This stay was awful. The towels were dirty, and when we asked for additional towels and the sheets for the pull out bed we were charged $1.25. The towels had stains on them and the room was overall dirty. The gym equipment were broken, and when my husband went out for a morning jog, he could not get back in from the side door access as the key access did not work; and had to come through the front door. We were not happy with our stay and had to cancel the 2nd night and find a new place. Hotels.com did give us a discount BUT we are STILL waiting for our refund for the second night that was cancelled due to the conditions. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Upon arrival the receptionist was friendly, he made us feel welcomed. The next day not so much. My room was supposed to have a double sofa bed but unfortunately it had a recliner. It was uncomfortable to sleep on to say the least. We called the office the next day and they brought a fold up bed but that was actually worse than the recliner. Not comfortable at all, felt all the springs and the mattress was so thin. We were considering staying an extra night but due to the sleeping situation we decided to check out on our scheduled day.

It’s a $100 a night so I feel like I can’t complain but oh my gosh from the moment you walk in there’s a stink in the air. The girl that greeted us was like over life. No coffee maker in room no cups in room AC made huge wet spot underneath it and there was like stuff on top of the AC looked like melted candy or something no one cleaned up. Also I thought I had gotten a two bedroom suite but I was placed in a two Queen room. Very disappointed.

Walked in and the front desk was closed and locked up. Took 10 minutes to get someone to get my room keys. The lobby smelled like Marijuana. Got to the room and the bed has stains all over it. This was one of the dirtiest properties I have ever stayed at. If there had been any thing else in the area I would have left. Our room smelled like it was a marijuana grow room. Good thing there was a walmart right down the road so I could get some sanitizer/deodorizer. There was dried toothpaste in the bathroom sink and dirt in every corner of the floor. The walls were extremely thin and I could hear our neighbors talking when I was in bed. I will definitly never stay there again.

This property use to be pretty decent. I recall staying here when it was Studio Plus a LONG time ago and it had REALLY, REALLY went down. The front desk staff is nice, not necessarily “friendly” but it’ll do. But the biggest issue is the cleanliness of the rooms - stains on the walls and floors, worn down furniture and bad odors in the rooms and halls. The smell in the hall nearest the elevator/front desk area smelled like farm animals. I find it interesting that they charge close to the nightly rates of better hotels in the immediate area. It’s unfortunate that such a small hotel can be this bad - some of it is needed upgrades, but most is simply management. This hotel is a 4/10 and could easily be a 10/10 with the right management, ownership and staff. SAD!

I never got a chance to stay because nobody would answer the phone or the door for me to get my reservation key. I called and called and waited 2 hrs . People hotel guess was sitting inside the door drinking alcohol and smoking drugs. It was terrible and I still haven’t gotten my refund yet. I will never stay at or reserve here again.

I called ahead of time to inform them of my late nighy check in. I drove 3 hours to find my room was double booked. I had to sleep in my vehicle over night. Thank God my wife and kids didn't arrive that night. The lobby reaked of cigarette smoke and people were lounging in the lobby.

Hotel was dirty and loud, but the Hotel manager was very nice and accommodating, they refunded me back, after I checked out earlier, I could not sleep guest upstairs above me sounded like they had kids that were gonna come through the floor, people in the back of the hotel outside my window were loud 3am in the morning.
