Good stay with two issues. Sink was filled with hair trimmings upon arrival and EV charger rate is price gouging . Most hotels offer free EV charging not only was this not free it cost more then using a fast charger just up the street.

This location has EV charging by Blink Network, the staff including the managers is attentive, friendly and highly responsive; while also remaining professional. I felt safe and I got more rest than anticipated. Would definitely return, no drawbacks.

LaQuinta was WONDERFUL!!!! I was upgraded to a 2 bdrm room as I booked 3 rooms for this trip. Great hotel, great breakfast, nice workers. Only downfall was the pool was not cleaned and ready. I would stay here every single time I go towards Nashville. Very nice!!!

Checked in smoothly for one night, and soon realized that there was no ice in the entire hotel. The lady in the front lobby did a horrible job acknowledging the issue and kept sending guests back and forth on fool’s errands. I heard her tell a gentleman who was coming from the 2nd floor to go to the third floor where I was coming from, because “that one was working.” When I told her that I had just come from the third, she was sending me to go to the 2nd. All 3 machines were out of service, and they knew it. Instead of apologizing and putting signs they were playing dumb as if they were being told for the first time. That was insulting to the guests.

Was an easy check in, wonderful, clean room, and an overall great experience. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and neat our room was. We were in a King and although we didn't request it or pay extra for it, we had a nice sofa with a chaise, Nice and clean! The breakfast was enjoyable and was a full breakfast, although the eggs and sausage were not good, Juice was warm as I read another similar comment on here. Same goes for the ice machine. The one on the first and second floors did not work so we had to use the one on the third floor. Really no big deal. The desk staff was really friendly and helpful. We did have to wash a small load of clothes there and had to put them through the dryer three times; wouldn't even mention this if I hadn't run out of change - it was $3.00 per drying cycle and I had to run back and forth for more change. I would recommend you stay here because the rooms are clean, desk staff is helpful and you are just half an hour away from Nashville. On our check out day, Wednesday, the breakfast was extremely busy, with a lot of kids and teenagers 'blocking' the breakfast area, it was hard to navigate around all of them! (they seemed to have never seen a waffle maker!) They do put a hold on your card for a deposit, which hasn't been refunded yet. I'll keep an eye on it though; I'm sure it will be released soon. Overall good experience and recommended to others!

Good hotel. Just make sure you're prepared to pay a $150 incidental with cash or card. Call before arriving. I was told over the phone i need cash to pay it but, when I arrived they took it off my card. Indoor pool was also closed.

Overall the stay was good! Definitely a little outdated and kinda cramped but the room was clean and bed was comfortable so thats all that really mattered. The only three issues I had was 1) the parking lot was small and by the time we checked in, there were no spots avaliable so I had to park on the side and was worried about getting in trouble or towed (it ended up being okay) and most of the staff was nice except one of the night time receptionist. We had come down to ask for more towels and he seemed like we had inconvenienced him, he huffed and was real short with us. We werent rude about it or anything we just asked and said thank you and went back up to our room. And 3) there was some strong chemical smells roaming throughout the hotel. Not sure if it was cleaning supplies but it was very nauseating. Other than that, a fine stay. Cant speak on the breakfast, we ate elsewhere but they did have it!

Breakfast was in line with other continental breakfasts I’ve experienced. The room condition leaves a lot to be desired. Dirty floors and shower. Hotel is very dated and has a lot of sloppy patchwork repairs, and many more needed. The sheets had some white powder on them that was all over my face, ears, and head when I woke up. But it was cheap and available.

Stayed 3 nights on the second night. I woke up itching. Went to the bathroom to shower I had 2 huge swollen areas on my arm. As the day went on I noticed I had a swollen area on my jaw. I instantly went and tried to read every review that was bad. It seems as if this bed bug issue has been a problem for a few months now. My arm is so swollen these had to had been adult bugs. Hurts to scratch. So I reported the issue to the front desk the lady was nice however when I said I had been bitten she said she had several people whom had been bit by mosquitoes. Then she proceeded to give me options 1. Have the maintenance man come and "check" it out or I could move to another room. Of course I moved but the following night I didn't get any sleep. I kept waking up thinking bugs were on me. It's a nice hotel, great rate...But the bed bugs are indeed present. I don't know who needs to hear this but, The maintenance man is NOT pest control, and that's why this hotel still has bed bugs!

Room was very clean although there was a musty smell. They gave me a room on the 3rd floor. Unfortunately i had to ask for another room due to the smell of mildew. They gave me another room woth no problem and were very quick with the changes. Once i got to the other room i could still smell mildew. Not as much as the first. Being on a time crunch i decided to stay. Other than the smell, the room was very clean. Breakfast the next morning was very good.

Check-in staff and cleaning staff were awesome. One older gentleman at the front desk in the morning was very rude and should not be working in the hospitality industry. Room was clean but dated. Close to the highway, so lots of sirens through the night. Insulation between floors was lacking so lots of loud footsteps above me.

It is in a great location for my needs. However, it needs a compete renovation on the inside ,especially the rooms. The rooms were old, dated, stains on the fabric, peeling wallpaper, BLACK mold coating the air vents. The metal covering on the a/c was rusty, dented and peeling from the wall. The bed was fairly comfortable, but it squeaked.

Bedroom was very comfortable. We were put at the very end near the highway. So it was very noisy and the curtains would close a hundred percent to keep light out. Breakfast ended at nine which most hotels i've stayed in they end at ten.

Easy to get to. Quick check in. Yes it’s not fancy. Bed was ok. Walls were thin so you could other people in hall and part of other’s TVs. But it was fine for an overnight stay for the price. If you want a quick stay to sleep, then this is it. If you want lots of amenities, then stay somewhere else and pay more.

The shower curtain was 6 inches from hitting the tub, so all of the water dripped to the floor as well as all of the spray. The floor was flooded/soaked every time we showered. That was a bit concerning. Even though there was cable, most of the available channels said "no signal".

The rooms definitely need upgrading the stand was old and the wood was roted.. the room was not what I expected..young lady that checked me in was very nice and helpful..however the gentleman that checked me.out was absolutely rude !

I live about 30 miles from the hotel, but my son was getting married close by, therefore we reserved a room for the weekend so we didn't have to drive back and forth. Family members from out of town reserved 7 additional rooms. After a long morning and afternoon of setting up and decorating for the rehearsal dinner we arrived at the hotel. I needed to get ready and get back to the venue for the dinner. The elderly man working the check in counter was so completely hateful to me, and said because I was a local I needed $150 in CASH to get into the room. I asked if they had an ATM, he said no. My husband asked where the closest one was and he said he didn't know. I asked if he could just use my debit and he yelled at me and pointed to a paper showing me their "policy". Collectively amongst my family, we were able to get $150 so I could check in. Got to my room and the key card would not work. Getting my money back on Sunday required a room inspection and then he wanted me to sign a document stating I had received the cash BEFORE I received it. The description of the property on Hotels.com actually says they do not accept cash. The room was disgusting, enamel coming off of the tub, also felt like I would fall in the shower. Uncomfortable bed, all rooms had an order and very dusty. I believe I got bit by bed bugs. Complete trash and very rude man at the front desk. La Quinta should be embarrassed.

Contacted the property about a situation out of my control. Expedia system was down and I was unable to change my booking during the allotted time for me to make changes. Property refused to refund me and the staff member was rude on the phone and said “not my problem don’t know what to tell you.”

We booked through hotels.com , upon arrival the staff told us that we shouldn’t have been able to book the room, that they had technical issues and was not receiving online bookings and had no rooms available and was unable to assist us. I filed a dispute with hotels.com and they informed us this was a no refundable deposit - the issue was escalated and have to wait to hear back from a supervisor - this left us out of $$ with no room and had to scramble to find another. Do not book La Quinta in Lebanon!

The location is a bit far from Nashville but that's what I wanted and I enjoyed my stay, the room was mostly clean no major issues or concerns. Surprisingly they had items packaged individually which was super nice compared to the ones drilled into the wall. Front desk and staff were all cool, chill, and love that they were there went I needed something. 100% would stay again if I don't need anything specific to stay in Nashville proper.

Very comfortable room with everything we needed. Fridge, microwave, toiletries. Close to the event we were going to and short driving distance to everything. Breakfast was included and was very good. Definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay, clean rooms. Holly at the front desk was very nice and pleasant! Only complaints would be about the stopper in the tub not working and all of the juices during breakfast were nasty and watered down.

Was an easy check in, wonderful, clean room, and an overall great experience. I was pleasantly surprised at how clean and neat our room was. We were in a King and although we didn't request it or pay extra for it, we had a nice sofa with a chaise, Nice and clean! The breakfast was enjoyable and was a full breakfast, although the eggs and sausage were not good, Juice was warm as I read another similar comment on here. Same goes for the ice machine. The one on the first and second floors did not work so we had to use the one on the third floor. Really no big deal. The desk staff was really friendly and helpful. We did have to wash a small load of clothes there and had to put them through the dryer three times; wouldn't even mention this if I hadn't run out of change - it was $3.00 per drying cycle and I had to run back and forth for more change. I would recommend you stay here because the rooms are clean, desk staff is helpful and you are just half an hour away from Nashville. On our check out day, Wednesday, the breakfast was extremely busy, with a lot of kids and teenagers 'blocking' the breakfast area, it was hard to navigate around all of them! (they seemed to have never seen a waffle maker!) They do put a hold on your card for a deposit, which hasn't been refunded yet. I'll keep an eye on it though; I'm sure it will be released soon. Overall good experience and recommended to others!

Even though the property was located in a strange location, once inside felt OK. When checking in I was told that I will be charged temporarily a $40 charge for whatever (?). The desk clerk said it use to be $75. The free breakfast was awful except the coffee and juice. We were on the first floor and the room above was heavy walking each early morning hours, also couldn't close the window curtain and the light also kept us up all night. Will not return there ever......

Breakfast was horrible. Everything sub par. Refrigerator didn't work right. Room was ok but they need to finish the grout around top of tub wall. Very unprofessional job. Not convenient to airport due to traffic jams all day.

We found a plastic bag over the smoke detector in our room...and the patio by the pool contained an air intake for our AC unit/ducting. People smoked pot outside our room, near the pool, so we had pot smoke smell permeate our room. The staff indicated that was unfortunate but not an unheard-of problem. No one offered an remuneration.

It was clean- but an old hotel. Old floors. Very worn carpet and tub. Like some old hotels, they pump a “scent “ into hallways and seeps into the room that makes me gag. Others in my group didn’t comment on it. I’ve learned to carry Lysol so I can stay there. Staff very nice and friendly.
