Easy access to the freeway and quiet didn’t like the fact that their wasn’t a microwave in the room and the food was on the other end of town the shower didn’t get as hot as I would like they are on the wagon with the whole green movement is why I was told that the only microwave was down stairs in the lobby

My stay was great! The beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. I loved the 24/7 coffee available in the lobby and the breakfast was good. My only complaint would be that there was no microwave in the room but there was one in the lobby to use. They also had a little market there, so that was nice it had snacks, drinks, food and some meds ect. They had dove products in the bathroom for soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in big bottles. That was a also helpful that it wasnt tiny little bottles. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay again. ....I did have a sound coming from the heater like a clicking sound and that was alittle annoying but that waa a fluke and they put in a service order to fix it but unfortunately that was to be done after I left. The staff was very helpful and nice!

The hotel appears to have been recently renovated and modernized, but the rooms are considerably smaller than other hotels we’ve stayed at in the past. In regards to cleanliness, it was ok, but the mold around the entire shower stall was not appealing. A little bleach would fix this issue very easily. However, the thing that needed fixed more than anything was the AC. The noise was terrible. When it came on we had to literally turn the TV up from 12 to 23 to hear and to make out what was being said, but the worst is being awakened at 5:40 in the morning by how loud it was. I did try to tell someone when we were leaving that it needed fixed, but there was no one at check out so we just left our room keys and headed out. Otherwise, the breakfast had good options for a continental and the bed and pillows were pretty comfortable. I would highly recommend pulling the darkening blinds. We didn’t, so when the AC woke us up, there was no going back to sleep due the sun being up already.

We stay at this Avid every year on our way through Nashville. Always clean, staff is helpful and courteous, included breakfast is on point. This is the location that got me hooked on Avid. I stay at them whenever I can now.

My wife and I were in town for the day and we chose this Hotel. We were VERY HAPPY with this hotel! The staff was awesome, the facilities was clean and new and the front desk area was a welcome place to enjoy coffee, breakfast and just a nice and comfortable place to relax. The fulltime coffee, snacks and well stocked breakfast selection was a great and unexpected treat. The room had great amenities! From different needed things like shampoos, soap, hand soap, etc to the quality sheets, bed spreads and pillows was very nice. The TV was very easy to use and gave you great control of your entertainment. The Free wifi was fast and and reliable. But the BEST part of the room, was the tile floor though out the facilities. Nothing worse that dirty carpet and we always felt clean walking around. We just enjoyed the stay and will stay there again when we come thru.

The room was clean but very small. We were on the fourth floor and we did not have hot water. However, we had family staying on other floors and they had hot water. As far as breakfast, there was cereal, pastry, fruit, oatmeal and eggs. There was also potatoes and meat, but they were not appealing it at all. If our room had hot water, it is somewhere I would stay again. It was a good location close to many restaurants.

The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was great, but the walls and ceiling were paper thin!!! We could hear EVERYTHING! It sounded like someone was flipping the beds over upstairs! We woke up several times throughout the night thinking the ceiling was coming down 😵💫 Beds were super comfortable, but don’t expect to sleep.

Overall not the experience I expect from IHG properties. The hotel and the room were very clean. We liked that the toiletries provided were name brand. And the staff was very friendly but did not seem to be very knowledgeable. We were given incorrect time for breakfast causing us to miss it. Ok, bummer. But we were also put into a room with a TV that didn't work. I'm sure we could've switched rooms but we were in town for a wedding and didn't return to the room and noticed until it was late and no one felt like packing up to move. But you'd think there'd be a note on the room not to rent it in the first place. There is also a lot of construction around the hotel so the road is torn up and was blocked - not the fault of the hotel but just to note if you're planning to book there soon.

Although I booked a double room for myself, my sister in law and our THREE KIDS they chose us to downgrade into a king size room bc they “overbooked” this is also a MICOhotel and that is not advertised so there is literally NO room to move about the room. We ended up having to go and buy an air mattress bc there was no way we were all 5 (6 including my 9 month pregnant belly) fitting in a king size bed. There is also no microwave in the room and the mini fridge did not work, as well as the bathroom being out of most of the toiletries - ofc we had our own, but it’s still inconvenient when you don’t even have hand soap in the bathroom. I had my reservations far in advance and due to other events in the city EVERY decent hotel within an hours drive of where we needed to be was sold out. The hotel didn’t even bother calling until an hour before check in time. Now Expedia claims they’ve tried contacting the hotel and haven’t heard any luck - although it’s been 4 days they’ve been waiting in a response and the only thing expedia has offer to “fix it” is $50 off my next stay. This was $384 stay for 2 days. Plus $78 on the air mattress. I also have extremely sensory overload and have panic attacks in small areas so the ENTIRE weekend was a horrible experience.

This hotel refused to honor its own cancellation policy. I canceled on the day of check-in, which should have meant only one night’s charge, but they tried to bill me for two and then argued with Expedia even after I sent proof. The staff were too uneducated to understand the plain language of their own terms and chose confrontation over customer service. Expedia intervened and refunded the extra charge based on my usage of Expedia,the hotel is just another useless IHG property. Great example of why IHG properties rank among the lowest in the industry by JD Powers and all other reputable travel publications. Poor service,fail to honor refund policies,dirty and unkept properties,poorly trained employees.

Overall not the experience I expect from IHG properties. The hotel and the room were very clean. We liked that the toiletries provided were name brand. And the staff was very friendly but did not seem to be very knowledgeable. We were given incorrect time for breakfast causing us to miss it. Ok, bummer. But we were also put into a room with a TV that didn't work. I'm sure we could've switched rooms but we were in town for a wedding and didn't return to the room and noticed until it was late and no one felt like packing up to move. But you'd think there'd be a note on the room not to rent it in the first place. There is also a lot of construction around the hotel so the road is torn up and was blocked - not the fault of the hotel but just to note if you're planning to book there soon.

The room was clean but very small. We were on the fourth floor and we did not have hot water. However, we had family staying on other floors and they had hot water. As far as breakfast, there was cereal, pastry, fruit, oatmeal and eggs. There was also potatoes and meat, but they were not appealing it at all. If our room had hot water, it is somewhere I would stay again. It was a good location close to many restaurants.

If I could give it more stars, I would. This is the nicest room I've stayed in in a very long time. The price?? Cant beat it! Great little breakfast selection, SUPER clean, and very modern! Beds were spectacular and they already have all the Dove shampoo, conditioner, lotion.....would most DEFINITELY recommend to anyone traveling in the area!
If I could give it more stars, I would. This is the nicest room I've stayed in in a very long time. The price?? Cant beat it! Great little breakfast selection, SUPER clean, and very modern! Room felt like a hospital. Entered and room was sweltering hot, turned on Ac ran for an hour then totally shut off, no fan nothing. Thought power had gone out. Reached out to front desk after giving it some time and found out that is the system. Eventually it kicked back on, and did this through the night never fully getting close to set temp.

The bathroom shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. There was residue on the bathroom walls and the pink shower bacteria. Everything else was clean and nice. The breakfast was good. The little treat bag for our dog was a special touch. The tv was all blue and couldn’t be fixed.
