The room we were put into was not finished and the beds were unmade. Then got switched to a room where the chair was broken. The deadbolt didn't latch. The bathroom door wouldn't lock. There was used lubricants under the bed. The TV remote didn't work. The sheets were stained. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to another family member. This hotel is in bad shape or the management is not able to keep up on the hotel as they don't have the proper funds. The staff was quiet nice and the breakfast was decent.

You get what you pay for here. The staff was very nice and helpful. They cleaned everyday with what they are given. For the amount of travelers and animals staying there I think they would benefit from some better equipment and stronger cleaning solutions. The hotel itself needs some major updates. The elevator doesn't have a certificate of operation in it. It was also very difficult to tell the staff apart from the guests as most of them were dressed in comfortable almost pajama like clothing. All in all, I did have a nice stay, I was safe, not bothered, location was good and again the staff was very nice.

This place needs a renovation. Elevator was out for a day, when it was back on, it did not have the required state license displayed in it. For the two of us staying here, the room only had 2 hand towels and bath towels - and the two "bath towers" were not much bigger than the hand towels. Oddly, maid service did come in and change out the bath towels every day, and after the second day, they were standard large bath towels - but that's all they did. Overall, this has all the hallmarks of being worn out and run on-the-cheap. It was adequate for my stay (the only hotel in town in my reimbursement allotment for my work because everyone jacked up their rates during an event over the week I was there) but when I'm in town again, this will not be my choice.
