transients I saw in the lobby and vending areas. This hotel is a great place for the price, but it is on the outskirts of town (which is quiet) and we were told there is a nearby homeless community. Overall, we felt safe and it met all of our needs. Very satisfied.

Booked property online. We showered up and it mentioned nothing about the remodel going on. Pool was closed which wasn’t mentioned. Main lobby was full of new of supplies. I understand they are remodeling but they should tell guests About their construction and pool being closed.

Wonderful inside and Out! Clean and green space. Out back was a beautiful grassy tree area with a picnic table and grill. A great place to relax. Inside, our room was quiet (did it have sound proof walls?). The pool area was clean and had towels available. The breakfast provided was tasty and the staff were friendly and engaging. Any questions I had were answered and taken care of immediately. I will definitely stay at another another Best Western Plus, or this one if i come back to the Springfield area.

I always check the bed and sheets first thing when I stay somewhere. Normally, in past visits, everything was great and clean. This time tho was a different story. There was BLOOD stains on the sheets. The staff was very understanding and got us a new room no charge. Best western would have refunded our money back but since we booked through EXPEDIA they couldn’t and EXPEDIA wouldn’t either. Never booking through EXPEDIA again!

This is always our to-go stop during our family trips through Missouri over the last decade. Accessible to just get off the highway and back on. Rooms are spacious, clean and bathrooms are clean with toiletries for your use. Towels are thirsty and smell clean! Hot breakfast and coffee to get you going in the morning. Staff is friendly, courteous and helpful.

Family restaurant which is adequate for evening meal nearly adjacent and within walking distance. We have stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is always clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is good. On the downside…I’m not sure what is above rm 118, but by 6:30 AM there was so much activity and walking around there was no way I could sleep. The room was vey noisy in general with the hall noise, the refrigerator making noise and the road noise.

Had two problems. First the walls are paper thin and the guys next door came in at 3AM and we could hear every word they said. We had requested a quiet room. 2nd was the TV. The Alabama/Georgia game was on CBS network and we could not watch it on the terrible DirectTV package in the motel. This would have been a dealbreaker had we known in advance.
