All a bit random. A bit of maintenance needed here and there. E. G. Hot tub no bubbles! Good to have kitchen area but with no utensils! Good location. Friendly. All in all good for a nights stay.

We stayed here for 3 days. This hotel is SOOO clean. There are cleaning crews there all the time it seemed. Always smells clean and looks clean. The pool and hot tub were really nice. The breakfast was regular hotel breakfast. They send you a text after check in and that way you can text them back if you have any questions. I would DEFINITELY stay here again. I am picky when it comes to picking hotels becuase i hate staying in dirty places. This one amazed me with the cleanliness.

I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Everything nice and clean. It was 109 degrees that day and the pool cooled us off. Can't wait to go back. Like 15 minutes from the strip. Not bad at all

We liked that it was an easy property to get to. We did not like the smell of skunk (Marijuana) in the hallways and room, we had a no smoking room. Otherwise the breakfast staff was really nice!

The location is great! I was visiting a friend in the Hospital down the street . Found this to be the best place to stay. However, after my night stay, I found a bed bug in my sheets! Awful!!! Took the bug to front desk upon my check out and they compensated me by giving me Hilton honor points from be used for a future stay.

Property tried to charge my card before I was even there and before midnight local time, but I had just replaced my card because of fraud, so it didn’t go through. My reservation was then cancelled and I almost didn’t have a place to stay at almost midnight in a new town because the hotel was full. Also, noticed stains on the towels my first morning there so I called housekeeping for new towels. The new towels were stained even worse. Then, I had some food delivered when I wasn’t there (not intentionally) so I asked the delivery driver to leave with the front desk attendant. When I made it back to the hotel, I asked the front desk attendant about the delivery, he said he remembers it being delivered but “it’s not here now” and he doesn’t know what happened to it.

I generally only stay at Hampton Inn's however, this was by far the dirtiest one ever. The mat coming in said it all. The rooms were not what I have come to expect. I am chalking this one up to a one-off.

Check in was easy..kinda of surprised at the 150.00 deposit as I couldn’t find anything on the website when booking. Breakfast was decent & had fresh fruit,the usual waffle machine(extra cool toppings for the kiddos /the kid in you;) Pillows are flat,walls are thin. The internet worked on the tv the first night,then the next 2 nights didn’t (kiddo likes to watch Netflix)called to front desk & they said it was reset but still nothing. Wasn’t our best experience with Hampton but wasn’t the worst. Location was good/felt safe & was clean.

If you're looking for a place to stay near Las Vegas without having to hassle with the city itself, or visiting Henderson, this property is a reasonable choice. It's a little noisy being right on the Saint Rose Highway. And it's also somewhat dated - particularly the bathrooms. The air conditioners in the rooms are also very loud. That said it's not bad. It's a Hampton Inn, so you know what to expect if you're familiar with that brand. It also includes the complimentary breakfast, which helps.

Both mornings of my stay I was woken by the morning staff prepping breakfast. Banging and loud talking I was in room 132 . I would suggest a quick meeting to remind them there are people staying there.

This place is clean and it has an excellent service during breakfast. The only issue is that the the front desk personal at my arrival(at night) took too long to assigned me a room. Also, Internet in TV wasn't working. The AC was noise and I have to leave it on all night long due to I couldn't adjust it as needed.

The bed was like ice cream with chocolate syrup and nuts, just plain yummy! So soft and snuggly. And the pillows were just what a long trip deserved! Well be back in Oct for sure.

Unfortunately I requested 2 queen beds. When I got there they gave me a king with a pull out. They said they couldn’t do anything about it because I booked through Expedia. I showed them my receipt that said Two Queens but still wouldn’t change anything. The room smelled like smoke

It is obviously far from the strip, but it is quieter, cleaner and less expensive than many hotel on the strip. Uber Ride to the strip is 35$ with tip, on average. If you attend conventions, it is a cheaper options than hotels on the strip, even with Ubers twice a day.

Convenient hotel near shopping and dining. Nice comfortable beds and clean bathroom with walk-in shower. Nice breakfast, too, with staff working to keep it stocked and clean. We wanted something away from the casinos and this was great.

The grounds were clean. Hallways clean. I enjoyed my daily cup of Tea. That said , the breakfast was lacking. Oatmeal was like soup and had no taste. Brown sugar didn't help.I recommend management come in for breakfast.

Get better pillows, they flattened out like pancakes. Let me tell you, 2 pillows were not good enough. I only did one breakfast, ultra processed food and premade food. For the name of hotel, it could be better. For just a place to sleep while out of my home area, the facility did its purpose.

Was convenient to Uber into LV strip from site. Breakfast was ok but needed more room for people to sit when first opened. A bit crowded in the buffet area and hard to maneuver around.
