Hotel is under renovations! No pool, we filtered our booking based on a pool for our last night and to our disappointment the pool closed the day prior for renovations. Oh sorry was the desks response... no updates were made available to people booking this hotel we were extremely unhappy with the response and carlessness on their part!

Everything including hot tub, swimming pool, and free breakfast, was good. Friendly staffs, nice area with foods and shopping nearby. The only issue was that they did not inform us about parking fee.

Front desk staff was average. The breakfast and hospitality was attentive and helpful. Pool was way over chlorinated and the hot tub was filthy. The room was acceptably clean with the exception of the shower which was dirty and not adequately draining. There was no hot water at any point during our stay. The hotel is in the middle of a professional development with hundreds of parking spaces- we were charged $10 per night for parking. This is not disclosed until you arrive. Not the worst place to stay, but a far cry from the best.

We booked this hotel because of the pool and the suite room but we found out when we were there that this hotel is under a major renovation and the pool is closed. The tv in the room is facing the wall you can’t watch tv directly either in the living room or from bedroom. Very disappointed.

The gal who checked us in on 11/23/24 at 11pm was suuuuper kind and friendly . Very welcoming! So much so that it made it hard for us to want to bring to her attention the room condition. Our room did not appreciate to be cleaned. There were Cheerios on the floor, an old unpeeled egg in the fridge, crumbs on the couch underneath the tray, and the bath tub looked muddy.

This hotel has been very recently renovated. You can still smell the new carpet. The staff was very friendly and responsive. The breakfast was good. The room was clean and quite comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

The property appears nice but bathrooms need updating, ants found in multiple areas including the pool area. Front desk personnel were nice but the woman working the breakfast was rude and everything needed to be stocked. Unlikely to stay here again.

Walls are paper thin and can hear people moving on floor above you, people watching tv next door, and everything happening in the hallway. However, very clean and great staff. Just bring earplugs or sound machine.

Very nice room. I wish the bed was a little softer but I still slept well. The TV placement was a bit off but I made it work. I loved how quiet it was, aside from a couple doors closing I couldn’t hear much from other guests. I will definitely stay here again.

Hotel is in a great location with lots of parking. Front desk staff is friendly. However BEWARE! A lot of youth teams stay at this particular hotel and they are very loud and noisy, in their rooms and especially in the hallways. Complained to staff but there wasn't much they could do about it.

Very clean and updated. Wish the mini fridge has a mini freezer at the top like most do. View was overlooking a roof, which wasn't awesome. Loved the free breakfast. Good choices if you're a healthy-eater or comfort-eater. Would stay again. Really close to many entertainment and restaurant options!

Friendly staff. Nice location. The rooms are spacious. Had a party of 3. So it was just right. The beds were lopsided. But if u slept in the middle, it was ok. Quite place. Peaceful sleep. Plenty of parking.

SpringHill Suites by Marriott Portland Vancouver are a great option if you have an early flight at PDX. At busy times the hotels close to the airport can be booked out and SpringHill Suites are only 15mins to the airport. The staff are friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable. Recommended!

It was late at night and I wanted to purchase a soda from the front counter and know one was there I said hello multiple times and nothing I leaned over counter and said hello hello and still nothing so I waited about 15 minutes wrote a not saying I took a soda and my name a room number and phone number and then the back room light came on and associate came out looking tired in the face with red eyes, I said hello I’ve been waiting over 10 to 15 minutes and he said oh that’s a lie we have cameras and I was appalled and looked at my spouse because by that time he had came down because it was taking so long and he got worried because it was early morning 3:31am his name was Jermey

It was ok just disappointed with the night staff receptionist attitude and behaviour when I checked in. He was very rude and a bit unwelcoming, I hope he gets retrained to avoid any future incidents of poor service.

The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was a good start in the morning. It is in a good location with dining and shopping options nearby. We stayed for 4 nights but after the 2nd night we had not had anyone clean our room and replace towels. I had to grab new towels off the housekeeping cart.
