Ramada by Wyndham Lebanon

We were in our way home to North Carolina from Colorado and we had been trying to outrun storms all day. I was tired and ready to stop so I hopped online and found this place and booked it based solely on the cleanliness reviews. There were a few nights on the road, in other hotels, that were sketch to say the least. When i walked into the lobby, I was immediately impressed with the place. It was clean and smelled nice. The front desk clerk, who I assume was the owner, was extremely friendly and helpful. Walking to our room was like walking through a resort. The grounds were absolutely gorgeous with mature trees and flowers that are well taken care of and the pool area was so clean and well kept. The room was just as nice. It was comfy and spacious and the bed was just what I needed after that day on the road. I hope anyone traveling through this part of Tennessee on their way to anywhere will stop at this Ramada!

My door handle was SO hard to open, and the parking lot was so small, but otherwise it was a perfect stay! Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean, everything worked!

Won’t go back. Reserved because it had a pool got there, and the pool was down from chemical imbalance was not told this before I checked in. The staff had tattoos all over and nails filed into points like clause. The side doors did not have locks on them. The breakfast was horrible no plug in the bathtub so you cannot get a bath not accessible for any vehicle pulling a trailer will not go back

Rooms were clean and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast very minimal. Rooms need to be refitted cracks in sheetrock and stuff. Gym broken.

The gym was beat up

So the door's were so hard to open even after using key, the sink was block, shampoo did not replaced, swimming pool was having tiny bugs, the rest room door was not getting lock, when I come there to check in the guy was rude if his mood is bad he should smile and explain customer properly I came in the evening it was evening guy who was rude, but morning girl was kind and provide me good service I had been in different ramada and they were soo good.

Stay was great as usual! The property is an older motel but it has been kept up well. Most importantly it is clean and comfortable!! Staff all very friendly and helpful!

The room was filthy, the sheets were unwashed, just put back. There were oil or semen stains on the sheets, hair and bugs. There were paraphernalia left from the previous tenant. The breakfast was sad, soggy, and missing various pieces of items at 645am.

I was giving Ramada another chance, but probably won't be staying with them again. The property was rundown, there was a used bar of soap in the shower, fixtures were loose, water pressure was very low, and the floor was dirty. Plus side, the bed was clean, and comfortable.

After driving for so many hours I finally got to the room, laid on the bed to relax only to find a crawling bug on the wall by the tv. Also found hairs on the bathroom once I entered. Not very clean, the rest of the night I felt itchy so just in case I separated my clean clothes from used one and went straight to the laundromat. No way I’m taking bugs home

The hotel look better in the pictures than what it is, there’s was a big fly when we just enter, bathroom was dirty and mirror dirty too. Homeless outside of the building

Huge cockroach in our room stunk was dirty we left and got a refund

Old and shabby. Seriously needs renovation. Constantly smelling cigarette smoke from guests smoking outside their rooms.

The toilet wobbled & the seat only had one screw holding it on! Dog poop on the walkway outside our door! Ants all over!

Bedroom smelled strongly of cigarettes and the microwave was dirty and any food heated in it then smelt and tasted of burnt popcorn. Toilet seat did not fit properly and the bathroom toiletries were almost empty. Breakfast had almost nothing on display until we asked if there was more, and then it was topped up.

I couldn't open the door for my room for several minutes. It was very hard to open, and I had to try different ways. I was already tired and late, so this wasn't what I expected at all.

Property is similar to a well used Motel 6. Room was outdated and furnishings well used,.

They need to do minor maintenance in the room I had , things like lamp shade not attached , if you touch it would fall off the lamp, the door sticks and was hard to open and shut. And the toilet paper dispenser was loose. Overall it’s a great location the property was clean and well maintained. The room was nice and comfortable, with just those few minor maintenance issues.

Great mattresses. Incredibly comfortable. Great bedding and towels.

Clean, up to date rooms. Good price. Bed seemed 3 feet high, somewhat difficult to get on and off, but Comfortable. Would have preferred to park my vehicle right in front of my door, but oh well.

Was a good space. We had an issue with our first room but was immediately switch with no problems.

clean room and even though i said i wouldn’t come back bc of the clerk the last time, i figured why not and that same clerk would not let me pay this morning to extend my stay with the poor excuse saying that my husband left cigarette butts in the room in which he never smoked in, i’m not a smoker and he goes outside to do so and to keep from littering puts the butts in the trash instead of throwing them on the lawn or in the parking lot. Not only did she refuse to give my husband a key to the room, knowing we were there together but lied to me saying that he cursed her out, i was on the phone with him when he talked to her about it, i’m not sure what Carla’s problem is with my husband and i but Karma will be catching up with her i’m sure, bc not only was that uncalled for but also unprofessional, i wonder if it’s company policy for her to have her husband and kid there behind the desk with her when she’s working, but whatever Carla, you take care and have a nice day, i could be ugly and say some nasty things but i won’t bc that’s not who i am anymore

I booked the room on expedia at around 11pm. We arrived around 11:30, waited in line at reception for a while and overheard the staff sound unclear about rooms and availability to other guests trying to check-in. After waiting we decided to leave considering this, the lack of cleanliness, and the unsafe appeal of the motel and surrounding area. I promptly contacted expedia to cancel this reservation (nearly 40 min after the initial booking) and the motel denied it because it was past the "6pm cancelation waiver" period...even though i booked it well after this time, so it makes zero sense. The case is now escalated through expedia; im trying to get a full refund considering i booked and attempted to cancel within about 40 minutes and we didnt even stay here. Im disappointed in the lack of accommodation. It shouldnt be so difficult to find a safe and clean place to sleep after youve been driving all day.

Took over an hour to check in. Hotel could not find my reservation. Went back and forth with staff-and a staff member that wasn't at the office-but on the phone.

the first couple of nights were great, we felt welcomed, it was clean and a quiet area, not hood or ghetto,,,well the morning when i was leaving out for work, our key did not work, i went to the office and told the clerk, well apparently i was suppose to have went in the office bc they had had us as a no show to a different room, she then asked if we were checking out today i told her probably and she said “that is probably for the best, to keep down the confusion” which had completely rubbed me the wrong way, what was for the best? i found that comment rude and unnecessary i think they should maybe train their front desk clerks to be more considerate and to keep their personal opinions to themselves, other than that we loved it there but i doubt we will be returning bc of that one comment, i am still trying to understand what that meant,,,,

I did not enjoy my experience at this motel at all. The lady at counter who was checking me in blamed the fact that she was tired for her attitude and so nonchalant and dry. I asked her she was doing and had to repeat myself twice. That's no reason not provide or deliver great customer service. Once i got to my room i checked everything out. The room was very clean. But the wall where the bed is has rust, the paint in tube looks like somebody was peeling it off and the blow dryer didn't. I was only in town for a wedding inwhich i was told after i checked in that the wedding had been canceled. I was going to stay until i heard a couple outside by room yelling very loud. I did not feel safe staying there. So I called for a ride and stayed with a friend for the night. I called the motel the next morning around 9am to tell them that i left that night. The lady on the didn't show no compassion or nothing. Just said ok and i forgot what else she said and hung up. I will never go back to this place again.

Front desk helped me enter room, was very friendly and extended my stay an extra evening.

I stay monthly and everyone has always been good to me. This time I was in a walking boot due to tendon issues. The gentleman asked if I wanted first or second floor and I replied first due to said boot making stairs a nightmare. There wasn't a king like I had paid for so he ended up upgrading us. It was a nice surprise and one he didn't have to do but nonetheless greatly appreciated. As long as I have to travel, we definitely will be long time customers.

I found the property to be very clean and well-kept. The location was perfect, with easy access to the highway but far enough away to not be affected by traffic noise. The property is surrounded by dining options. The only negative was the free breakfast, outside of coffee and waffles it was pretty pathetic. All in all a nice hotel.

It was a comfortable and convenient location.

The day shift seems a lot more personable & customer service oriented . Room was clean & property was better than 2 other properties within 2 mile radius.. Extremely easy on & off I40. Ample parking . Low pet fee.

I stayed for 3 nights. I felt safe. My room was a little dated but was clean. The staff was courteous. Close to restaurants and convenient to the agricultural show ground that i was attending. Would stay again.

Breakfast consisted of packaged pastries and coffee. There is a woman who lives at the hotel and comes out of her room to smoke every two hours.

The room was clean. The Inn was old and well-used. The shower was BURNING hot. We had to turn it to halfway and turn cold on. Tub wouldn't drain. When I went to check in by phone it said the location was NOT PET FRIENDLY and a $250 fee would be charged. Hotels.com shows a $15 per fee. They have a $20 pet fee written in pen at the front desk. The Breakfast photos are misleading. We book our hotels based on the breakfast offerings. The photos look good. The breakfast is not so much. There are 4 very basic cereals. 1 flavor muffin, 2 breads, 1 bagel. Cream cheese, butter, and jelly packets. The ONLY meat options were very small sausage and biscuit sandwiches which were almost definitely the bulk frozen ones from Costco or Sam's. You DO get to make your own waffle, however the syrup was empty, is VERY RUNNY, and you will get it all over yourself no matter how careful. (It's probably just bulk No-name syrup) The milk AND juice options were ALL watered down. No Ice available, and water was ok, but only fountain filtered. Instant coffee was offered, but not brewed. No tea option. The guy at the front desk was SUPER nice. My daughter went up to buy snacks and he even called the room to confirm it was OK for her to have my debit card. He answered our questions and was helpful!

We had 2 rooms reserved. The first room had to be changed because the deadbolt did not work. It's replacement was supposed to be non-smoking but reeked of smoke. The second room our family had was fine. The hot breakfast consisted of waffles and prepaid little sausage and biscuits. However, overall for the money it was ok.

I was surprised that this is considered a two star motel -- it's better than that. Yes, the property is older but it's kept clean, gets needed maintenance and the daily maid service was perfect. Downsides? Breakfast offerings are scant and the carpet in the rooms need shampooing.
