Limited parking due to parking lot construction during the Holidays!

The staff was really helpful. The hotel was clean. They have good prices. They have a small laundry and dryer. Very helpful.

Great hotel l. Good breakfast. Great staff. Pool was nice. The only problem was that the workout rooms equipment was not working properly. Other than that the place was perfect for our stay.

Overall, a good hotel. Tiles in the elevator need to be replace. They were covered with a dirty old floor mat. However, this is not a hotel for anyone who is 6’5” tall(I am 6’9”). The shower is not a full height shower. I was not able to stand up straight n the shower. There is a ceiling on the shower enclosure and it is at about 6’6” in height. I am used to low shower heads but this was inexcusable in my book.

Hot tub water was brown. Furniture was old. Fan on heater/ac did not work.

This trip was a mini vaca for my son, my sister and myself. We are seniors and had big plans to swim and enjoy the hot tub unfortunately the pool was ice cold and the hot tub was not working. The manager did refund me $60 for it which was nice but it was very disappointing as this was going to be our respite The room was very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was amazing.

The pool was closed due to the fire alarm going off and on.

We stayed over the holiday weekend so they were pretty busy! We arrived super early because our flight got changed and they got us into the room before our normal check in time. The room did have a very bad musty smell (i think there is a leak with the AC). When I notified the front desk they gave me spray, offered me a dehumidifier and also offered to swap my room out for me. They went out to their way to make sure we were happy. The breakfast was way better than I had anticipated! It truly was a full breakfast (biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, waffle maker etc) Something for even the pickiest of eaters. The pool area was nice but the hot tub wasn't really hot. It was warm and nice but needs to be turned up a few degrees. Ever staff member that we encountered was happy and super friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel (note: I used to manage a hotel so I tend to be VERY picky and judgy about where we stay!)

Our room was clean, beds comfortable. It was very quiet. The complimentary breakfast was good. Indoor pool was clean a plus that it was indoor. We enjoyed the hot tub as well. All the staff were very nice and helpful. I would have no problem booking again.

This is an adequate place to stay. The check-in was easy and the room was fine. The breakfast choices are limited and the fitness room lacks any strength equipment. My room key died twice and had to be refreshed.

The room smelled off. There were dehumidifiers everywhere. The carpet felt tacky and there was dust in the light fixtures. The sheets seemed clean but showed pilling. The window shades didn’t pull closed to allow the room to be dark enough to sleep. It was adequate but uncomfortably

Room is very dated and requires updating. The room was dirty, lots of dust and generally unclean. One of the comforter had blood stains on it as well as others.

The room was so dirty. There was an old, moldy chicken nugget on the floor. The floors have not been cleaned. The bathroom was so gross, hair everywhere, uncleaned, with really run down tile that was black all the way across the bathtub. There were sunflower seeds on the bathroom floor. The back of the toilet had urine on it. The pullout mattress has stains all over it. The pool was OK the hot tub was green. Staff was great, breakfast area was clean and the overall breakfast was a great value. The beds were comfortable and were clean and there was no signs of any bugs.

There were roaches in our room. Woke and turned light on and a roach was crawling up the wall. My son saw roaches in the bathroom and took photos. Very disgusted couldn’t sleep after that.

When I got to my room the toilet was dirty. I have pictures and I immediately went to the front desk and showed her the pictures. She stated she was going to inform the manager, but no one said anything further or gave me some kind of compensation for the dirty toilet. They also need to vacuum the room, I always bring a pair of throw away socks and they were full of blonde hair. The curtains were filthy, so dirty.

Not clean, damp and musty with a bad smell. Changed rooms and it was just as bad. Glad I was only there for the night.

The staff was very nice upon checking in they couldn’t have been sweeter, the bathroom needs a redo. There was rust and mold. I could tell the housekeeping has done their best to try and keep it nice but it could really use some work. Overall, it was a great place to lay our head after a long day drive just could use some freshening up for sure.

Clean rooms and amazing staff.

The staff were friendly and accommodating. I ending up locking myself out of my room in less than 5 minutes and they were nice enough to let me back in swiftly. However, the room was bad. It was outdated. The room smelled old and stale. It didn't smell clean at all! The linen smelled like dirty hair and musty body odor. I feel like they just remade the bed and didn't wash anything. The bed was worn out and not comfortable. The carpet needs to be cleaned terribly or get rid of it altogether! It was dirty. I will not be staying there again but if you do stay

Beds bugs on mattress.

We had a good one night stay! The only thing to complain about was our AC unit wasn't cooling the room at all while the sun was up. We turned it down to 65 hoping it would cool the room while we went to eat, but it was still hot when we got back. I would have notified the staff had it not been for our baby was crying and ready for bed. We just dressed her lightly and went to bed. Room started to cool after the sun went down.

The location is fabulous, just off of I-40. Free, easy parking and within walking distance to O'Charley's for dinner. You could easily drive to many other locations to dine and shop if you wanted to. The bed and shower were both fabulous, which is super important to me when travelling. The room size was wonderful, with a lot of space and table space, which can be a rarity when travelling. The staff was very courteous upon check-in. I would definitely stay here again. I am so glad that I decided to bypass Nashville this time and go a bit further to stay!

Poor ventilation. Stuffy halls and stairwells. Hard to control temp in room. Pool was excessively warm- maybe only 5° les than the hot tub. Room was so warm you can only stay for a short time before being overly hot. Room was ok- crumbs in drawers. Bed was clean so just dealt with it.

Room was clean even though hotel is old. The HVAC was old and room was not very cold.

Thin walls and floors. Lots of loud TV’s. The place was clean, offered a good breakfast bar, and the staff are both friendly and very accommodating. Construction is front of the building, made check in difficult. But, that’s temporary. Would recommend.

The stay was alright, it was clean but the couch was very uncomfortable and the refrigerator was in the wrong spot in my opinion.

The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. The bed was lumpy and old. The quality of the bed is the most important, we will not stay here again.

One word: "aging". No USB ports in rooms...but plenty of open wall and lamp sockets. Typical biscuit 'n' gravy, eggs 'n' sausage breakfast. Well presented and clean. Staff were very nice, efficient, helpful. Ill be back next year.

The stay was pleasant with suite room

We were traveling and decided to make a reservation for the night. It was late. As soon as we reserved a room, we received a text, welcoming us and asking our arrival time. When we said it would be 11pm, they text instructions how to get in incase the front door was locked. That was a nice touch.

I was very happy with this stay. The front desk staff was so friendly. The hotel was tidy and decorated for Christmas. We had one very small issue and was very pleased wirh how quickly and kindly it was handled.

I stayed here for one night and will never return. The hotel is in desperate need of renovation—it has a noticeable odor, and the rooms are extremely outdated. I used the vending machine to buy a drink, inserted $5, and didn’t receive my change. When I brought it up to the front desk, the staff member was rude and simply gave me the manager’s number. I called the manager, but he was also dismissive, claiming the vending machines aren’t their responsibility and that he had no proof I actually put in $5. He then hung up on me. Completely unacceptable customer service.

Safe place to stay. Katheryn at the front desk was excellent.

There was an issue with the TV, staff came and fixed it in less than 5 minutes.

There were 7 of us, needing 2 rooms. We booked last minute and I couldn’t believe the affordable rate, so I was skeptical if it would be good. It FAR exceeded our expectations! The rooms were perfectly clean. Bathrooms clean and showers had great water pressure and nice hot water. Every staff person we encountered was friendly - often greeting us with a smile. The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet - we all slept well. The pool was larger and a little deeper than most pools in this price range. We did encounter some hair in the pool so I guess that would be the only thing I would’ve improved on, was a cleaner pool, but we still enjoyed it. There were plenty of pool towels available for use. I had requested accessible rooms or adjoining rooms and while those weren’t available, we were placed in rooms very close to the main entrance and the breakfast area, which really helped my elderly parents who need mobility assistance. Last, I want to say the lady with blonde hair who worked the breakfast area was SO attentive and smiled at everyone. Her last name started with a T. She was the kind of employee every hotel would want. She was busily restocking and cleaning the breakfast area constantly throughout the breakfast hours and smiling kindly at everyone as she did it. So nice to see a bright, smiling face when you’re starting a new day. The cleaning staff and woman at the front desk were also very kind. We really appreciate all the employees’ hard work at this hotel.

All staff was nice and it was an easy transition from checking in and out. We had a late check in and it was still a smooth process compared to other locations. Would definitely stay here again.

My husband went down in the evening to ask for an extra set of blankets, not because it was too cold but he chose to sleep on the floor due to his back. Again nothing to do with the bed it was comfortable just he had a bad back. Blankets provided without issue. Breakfast had a decent spread of scrambled egg, sausages, biscuits, gravy, cereals, waffles, yogurt etc. easy check out, would define stay again

We drove in from MN for a hockey tournament and were pleasantly surprised. Staff were very accommodating making sure our needs were met and that our hotel was ready upon our 2am arrival. Staff accommodated a noon check out which was so kind so the kids could sleep in a bit. Rooms were quiet, clean, and very worth the meager price tag. Breakfast was hot with the normal biscuits and gravy. The pool room was big and clean, the kids definitely had fun. The staff are what really made it an exceptional experience! Very helpful, kind, and personable. They even took the time to get to really know you. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was clean staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was an easy access off of the interstate.

AMAZING!! Everything about this hotel is amazing, staff, rooms, location. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Tennessee to visit my family and will recommend this hotel to others.

We stayed here once before and loved it, so I knew we would stay again this time. The rooms are fabulous...spacious and clean with a great bed and shower. That's what matters to me when I am on the road. I will stay here whenever I pass through here on I-40. It is right off of the highway, easy off/easy on.

Great hotel, really clean, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was the usual, but coffee 24/7 is awesome :)

The property needs some tender loving care. The breakfast was not good, the gravy was watered down so much it had no flavor, the orange juice was the same way watered down entirely to much it didn't have a flavor. I normally don't respond to things like this. The girls at the front desk were great. I would like to see a little more care of the building an food fixed properly. I understand that things have gone up in price but that is what the increase in room rates should cover.

Stay was great breakfast had a lot of variety, and they offered complementary water all day long.

The elevator does not go to floor 2. The elevator button lights do work to indicate what floor you’re on. The only ice machine is on the 3rd floor. The breakfast had a good variety but the warm food was ice cold. Needs updating. The shower head was terrible and only worked in one center spot. The front door check-in staff was very friendly.

Did not care especially for breakfast egg offering. Granddaughter loved the biscuits!
