Pool was closed, even when other Hotels in the area have their pools still open for the season, that was a major turn off, (this was not disclosed anywhere at my time of booking) when I talk about this to front desk his reply was "Hilarious"; he said, "but we have a nice view to the lake" LOL...and then proceeds to assign me a room with very limited "LAKE VIEW". The mattress was very uncomfortable, I had to deal with back pain all of those days, you can tell it has seen too many miles down the road (excuse my analogy), tile in the bathtub area wasn't properly cleaned, I paid the valet parking cash upfront and I was still charged for one day on my final ticket. I asked Valet guys to keep my car close by because I was leaving for dinner in 1 hr and when I came back they completely forgot and made an expression knowing their mistake but didn't say anything or a little apology at least. Someone In the Hotel Called to check how my staying was going, when I mentioned all of this she said she will see what she can do to help but bever heard from her again. So, overall my stay with Hilton wasn't as nice as I expected to be. Kudos to the restaurant staff, they do know about customer service, they were great. I need a refund or a partial refund otherwise I'm canceling charges on the credit card.

Stayed there for 4 nights. The AC gave us trouble the entire stay. Pool closes at 6. Make you pay for valet however they leave at 7. Makes no sense. Pillows had a very weird smell. Moldy smell when you walk in. Doesn’t even feel like the AC is on when you enter the hotel.

We booked at the Hilton because of the amenities it has advertised: inflatable water obstacle course, paddle boarding, etc. they do not offer the inflatable course due to the community complaining about the traffic. Pool was closed on the first night and closed at 6pm on our last night.

Stayed on July 4th weekend. Parking was a total mess since the fireworks lake show was scheduled later that night. Parking structure was full of attendees leaving no available parkingfor hotel guests. Rooms are old and smell like it. Far from pretty much everything. Some stores and a small grocery store on premises. No ice machines worked I checked 3 different levels. Starbucks there opens late. Found stain on pillow cases and hair in bathtub. Found a dead bug near the bed. For the price I paid each night, I'm disappointed.

The property grounds are very beautiful. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was an odor on our side of the building that was unpleasant. The pool hours were very restrictive, and for someone staying one night, we had the pool accessible to us for only 3 hours in total. I would like to see that change. Especially because we paid a resort fee and we barely got to use the facilities at all because they weren't open.

The property is beautiful and I had a nice view of the lake. The room and bathroom are very spacious and I loved the large soaker tub. Bed was very comfy. Not sure why people are saying hotel is dated. It’s meant to look like an Italian villa, so the furniture is classic vintage Italian. Staff was very friendly. However, the amenities were lacking. I booked this place for a relaxing solo trip based on the listed amenities. The outdoor lagoon and hot tub were closed. The spa was lackluster. It was dark and I had to figure out how to turn all the lights on. The sauna wasn’t heated, and the hot tub only had 3 working jets. The lotion dispensers were all empty. It felt like an abandoned spa and was not the experience I was looking for. Seems unfair to charge a daily resort fee when most of the amenities aren’t working. Also, this isn’t Hilton’s fault but the nearby village is like a deserted Italian villa that is past its hey day. Most of the places are out of business or only open certain days of the week. It feels like so much is missing from the overall experience of what has the potential to be a lovely stay/experience.

I’ve stayed at the Hilton in LLV a few times in the past couple of years. I go as I enjoy the peace and quiet that you won’t find on the strip. Unfortunately, the Hilton guest services have declined and I feel that the Hilton is not providing their staff with the tools and resources they need to provide their guests with an experience they can be proud of. For example, I was there Sept 06-09 2023. It was exceptionally hot out, around 115, and I was informed that the pool area no longer offers umbrellas as they were all broken. It was also made abundantly clear that no outside food and drink were permitted in the pool area, but no restaurant service was available at the pool area on week days unless I chose to go to one of the hotel restaurants inside. I truly enjoy staying at the Hilton in LLV, but if the hotel management can not find a way to improve on the simple amenities such as pool umbrellas and refreshment options in the desert heat, i will find it difficult to return.

Found bugs in the room. Stains on the bed. Hair all over the floor and clearly not vacuumed as crumbs from previous guests found along with many balls of hair. Staff lied to me when we requested another room saying none were available. Confirmed through booking’s website that was a lie. They offered to clean the room and when we specifically asked them to fully change the sheets even leaving the stain exposed they did nothing and just put the sheet back down. Room smelled of raw sewage along with most of the resort.

The hotel itself is nice enough. Starting to show its age. The smell of the sewage vents in the lobby was a bit much. The room itself was nice. Clean sheets and towels. The balcony was covered in bird crap and the room hadn't been cleaned overly well as there were dozens of dead gnats around the room (in the sinks, on the tile floors in the bathroom, on the night stands, etc.) The area of lake Las Vegas is nice and there were multiple options for dinner that all looked good.

Hotel smelled like sewage, bathroom was dirty, the vent was noisy, the sheets were rough like sandpaper, the toilet was so old that you have to hold the handle down for it to flush, and the bed had a huge dent in it. Especially for the high price including resort fees ($20-$30 per day), it was awful. The staff, on the other hand, could not have been lovelier.

Getting to the room was a maze. I have never stayed at a hotel this confusing. There were stains on the comforter. And there were toe nail clippings on the carpet by the bed. Hotel is in need of new carpets and paint. Not worth the money.

Property is older which is fine but our room was not clean, under the beds were very gross my child found used eye contacts on floor in the bathroom. Bathroom drains would not drain properly after people came to fix it still was not fixed. Food was ok.

The hotel itself was beautiful. The room we had was clean and much bigger than I expected. The air conditioning was not working properly and areas within the hotel were hot, including my room. The front desk had the engineer check our air conditioning and did place a gan in the room. There was one disappointment I had was that the pool closed at 6pm. It is 100 degrees out and you cant use the pool.past 6pm. Wish it stayed open much longer.

Walking the long stretch into the hotel from the parking garage smelled entirely of a mixture of chlorine and backed up sewer. That was our first impression. The room looked beautiful and it was pretty clean. However, getting to it was neverending due to every winding hallway. I thought we might need our GPS. There is not a direct route into or around the hotel. Beginning from the parking garage to the room on floor 6. We appreciated the free bottles of water, but never did find an ice machine. The bed wasn't hard, but it wasn't soft either. Only one side of the bed had an outlet for charging your phone. Many knobs we're missing from cabinets and drawers. The AC was iffy. We set it for 68 and it never got there. With 105 outside, 72 in the room still felt hot. One of the sinks didn't drain properly. The shower never fully got warm. It took forever to go from very cold to just colder than lukewarm. Hubby said when he showered it became just a bit more than lukewarm. Another surprise was the $38.50 "resort fee". I'm still not sure what that fee went to. Maybe my water wasn't free after all.

Beautiful property in desirable location. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean and well maintained. The only downside for us was not having hot water for a shower during our 3 night stay. Our room was located on the 6th floor and the lavatories had to run for 10-12 minutes for warm water — never got beyond tepid in the shower. Complete waste of precious resource in the desert.

This is a massive hotel - which is absolutely beautiful - with old world style exotic wood furniture everywhere. Unfortunately my room required a 10 (!!) minute walk back to the lobby and parking - ask for a different room if they mention the “bridge”. I’m a fast walker also. The toilet had a water leak and the floor around it was stained, suggesting that the cleaning crew have likely ignored the problem previously- instead of reporting it to maintenance

Hotel is very beautiful, but pool closes at 7, which is when you could actually go into it without burning and suffocating in the heat. So not very family friendly in that sense. And the bed was not comfortable, was sunk in the middle and couldnt stay on your own side.

The room initially offered was a step below what we had booke online (ie., no balcony). After getting to the room and calling the front desk, they were able to change the room - however note that the “double room with lake view” is on the backside of the resort - so not a view of the whole lake. Once in the room, after being unable to connect to wifi, I was told the wifi was down and would not be fixed until after my checkout. There was nowhere on site with wifi for me to take a private meeting. The room and property are dated - although comfortable. The patio was very dirty with bat feces and insects. Overall this is a poor to mediocre stay - certainly not the level I would expect from Hilton.

Coffee maker in the room, but no coffee cups. Used plates and a glass left in front of our door when we finally got our room.

We checked in to the hotel on 3-31-25 for a four day stay and when we arrived the hotel was a complete ghost town with three cars were in the lot including ours. The parking lot was full of debris like it had not been cleaned in a couple of months. We went to the registration desk and the lady working was pleasant when registering as well as the doorman. Every other employee we interacted with had zero customer service skills. After we checked in we walked around the grounds and the shops. All the shops were closed and some were out of business. One cafe was open along with an ice cream parlor but all water sports were closed. We decided to go sit in the jacuzzi and discovered it was torn apart and out of order. We went back to our room and upon getting in the shower discovered the shampoo and bath gel were completely empty and mold was in the shower. A staff member brought up replacements the first evening. The next morning my wife discovered the lotion was completely empty. The room in general was dirty and dusty and a table in the room had a broken leg. I have never been this disappointed with a Hilton hotel. After our third day we decided to check out a day early knowing we would still be charged for the stay. After returning home the hotel charged us tax and a resort fee for the day we didn't stay. Strangely the desk clerk never inquired about us leaving early.

Everything at the hotel was perfect with the exception of the Check In at our arrival: While everything during our stay was perfect, the check-in process was unfortunately not up to par. Upon our arrival, the front desk employee was rude and seemed to make me feel guilty for arriving late. Our flight had been delayed, and due to lack of phone reception on the airplane, we were unable to communicate with the hotel. We had to wait over 25 minutes in the lobby while he was busy preparing and printing a report, despite there being no other guests waiting. It felt as though we were being punished for our late arrival. The only reason we were finally checked in was that I took the initiative to approach the counter and inquire about our situation, at which point he casually mentioned, “Oh, my report just finished.” Having visited and worked at various Hilton locations both nationwide and internationally, I have always considered Hilton to prioritize customer service. Sadly, this particular evening, it seemed as if that was not the case.

Frontline staff is very important when you walk into a place and I did not like the way I was greeted by the gentleman when I went to check in. Also, I was put into a dirty room, and the furniture was old and peeling not anything that I've been used to seeing for the Hilton. After I asked for my room to be cleaned, they said it would be but when I went back to my room there was no difference. I called customer service to complain and I was told by a gentleman that he would take care of my accommodation for the night and he would call call the general manager. I was moved to a better room the next morning. I was supposed to have got one night refunded back but they did not do it. When I was checking out and I addressed the issue with the lady at the desk and I told her that I was supposed to be getting a refund she said they only did $35 for some type of charge that they have nightly and she said she would have the manager call me back and the manager did not reach out to me. If she did she did not leave a voicemail for me to return her call. I believe it's because they did not want to refund me for the one night stay. If it had been them that was placed into a dirty room they would not have liked it! My cover had black specks on it and a cigarette hole and I did take pictures. Yes I could afford my room it wasn't a matter of getting anything for free. It's a fact that they're a company that didn't deliver and I should be compensated. Very beautiful hotel though

The stay here was wonderful! The location is a bit away from the city and you forget you are in Las Vegas! There is a "village" on the hotel property filled with restaurants, shops and live music. The property is surrounded by water and plenty of places to sit and enjoy the view! I would suggest getting your food, drinks and snacks in Henderson before you head into Lake Las Vegas because there are no stores (other than on the property).

The view from my room was mesmerizing. The lake was beautiful. The room itself was nice. We loved the bathroom. What we didn't love is the restaurants. No one was present to seat us at the Medici Cafe. So we left. The Firenze, we had to ask the bartender if it was self-seating, because we were standing around and no one asked if we needed help. The food at the Firenze was delicious and our waitress Christine was the only waitress working. The gift shop was the same. It had a Starbucks, so of course it had clients. There was only one clerk working as a barista and the clerk. It was sad. We think overall the hotel was nice, but it is not managed to it's full potential. I also want to mention that there were kids running around and pestering the bartender. He had to tell them to get away from the bar. They then preceding to sit at the restaurant tables and were play fighting and being loud. It made for a poor experience.

Overall a very good stay. the hotels could use a few updates because it overal looked old and a little dirty but it was a beautiful place still. The ice machines are very far apart but the rooms are nice. The food in room service was really good. The only thing was there were a lot of mosquitoes so we could not sit on the patio

Stunning property! Great hotel room and priced well. Restaurants and shops within walking distance. This hotel is right on the water. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars all around is that we didn’t have a great experience with the hotel restaurant service, but other than that everything else was great.

Aware that time of year is off season for resort. Hotel therefore was cutting services to save money and it is to be expected. Hilton was gracious enough to compensate me when I was impacted by there cost cutting measures. Over all staff was pleasent and accommodating. Medici restaurant on site was exceptional and very well managed.

This was our first experience staying here for an annual friends staycation. We actually really enjoyed our stay! The pool isn’t huge, but was clean, had fresh clean towels, and the bartenders kept up with our drink orders. We loved the walk ability to restaurants in the village. I absolutely loved the little restaurant in the hotel since you had gluten free hamburger buns!!!! Our bartender/waitress was so sweet and ensured my food allergies were adhered to by the kitchen. We definitely will return.
