My family and I stayed the weekend as this was much closer to my sisters home. We enjoyed our stay. We arrived to a clean and spacious room. I had trouble with the window shade, so I called front desk and she was willing to call maintenance to come back since they were gone for the day but in the midst of speaking with her, the window shade started to come down. I simply just needed to be patient. The daily breakfast buffet was great. We had a variety of options to choose from and left us full until a little after lunch. The parking lot is shared with another hotel. So when its a busy weekend, the parking lot can fill up fast. The location was good and for the most parts, quiet too - close to fast food restaurants, Wal-Mart, and other businesses. Will definitely recommend to others and be coming back to stay.

We had a great stay minus one thing. After a day of sitting in the car then walking the strip, we really wanted to relax and unwind in the hot tub however it wasn't hot and the bubbles weren't working. It was luke warm at best. The beds were comfy, room was spacious and clean. Bathroom shower was a bit slippery. Overall we had a good time and would stay here again

Pool was closed, was given different excuses by everyone we asked. Noise all night and nothing done by staff to quiet people above or next to us. One had the tv up really loud for our entire 3 day stay. People above us were running around the room all night.

We stopped for an overnight rest on a road trip to California. The pool water was cloudy and dirty, even early in the morning. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Hreat breakfast options. Staff were very polite and helpful. Overall a good value if you don't care about the pool.

Nice clean stay. Easy check in. Employees are cheerful and helpful. Beds comfy. Would recommend and would stay again. Dog room was very clean, dog potty area very convenient. Nice area.

When I checked in the toilet was dirty.They only had one employee there so I had to wait for them to come and clean it. This was evening already how could it be the toilet was dirty !!! Could not sleep all night due to a noise who knows where!! When i called front desk they said it was a resetting that they would see about it but they never did. Horrible do NOT STAY HERE !!

The staff was great. The breakfast was ok... the building was awful. DO NOT stay on the first floor. The noise from the room above is unbearable. It was like the building was going to collapse. It definitely was a substandard construction issue. It was not just like oh there's someone above you it was like rhinoceroses wrestling above you no joke it was crazy loud. I am really not one to complain about noise coming from above and any normal situation. This was really crazy and almost scary I see there have been other reviews similar about the noise looks like the hotel chain needs to hire someone to really take a look at this this has nothing to do with staff. They were all pleasant. It's literally a construction issue.

Room was great! Staff were super nice. The beds are comfortable. And love that there is always coffee no matter what time it is. We stayed for a night. We definitely will be back for a longer stay!

Check in was terrible. Took WAY longer than any other hotel I have ever checked into. Rooms were also mixed up, clerk had to physically check to make sure no one was in the room.

I was here for nearly twelve days straight and it was simply amazing. Everything was incredible and the best part was the staff. Thomas, who handles the 1 - 9pm shift was professional and also very funny and kind. All of the staff was courteous and friendly and made a longer stay perfect. The fresh cookies in the evening were awesome as well. Thanks Thomas !!

Our air conditioner went out and we spent 5 days at the Hampton Inn. The customer service was impeccable! The General Manager, Miracle, went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. The complimentary breakfast and dinners were an added bonus! The entire staff was a pleasure to work with and we will definitely return. Thank you for making our time with you so delightful!

The tv was broken and they said “tough”. They had no maintenance person there and the manager was gone for the night. On a weekend night, no manager. No other room available with a working tv, and no compensation. They knocked on our door at 9:00am wanting to know when we were leaving.Then told us to checkout by 11:00. Rude, dirty, broken down and would never stay there stain. Never.

The people at the front desk were so friendly, the breakfast was amazing. As soon as the coffee was out the lady grabbed thr coffee maker and exchanged it for a fresh new one. Everything was fully stocked, clean and well organized.

The free breakfast was excellent. A lot of option and was fresh. The service was excellent and friendly. J.J was the front desk representative at my check in time and informed me that i had two rooms booked for the night. He stayed that i would have to speak wi Hotels.com to cancel the second room and to get a refund. I did call Hotels Com and there represenrative stayed that she spoke to the manager of the Hapton in and they stated that it was to late to cancel the room and that I was going to get charged for the second room even though i did not need or book it. I kept Hotels.com on the line and went back to the front desk and J.J spoke to manager on duty and got the roomed cancelled and got Hotels.com to issue the refund. He is a true professional. The only other bad experiemce was the order that the bed sheets had. They smelled like dirty wet dogs. I very much hope that the start using a stronger and better laundry detergent and clean the wahing machine that yhey use.

This was our first time staying in Henderson and I wasn’t certain of the area. But staying here at this Hampton Inn and Suites was a great decision and made our trip very comfortable. Check in was easy and the room was very clean and super spacious! There are so many restaurants and places to eat in the area. Lots of retail stores and even malls close by. We would definitely consider staying again if in the area.

Our car and another was broken in to. From what the police officer said, it is not the first time. You only have 1 camera and the thieves know where it is.

We showed up for our reservation at 1 am. After a long flight and a horrible time with a local rental car place it was an absolute pleasure to be greated so kindly and promptly by the front desk. Rooms were clean, parking was great, beds were comfortable, breakfast was amazing. Walmart is walking distance away.

This Hampton needs to be updated. I could hear the people walking around in the room above me, sounded like the ceiling was coming down. The king bed in the room didn't have Hampton bedding (mattress pad), the bed is the reason I started staying at Hampton. There were vagrants hanging out beside the property which didn't feel safe.

The bed wasn't comfortable. Perhaps the pillows were too flat. The breakfast has become poor compared with before pendamic. Everyday the items were the same. The second day didn't have bananas for oakmeals. We did appreciate the microwave in the room.
