The road in front of the motel had semi trucks parked there and it was difficult to see if there was another car coming. There were a couple people hanging out in the parking lot. Each time we went out, they were there. We got to the motel at checkin and our room wasn't ready and they said it would be about an hour before it was ready. We were tired from the trip in so that didn't set up out on a good note. We wanted to go to dinner but we needed to change our clothes and freshen up from the trip. We drove around for an hour and then we came back and we got into a room. It was a nice room and the bed and room was very comfortable. The next morning we went down to breakfast and we were met with hard biscuits, no eggs, cold oatmeal. So, the options were waffles, cereal or muffins. Not quite what I would say is a hot breakfast. We were disappointed to say the least.

I thought Yvonne who checked us in and ensured we had what we needed to make our stay pleasurable get 10 stars. The only thing I did not like was the fitness room did not open after 10am without staff intervention and one of the pieces of equipment was inoperable during our visit.

Expedia didn’t mention my service dog would be charged a fee for staying or I wouldn’t have booked this hotel . I didn’t agree to the charge . Also very rude staff .

This is a lovely hotel! However, it states that it is pet-friendly yet charges a $75 pet fee. This is the highest amount I have ever paid. The amount tells me that the management really doesn't want pets. I encourage you to find a different place to stay.

Stay was fine - staff was great, room was clean. We were annoyed by lack of soundproofing between rooms and our next door neighbor who had kids bouncing off the walls and parents arguing after 11pm and a barking dog that woke us up before our alarm. Pool was also out of service which was unfortunate.

The staff was welcoming and extremely friendly. They were accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. The pool was a little smaller than I thought it would be, but it was perfect for our visit. The breakfast was simple but delicious. The housekeeping crew didn't disturb our stuff, but cleaned the room, replaced the linens and turned down the beds.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. All areas appeared clean with fresh scents. Only dissapointment was that the hot tub has been removed but enjoyed the heated pool. Good breakfast choices with variety. Read other reviews about traffic noise, agree that you can hear traffic from the highway and people walking in floor above but these were not bothersome to us. Highway side is odd number rooms if thats a concern.

Pleasant and clean hotel with nice staff. Walked to Mexican restaurant across the street for dinner. Room very comfortable and well laid out. Big TV. Breakfast had nicely cooked scrambled eggs and sausage and make your own waffles in two flavors, plus the usual cereal, yogurt, juice, etc. Breakfast area well designed and well maintained. Would definitely stay here again.

All staff were professional, warm and friendly and the room was exceptionally clean. The mattress however was uncomfortably hard and the two pillows were very flat which made for a long sleepless night. The only news channel available was CNN which is a poor selection.
