It was loud kids running late night hours . Noisy. No body wash ( we had a bar soap but no body wash soap ) The sinks were backed up. Slow draining No microwave on property they said ( so please bring your warmer ! Other than that nice location ( mini Italy ) 🇮🇹

Multiple broken spa devices. Multiple Hot tub jets were not working. Dry Sauna didn't appear to be functioning and staff was not helpful with corrective actions. The steam room was fully functional.
