We used to be locals and we want to stay away from the strip. IYKYK! We are lowkey people but still like to have fun and I need to be in a clean hotel. This hotel went above and beyond all of that. They had a wonderful bar and we enjoyed a drink in the pool. The pool was clean, plenty of towels, and wasn’t busy. There was also a very clean hot tub. The room was great and modern. Comfy beds and awesome AC!! Front desk staff were super friendly (day and night). Did I mention we brought our pups? This place was pup friendly while also being extremely clean!! I will note if you don’t like dogs, just a heads up there were a few dogs here. For the pup families, there are poop bags located around the outside which made it convenient for potty breaks. Last thing is that the location was amazing. You’re so close to Sunset casino (we went to the movies), great local restaurants, and close to the mall. I highly recommend this hotel especially if you don’t want to deal with the strip. You can still have an awesome time here.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. It was really quiet at the room even though there was a pool party going on. There was a lot of stores and restaurants near by. The only negative was the lack of adequate parking.

Great staff. Nice pool and hot tub area. Fitness center had everything I needed. Only issues I had related to stuff beyond their control. 1. a landscaping company that blows parking garage in rear or building each morning 2. an inconsiderate guest who slept through their 3:30 AM alarm to the point of waking us up and forcing a call to the front desk.

The stay was really wonderful. I was disappointed to see that the pool & hot tub were closed and that there wasn't any advanced notice but I do understand these things happen. The gentleman that was working Friday night & Sunday afternoon... I didn't catch his name but we talked Oregon basketball a little, was FANTASTIC. He was very professional but still so warm & friendly!

The shower was not cleaned completely if at all. I removed a significant amount of hair from the drain catch. I was shocked to have this experience at a Hilton property. The swimming pool and hot tub right were outside our window. I would have picked another room if I knew it would be noisy until 10pm

My daughter brought out a towel to show us after she got out of the shower. It had a brown streak on it. I thought for sure that it must have been a burn or stain because the cleanliness rating was so good that I couldn’t imagine it to be anything else. Then I smelled the spot!!! Nope it was used to wipe a butt. Thankfully my daughter noticed it before she used it after her shower!!! You better believe we checked every towel before we used after that!! We took it to the front desk and they apologized and gave us another towel. Then looking in the bathroom there was random hairs all over the ceiling and a few”other” hairs on the shower wall/ceiling. I was so disgusted I just wanted out of there! I told the front desk. All they did was apologize. I don’t know what I expected from them it was just a disgusting experience. I have pictures of the ceiling hairs but am kicking myself I didn’t take a picture of the towel before we took it to the front. So grossed out!!!

Everything was great, except for the fact the doors are so thin. You can hear everything going on outside. I heard the cleaning crew talking and having full conversations and it was so loud. It was like I was part of the conversation, but I was actually trying to sleep.

I have no idea why this is rated so highly, I will never stay at a hilton garden inn again, reminded me of a motel 6. The beds were cheap coil spring no toppers or pillowtop, there were no blackout curtains and you could hear everything through the walls. I got to listen to a couple fighting over food and then in thru a differnt wall a bunch of young kids having the time of their lives playing the floor is lava or something that involves jumping and banging. The pool area was nice though and if I was traveling with little kids they would of loved the area. Lots of restaurants nearby and shopping but super sketchy homeless people all around. But worst of all was the AC didnt get cooler than 73 degrees which is too hot to sleep in for me.

Loudest air conditioner ever. There was no way to just have the fan stay on, so each time the air conditioner went on, it would wake me up. I would not stay here again.

Staff was very helpful. We ate at the Casino next door, Hilton restaurant was not open yet. Excellent food. Room was very clean. Left early Sunday morning. Young man on duty made us coffee ahead of normal times. Would definitely recommend this Hotel. I am 88 & appreciated the extra help.

They gave us an incorrect room so half of our party had to sleep on the floor. They refused to move us to the correct room because they were “oversold”. They also kept blaming everything on Expedia and would not talk to us about anything, had to go through Expedia directly. Would not stay at this location again OR book through Expedia.

When we arrived after a long 5 hours drive, we were told that Travelocity had overbooked reservation so we don’t have a room to stay. Hotel staff asked told us to call Travelocity for them to make other arrangements for us. I refused to go elsewhere nor call Travelocity because I made the reservation and if there’s any problems or concerns I should have been notified 24 hours prior. So I don’t know what happened. Hotel staff finally gave us a room that we’ve booked. First time ever this happened. Another recommendation would be more parking space. We came back after dinner at about 9am and no place to park. Drove around awhile and had to parked in the space designated for special member/status.

The front staff was rude. They could not check us in for 1 hour at 11:00 pm at night because they could not figure out reservation. The guy at the front desk was clueless and rude. Ultimately he was able to figure out reservation.

I've stayed at this hotel many times over the past couple of years, and it is consistently clean, quiet and well run. It's away from the chaos of the Strip, but still close to everything. Getting Ubers/Lyfts are generally not a problem either. Would definitely recommend.

I stayed solo at the Hilton Garden Inn Las Vegas/ Henderson for a few days while attending a 50-year Class Reunion. This hotel definitely sets the bar for similar, smaller establishments. The grounds are impeccably maintained. The hotel is clean, quiet, comfortable and modern in its simple style yet quite cozy. My bed was remarkably comfortable. It would have been nice to have a selection of movies on the T.V. but a good book did the trick as well. Unlike other smaller hotels, the Hilton Garden Inn has a convenient in-house restaurant/cafe/bar in the lobby where I ate most of my meals. This was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel. It was a tad disappointing that it was only open for breakfast and dinner. Still, I enjoyed the food. The service was excellent. The salmon I had for dinner was very flavorful and I sent my compliments to the chef. I also savored their cheesecake. While a buffet was available for breakfast, I opted to order mine instead. It was delicious. A good cup of coffee topped it all off. I was truly impressed with this hotel & staff - a great and unexpected surprise. That this hotel is so clean and well-maintained speaks to the high standard its sets for itself. A special thank you and shout out to Eira and Brian at the front desk who were especially warm, friendly, professional and helpful. They made me feel right at home. Jackie-the-Critic highly recommends this hotel. It is par excellence!

The food was sub-par. Orders appetizers when we arrived. the flatbread was a frozen doughy pizza. And the shrimp were truly shrimpy. The batter and sauce was better than the tiny tiny shrimp.

The check in staff were super friendly and efficient. However, when I was looking for parking advice due to the lot being full, I could not locate a staff member in person or by phone. The dining room staff was super friendly. I was disappointed that I had to purchase breakfast. I was especially disappointed when I received an $18 bill for a small plate of buffet eggs and two pieces of bacon.

We.went through poor example of a breakfast buffet. One english muffin, 2 sausage two coffee. The rest was disgustingly gross. What did they charge us for the above? $36!!!!!. Ive had better free breakfast buffets at every hotel ive ever stayed at!! We will not return! You should be ashamed!
