This was our second stay at Shashi this summer for a concert and it was even better than the first. Our room was a little bigger than last time and the service was as impeccable as the first time. The pool is clean and open early. They have a sauna and a steam room and comfy robes to wear and complimentary drinks on check-in. They have a bar that’s perfect to grab drinks at before a shoreline show and the beds are luxuriously comfortable. Their bath products smell very woodsy which is perfect for those of us who are into that sort of thing. Will be back

A wonderful property with good-sized room, access to conference room, nice bar and restaurant and free parking with charging. Access to bikes and close to Bay trail. It’s truly an urban resort!

Good hotel with good food however few negatives would be pool and pool deck are small and in center of tall building which restricts full sunlight. The room tv system signal is internet Wi-Fi based and sometimes unreliable and at least with the room I had the sink was slightly clogged.

Room was clean looking, friendly staff, well lit parking, good area and nice hotel setup. Issues: Room had a scent that wasn’t fresh. The sheets had a sweaty smell. In the morning the sinks had a fishy odor coming from the drain. The mini fridge didn’t work. You can hear cars passing and people chatting outside your window.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The amenities were excellent and made the experience even more enjoyable. The staff provided great customer service—friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Everything was exceptionally clean, from the lobby to the rooms, which made the stay feel comfortable and welcoming. I would gladly stay here again.

The new modern facility feels great, and the staff are very nice. The only negative is that my sheet smells like sweat—either it was never changed or not cleaned properly. Also, there are water marks on the sink, which makes it seem like it wasn’t cleaned either.

The first room that I went into had a dirty bathroom as if someone had dyed their hair and left dye everywhere in the bathroom and there was pet hair on the floor. The second room they put me in also had a dirty bathroom and both rooms were so tiny. You couldn’t get around one side of the bed because there wasn’t enough room for the chair or the small table. The HVAC system was not working. I had to call down to the front desk to get it rebooted, but even after rebooting it it did not work and I wasn’t planning on changing rooms at one in the morning when I needed the fan to work , the coffee shop downstairs doesn’t open until 10 AM which doesn’t make much sense when people they want coffee or getting up early and there wasn’t an option to have it delivered to my room overall this is definitely not a five star experience and I would never stay there again I am seeking a refund if possible and will repost with the results

Nice property. Very minimalistic and looks nice. However because of that, rooms are not really very functional. There needs to be more books for towels in the bathroom, more books in the long hallway for jackets. There is a lack of counter and table top space in the bathroom and in the room. The lights are frustrating because you cannot control separate lighting. We were 4 people in a room and it have been better if there was more table space and more counter space in the large bathroom or at least more hooks for towels. Overall the sleeping was good with the big beds. That part was a win.

Rooms were nice and comfy, front desk was also nice except now being able to do something for a birthday. The only other complaint was our rooms AC was not working and was hot. I told front desk and they told me they would have someone check it out, but never did.

Amazing lobby and very friendly reception, including a complementary glass of wine or beer! Rooms are very very nice. Only minor negative: noise from walking of the guess in the room above mine was quite loud. Maybe this was bad luck but the noise was unusually loud whenever the person was walking around their room.

The only small problem was the streaming services/TV. We had to keep restarting the program we were watching because the TV would freeze up and it would keep cycling and often not come back on until we would restart. Started from onset of turning the TV on to time we left.

Very quiet, clean and modern hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Roomy shower. Lots of amenities. Great food. Great location. The only negatives would be wanting more of a variety on the menu, the rooms are quite small. Not a lot of room if you bring a lot of luggage. No drawers to put things away. We couldn’t watch anything on the TV. The reception was awful. Otherwise great place!

Only stayed here one night, but I would definitely love to return. The room is a good size, a bit echo-y, but it's great. The bathroom is a great size and the products are awesome- the shampoo/conditioner, lotion & mouthwash bottles are top notch. Can I also just say how much I LOVE that they have a loofah for us use & take home? The bar in the lobby is well stocked and the customer service throughout the hotel is fantastic. The only little thing (and this is totally me)- the tv in the room does not have regular channels. You have to go through the apps and there are 2 you can use for tv, but you won't get the normal basic tv channels. That took some time for me to figure out, but the front desk was great and helped me out. I would definitely return and I will be checking out the steam room when I do.

Beware of the 5th floor. The HVAC systems on the roof are quite noisy and the vibrations can be felt. Toiletries were so so. There is no valet and we are not sure if luggage assistance was available. I would not give this property a 5 star rating

All the properties are great. I gave them 5 stars. However, the motion sensor lights woke me a few times during my sleep and I was only told I can close it through the front desk. I went there to sleep because my bed was pooped by cats. I had a bad sleep. I can only give it a 2 stars.

Lovely clean hotel with complementary parking. Disliked the experience at checkout and the slightly arrogant tone of voice from the male receptionist. Hospitality training is recommended. There is no need to sound pretentious and rude that checkout was at 11 am.

Very nice and updated hotel. Also convenient walk to the Shore Line Amphitheatre where our family attended a concert. When we returned, our A/C in the room was not functioning properly. We called the front desk and told them about the issue. Withing 10 minutes they already had another room for us. The employee brought up the new room key and assisted with our bags. We will be staying here again.

Front desk staff was wonderful; friendly, efficient, helpful and professional when handling a guest that didn’t want to wait in line. The hotel was full due to a nearby event and it was still very clean and well stocked with free water and fruit. The drink at check in was an extremely appreciated surprise after a long drive. We’re looking forward to coming back just to experience the hotel for the weekend, lounge at the pool and enjoy the onsite restaurant that we didn’t get to try last time but smelled amazing.

A nice, convenient stay in Mountain View for a concert at Shoreline Amphitheater. The walk to Shoreline was quite quick and easy from the hotel. The hotel itself was very nice and was a relatively good price for the type of hotel it was. Parking was free as well. Overall, this was a great stay and would stay here again for any concert at Shoreline.

Chose it for it's proximity to the Shoreline Amphitheater. Within a comfortable walking distance. Ample complimentary parking and car chargers. Bar and Restaurant on site. Sports bar with affordable eats and Pakistani take-out style restaurant within a block. Starbuck's on the corner.

Great hotel. Very clean and modern, pool facilities are nice, staff are friendly and helpful. One of the best benefits: free and available parking! The hotel is not super walkable, you'll either want your vehicle or a Lyft to get around to restaurants, shopping, etc. We would stay here again on future trips to the area.

Conveniently located in Mountain view. Beds are wonderful and room is very clean. Definitely you should take a bike ride around Google campus. Breakfast is expensive and not worth it. Have it in Google experience cafe instead!

Beautiful property and enjoyed our stay overall. The only inconvenience is a big group with their event being hosted and the bar and restaurant where closed for guests. The parking garage was packed up to all 5 stories and we had to park far on the street. I would stay at the hotel again but hope no special events being hosted as it takes away from the convenience factor.

Stayed here several times this year for business. First time was wonderful, excellent restaurant. Second and third times restaurant was closed mid-week. Very disappointing having to sit at bar with cold hard cafeteria like seating after long day in a noisy environment on feet. Restaurant has fire place and comfortable seating and excellent service.

Stayed here for a concert at shoreline. It’s a great location if you’re going to a concert but wouldn’t stay here for any other reason. Over priced for what it is. The coffee situation is unacceptable. For $500+ a night, I expect an actual coffee maker in room or complementary coffee in lobby. The “instant coffee” in room is absolutely garbage and pathetic. Then to charge $6 for a coffee at the coffee shop is ridiculous. Its the little things that matter, for that alone I won’t stay here again.

What a great place and service. The amenities are amazing. I did not think the restaurant meal was to the level to the quality of the hotel and there were no alterations possible, they told me it's all pre-made ready to be done the way it's meant. I'm a nursing mother so I can't have spicy and had couple kiddos w me so it would be helpful to be able to get just a simple protein made for them. A printed menu in the room would be helpful (even tho I know it's so last century:-) Thanks to all the front desk staff for being welcoming and supportive of me arriving w children. I travel for business all the time and felt like this was a top notch service. Thanks!!

The room was nice, clean, bed was comfortable. Lots of noise from other guests, loud footsteps and doors. The coffee shop wad horrible there was plastic in my food and a hair in my coffee. The manager was rude and very disrespectful and unprofessional. I am a chef and have served thousands of plates of food and not one ever toxic plastic or an unsanitary hair in them. And I never treated an unhappy customer with anger or a narcissistic attitude. Also the kind lady that checked me in was super awesome as was the nice man who checked me out. The pool was top quality and relaxing.

We chose this local hotel for its proximity to July 4 Shoreline fireworks, the courtyard pool that limited direct sun, and the restaurant's reviews. To enjoy these strengths and get out of the heat, we reserved a room that included early check-in, late check-out, a $20 restaurant credit, plus turndown service. We arrived an hour later than possible to find our room was not ready. We also learned at check-in that the restaurant was closed for the July 4 holiday, so our credit would need to be spent in the evening bar or the coffee shop. Within an hour of checking in, someone walked into our room without notice. This happened again the next morning, over 2 hours before checkout time - again, no knocking, just entered. There was no turndown service. The room was nice. The pool was smaller than it appears online and was easily crowded with holiday travelers, so we skipped it and walked to a nearby restaurant for an early dinner and saved our food credit for morning coffee. The hotel seems to be cleaned/sprayed with masculine scents, which I did not find pleasant or clean smelling. We travel a lot, and stay in a wide variety of hotels, and this was a very unusual experience. Nice room, nice compact facility, handy location, but oddly executed.
