The room was fine, but I have to give 1 star because my car was broken into and some of my property was stolen. The place is not safe and you can't leave your car unattended. I've stayed in a lot of places during my business travels over the past 15 years, and this is the first time this has ever happened. Be warned!

Need under door rubber sweep. Gap is large. Need shampoo and conditioner. Everything else good. Accepts cats, excellent. Very nice staff. Made me feel safe. I’ll be back!

Very helpful staff. Modest but nice accommodations. Tricky to drive into - learn the road bc turnoff is from a lane that is an on-ramp and need to do a U-turn to get back coming from other direction.

Everything was great..very clean and newly modernized, the only set back was the entrance to the hotel was too risky because it's immediately after the entrance to a highway, slowing down to enter could cause a rear end because the vehicle behind you is speeding to enter the highway while you attempt to reduce speed in order to enter through the driveway.

Quiet, big dog-friendly (Bernese), comfy, welcoming and relaxing right in the middle of the Mountain View rat race. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean and inexpensive. Just don't get a room on the side where the highway is. It's pretty loud. Close to a ton of great restaurants and shopping. I stay here when I work at El Camino Hospital which is about two miles away.

Someone was doing hard drugs in the courtyard when I was looking for my room. Discovered 5 ticks crawling across the floor in various places around the bed, which I believe got in under the door which had no bottom seal. Completely unsafe location that should be closed.

Reserved a queen suite was giving a smaller room that smelt up cigarette. The person that checked us in, followed us all the way to our room until I turned around and told him we did not need any help. The room was filthy floors were sticky, and there was bugs crawling around which I did take pictures and videos of. When I tried to call the front desk had closed and couldn’t reach the front desk. I have never experienced anything like this before and I always book with Expedia and I’ve never made a complaint. Good morning I checked out. I talked to a young man which was so helpful. He allowed a refund that I still have not received yet through Expedia.

Floor was very dirty. Wife had black soles from walking barefoot in room. Even after scrubbing by staff the floor was still dirty. Bedside lamp did my work and was not repaired during our stay. Outside of hotel was full of trash including empty liquor bottles that had not been picked up.

Exteremly loud freeway noise. You have to ask for shampoo. No elevator. That makes staying somewhere for an extended stay difficult. I have to lug a weeks worth of groceries upsatirs every time i stay. I allways ask for a ground floor, but sm allways denied. Staff is great though!

After our home burned down in the Eaton Fire, we stayed at the Extended Stay America in Mountain View CA for weeks. The full size refrigerator and stove gave us options to make healthy food in the room. It was easy to get replacement towels, bedding etc. also, we were near trails that were appropriate for hiking and biking. Highly recommend

I was not able to sleep and actually checked out a day early forfeiting the money spent for the second night. There was a gaping opening under the door to our room. I stuffed it with a towel, but it didn't help buffer the loud noise from the highway. In addition to that, the refrigerator made a horrible gurgling noise all night. Additionally, there was not even a bottle of water left in our room and the breakfast that they serve in nothing but sugar. Muffins and granola bars. Very dissappointing.

My mom found the room comfortable and a good location for having her dog with her. She wasn’t greeted very well by the front desk and her room key was an issue teying to get into her room. Otherwise, she enjoyed her stay.

The staffs are friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and cool. The only thing I didn’t like was the ac was very loud and we woke up a few times at night by the loud noise. One other minor thing was they didn’t have any shampoo so bring your shampoo.

We arrived late at night, reception could not find our reservation even when provided with proof and confirmation number. Attempted to charge for a new reservation. After waiting for over 30 minutes for him to figure it out he said he had to go, kick us out and locked the door. Worst service we have ever received.

The accommodations were fine in terms of cleanliness, however, I would not consider returning to this establishment nor would I recommend it to others. Just as most of the reviews stated, the staff members displayed a lack of professionalism and courtesy, resulting in an unpleasant experience. Calls to front desk always went unanswered. Even going into reception in-person only to find no one was there. The breakfast provided was insufficient and consisted only of snacks. The door lock was malfunctioning, the hair dryer was rusty, and the refrigerator door shelves were broken and cracked. We were required to retrieve their own kitchenette supplies from the front desk, despite information on the key card and kitchenette flyers stating that they would be delivered at request. Also had exchange dirty towels for new ones at the front desk. Complimentary shampoo was not provided in the room and had to be obtained from the reception as well. Ultimately, felt like I was doing their work for them.

You have a 5star employee, Gorob (sp?). He's helped my wife and I over the years with enthusiasm and helpful suggestions. Always smiling, too. He recognizes us as soon as we walk through the reception doors.

The Stevens Creek Trail is right outside the hotel and you can walk that to major tech company campuses like Google or Microsoft through the woods!

Only two complaints. The breakfast options were pretty terrible, some protein options need to be added (greek yogurt, hard boiled eggs). Will the small kitchen was great, there was a sign that said please option windows while cooking, however the window had a metal block that would not allow opening, so the door had to be propped open.
