Hotels maintenance isn't great. It took for ever to get hot water for a shower. However the place was clean and comfortable. There is a refrigerator and microwave in your room which is appreciated. Breakfast is at 7:30am which seems quite late especially for travelers who need to get out earlier for appointments. Breakfast selection isn't great. 2 cereals, lots of breads, hard boiled eggs, waffles, milk, juice and coffee. Pool had several sunken leaves, looked like it needed cleaning. The weather in the 70's, maybe it was to early for swimming. Which is why the pool looked that way. A budget friendly option, quite location, clean where you can relax and sleep.

Honestly for the price, you can't complain. I got what I was looking for. Not too expensive, safe, clean and pretty quiet (except this all night running water semi-fountain!). It is a run down motel. The room is spacious and clean (haven't looked everywhere like under the bed or corners). My bed was very comfortable. The pool is heated but was not enough cleared of bugs for me to swim. The hallways could use attention (a good wash). The shower runs perfectly. The air conditioning woks great (very noisy). There is a free parking. This motel has quick access to the 101 and to Shoreline. It is located in a residential area. At times, the wifi was not strong enough to work efficiently on my laptop. Will stay there again.

We booked the 2bdr. unit and it was okay, nothing special. The kitchen wasn't stocked with enough necessary dishes.. the TV's in the bedrooms didn't work and the one in the living room had terrible reception.. breakfast was sparse, and the pool wasn't clean. Nothing around close by to eat.. the only good thing was it was 3 miles to Shoreline amphitheatre.

The room was spacious. There was a fridge and microwave. The tv channels were boring, but it allowed us to pass time. The sink handle was a bit nasty. Also, we’re assuming the wind in the middle of the night blew away our Do Not Disturb sign… but waking up to housekeepers trying to get into your room was um…oh so fun—- we requested for a new sign and it was never delivered. The shower curtain didn’t cover both ends up the tub. The AC and heater worked just fine. The gym was sad but workable. The pool was ok. People said they could see a great mountain view from their room according to reviews, but our room pointed to other rooms and the pool—- so rip. Be careful about parking under the trees… the birds were relentless with the poo shots 😭 But it was nice. We enjoyed the stay.

We stayed here as we were going to a concert at the amphitheatre. The room was clean and spacious, the bed wasn't the comfiest & the room was a little dated, which we expected from the advertisement pictures and the low cost. The surrounding area was nice and it was close to the concert we were going to. Breakfast was nice, my only grumble is that it finished at 10am despite check out being 11am. The pool looked clean, although we didn’t use it. Staff were friendly - they let me have a postcard for free!

However, the area where the ice machine was located felt quite dirty and uninviting, and the pool didn’t look clean enough, so we decided not to use it. The property is is clean and so was the room. The surrounding area is also very quiet and calm. The area felt safe. The building and room are a bit outdated. I did not see an ice machine anywhere.The included breakfast is simple, just toast, oatmeal, two cereal options, mini bagels and cream cheese, cinnamon raisin bread, hard boiled eggs, yogurt and waffles. They do have jam and peanut butter so you can make a pb&j. Water, oj and coffee. They offer room service so you can always purchase additional food options. They offer some beverages for purchases in the lobby, cash only. The pool looked clean. We didn't use it though. There is a gas station right next door as well, they do however close at night for purchases inside. They're is also a liquor store on the opposite end of the building which also closes at night.

The maid service was excellent. Ice machine was nice. Everyone was friendly. The breakfast was delicious, go for the waffle maker! Enjoy your stay.

The room was in disrepair, had no chairs. Looked nothing like the photos online. The shower curtain rod was the curved type and was so loose that it hung down causing the curtain to gather in the middle and could not be closed for use. We went out for dinner and a show and came back to an ant invasion coming through the wall and all over the counters and tables. We had a box of donuts sitting on the counter and it was completely covered in ants. See picture after we placed it in the tub.The desk clerk did give us another room which was a little better but had the same broken shower curtain rod issue. The staff was friendly but the overall Motel was run down on the interior. The grounds looked to be kept up. We didn't expect much from a budget Motel but this one was sub par even for that. We felt like they should have offered us a refund or discount but they did not. I can't recommend staying here.

The room had a terrible odor in it. The minute I walked through the door. I noticed we had a very late check in, so there was nothing I can do. The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable.

We went to the Creed concert and wanted a room for the night and didnt want to pay alot. We were able to check in early (just a half hour) the area is nice and quiet the bed was super comfy. The room was very clean had a fridge and microwave. Highly recommended.

Rooms were not as advertised. A lot of poor repairs in the room. AC leaked and flooded part of the room. Person at desk gave us a hand towel for the issue and asked that we don't leave shoe marks on it

Had an unexpected delay and needed a room for one night. The room was OK... Nothing special. TV remote only partially worked which was annoying, no electrical outlet near the bed - well, there was but it was so worn out my charger wouldn't stay in, it just kept falling on the floor. The little freezer compartment in the fridge was so frosted over I couldn't fit the ice packs for my cooler in it... And the shower curtain rod was literally about to fall off the wall. So, no major issues, but several annoying ones. Thankfully it was inexpensive and I was only there for about 8 hours total. Had I booked multiple nights I would've been bummed out.

The motel is ok, it looks way better in the picture than in person. The rooms need some serious updates SPECIALLY the bathrooms. The shower was terrible, the bathroom has it's one path work over the other. It's old and kept from scraps. The room and the beds were ok, very clean. The air conditioner is very old and super noisy. Breakfast is very good for a continental. Pool is somewhat heated and very clean. Be aware, there's no employees in the facility after 11PM until early morning.

We needed something close to meps. We checked in and was told WiFi wasn’t working due to maintenance. Room was outdated. We could hear our neighbors next door. Bathroom had blood stains near toilet. Pillows were flat and old. Didn’t sleep well due to the pillows don’t know why they don’t buy new pillows.

I booked this with 3 other friends because we were gonna share Uber and hang out together. Upon checking in, I was told my room was somewhere else. It is a different Inn and even though it's close, I can't walk there. Paid to get a Uber to get there and then forgot my suitcase in the car. The driver didn't get out of the car either and just drove off. I eventually got it back. This wouldn't happen if my room was with this one. If you are overbooked, you should let me know immediately instead of just sending me to some random place.

Terrible service. Probably the worst I've experienced. I arrived at 2:30pm and the lobby was closed with no one inside. After waiting outside for 30 minutes, standing in the cold, someone arrived and I was able to check in. Later at night (around 11pm) an alarm (probably fire alarm) in my room started beeping every 2 minutes. It was really hard to sleep. I tried calling the frontdesk and no one answered. I went there in the cold and again, there wasn't anyone there. I texted the number shown in the door of the front desk but no one answered. Overall an awful experience. Do not recommend.

No one is ever at the front office when needed. A phone number was left stuck on the door but when called, it goes straight to voicemail. They were only there when check in at 3:00 was time. But if you want to check out earlier than 11:00 and want to make sure there are no extra charges on your account, no one was there so I had to wait until anything was posted on my account; luckily there were none. I also heard that a lot of people in other rooms were having issues getting into their rooms. A long line of people were at the front office at 1:30 AM trying to call someone to get access into their rooms. Not cool!

I had a bad experience at the County Inn. First, our bathroom door wouldn't close and the smoke alarm in our room kept going off. The front desk provided little to no help. However, it is a convenient location from Shoreline Amphitheater, California Great America, and Stanford University.

I think the room was very clean and the floors and furniture was in good shape. Comfortable bed and quiet.! I didn’t use the pool , though it seemed to be adequate. The area is not beautiful, close to the freeway, though I felt it was safe…

The location was great. A nice walk to downtown. Short drive to Shoreline and airport. It met all of our needs. We didn't need a 5 star hotel. It was clean and met our needs. We would stay here again.

Such a cozy place to stay for a night after a Big Time Rush concert. Breakfast the morning after was delicious. There was a waffle maker, mini bagels, milk, orange juice, water, cereal, bread, and so many more yummy things. For check out you leave the keys in the room which was nice to leave before traffic hit. Recommend for a place to stay. Good location as well. And there’s a pool which we didn’t have time to use but will for our next stay :)

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was outdated but it was clean and spacious and very quiet. The breakfast was not very good. One odd thing is the office is not open like a regular motel. It opens for a little while during the morning hours. Then close till 3 pm.

It felt like a safe area. The property was clean and looked nice, a little run down, but properly priced for overall condition and stay. The free breakfast was ok...hardboiled eggs, apples, cheerios and frosted flakes, raisen bread, a few different breads for toast, coffee and tea. The waffle maker was out of commission, and although there was a sign to only take one yogurt per person, there were no yogurts. We did see a cockroach in the dinning area, which surpirsed us because it was the only one we saw.
