Beds were very small. Some minor damage to carpets and bathroom. Fitness room could not be accessed

Late check in was outside in the cold because they don’t let anyone in the lobby after a certain time.

Overall fine experience. Property was clean and safe. But overall amenities were still a bit lacking even for a modest property of this type. Breakfast selection was definitely small but adequate. Kind of awkward set up though. For example: there was no juice dispenser. You just pulled a gallon jug out of the fridge, unscrewed the cap and poured yourself a glass. My main pet peeve was that the ice machine was not working and staff seemed unconcerned. The machine actually looked like it might have simply been turned off (its digital display said "Current setting - Off"), but it wasn't obvious to me how to turn it back on. I told the lady at the front desk and specifically mentioned that it looked like it might just be turned off. The next morning the ice machine still was not working. I went to the front desk again and that guy had no idea this was an issue. I again explained that it looked like it was just set to off. But overall it was very upsetting because clearly the first lady did absolutely nothing to fix or even note the issue. Especially when it may have been a very easy fix (I'll add both staff members did get me a small bag of ice from their supply). Overall, if all you're looking for is a place to lay your head, this place was completely satisfactory.

Parking very difficult. If you arrive in the evening you can only speak with the attendant through a window. Lobby is locked. Breakfast leaves alot to be desired. However the room is clean and the beds are quite comfortable.

Very nice motel with a wonderful staff. Main inconvenience is access to the motel coming from Athens. Have to go further up the road and make a u turn and return to entrance.

Average property. Only negative were two bugs in our room. Parking is just one way. If your side is full, you may have to circle around to find parking.

Should have requested a room on the 1st floor. The bricks on the stairs were broken, not good. Had to be very careful, especially on the rainy days. 😒

Stayed one night with no real problems. Ice machine was not working. The AC took a while to get the room as cold as I like it. Breakfast was typical and well stocked. The bed was very comfortable. Good shower and nice bathroom. Room was very clean with no odors. We had no issues with noise or safety. It was obvious that they have gone to great lengths to upgrade this motel.

There was cockroach on the bed when we got to the room. Bathroom faucet is dirty. Noises from the connecting room.

Hotel room had a mold smell. Hotel employee showed us another room, but smell was still present. We left room and were unable to get a refund.

Staff was great, check in was easy, breakfast and coffee was great. But we had a bottom floor room and unfortunately noticed the moldy smell as soon as we arrived. We kept the door open for a while before dinner and night out hoping to air it out but it became unbearable overnight and we ended up leaving at sun up.

Both staff at night and morning were very friendly. Room and lobby was very clean.

The hotel was very clean and it was a good stay. Very affordable. My only complaint is there was a strong smell of Fabuloso in the lobby and the room, which was overwhelming. Also the hotel is on a busy road so there was a lot of road noise. Guests might consider some ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper.

The property is basic for what you need it for... Sleep! But unfortunately I was not able to stay due to bugs.

The price was reasonable and the room was exceptionally clean. Though the hotel is locatef on the busy Atlanta Highway, the room was quiet. I only interacted with one employee at the desk. He was courteous and professional.

Very run down. Neighbors were so loud. You could hear everything upstairs and beside you. It was miserable. It was a clean room though and it smelled nice. The staff is friendly.

All acceptable. The only complain is sound isolation was bad.

March, 2025 - We stayed at this hotel on the way to our final destination on a recent trip, and arrived pretty late in the evening. We were pleased with the room, the comfort level of the beds, and the general condition and cleanliness of everything we saw. It was very quiet, and conducive to a good sleep. I don't know when it was last renovated, but it all seemed pretty new and very well kept. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

When I first arrived, I didn't realize it was a motor lodge and was a little disappointed. The girl at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and when I opened the door to my room, it was newly furnished, clean and I ended up having a great experience. It's in a convenient location to restaurants and grocery stores but only a couple of minutes to Athens. It was very affordable and would stay there again.

The rooms look updated and are very nice! I enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely book again.

We stayed here a couple years back and the property seemed a little rough around the edges. We were very pleased on this stay to see that the entire location has been given a facelift which suits it well. The front office, breakfast room, individual rooms, parking lot & other spaces all looking in their prime. Great staff & satisfying breakfast! Good value and we will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean but had the old type of AC unit. It was either freezing or hot. Older facility- although rooms were updated.

It was so noisy, it sounded like we were IN the middle of the highway.

The Quality Inn staff is always there to answer any questions I have and makes check-in and check-out hassle free.

First let me say that I stay in hotels 2-3 times a week for work purposes. The degree of rudeness I received from the night time associate was unacceptable and unprofessional. She told me she didn’t care about my stay there and was generally not hospitable, and did not care about my needs as a guest. Due to this I will never be staying at this hotel again. You have lost a valuable customer. Maybe one day when she learns some manners other people won’t have to deal with the same experiences I had.

Very noisy, limited amenities, very sparse breakfast and not in a convenient location. Rooms are outdated. Customer service great at check in, horrible at check out. Way OVERPRICED!

We booked this hotel through Expedia, and the posted pictures were nicer than the actual room. The front desk staff was not friendly and came across as somewhat rude. Additionally, the bathtub did not drain properly. When I complained about it, they said they would notify maintenance, but nothing was done to resolve the issue.

Will not stay at a Quality Inn again. They did not hold my reservation and turned me away when I tried to check in. All while continuing to charge me. Unacceptable and management offered no solutions. Zero Stars

The morning lady at the desk is an angel. She truly blessed my day.

Better price due to not being a place that accomodates walking to places, but a short drive from great places, good value for the price, clean and friendly staff.

Booked a stay here this weekend after having a very bad airbnb experience. Rate was typical for game day weekends. Front desk staff was personable and helpful. Room was clean and served our needs well. Little challenging location wise because of the one way road access but overall a good spot to stay for a game at a more reasonable price if you’re willing to Uber or drive 15 mins back and forth to campus.

We enjoyed the stay & it was very clean. However, where the hotel is located there are no sidewalks on Atlanta Hwy.

Staff were great friendly and professional. Room had a heavy chemical deodorant smell. Breakfast was all plastic wrapped processed food with watery coffee.

Comfortable, clean & great for me. BK was mostly only microwave food.

The breakfast was great. I liked the sealed wraps on the sandwiches. The coffee was outstanding. Fresh fruit variety was available.

It’s a nice hotel for the money- not luxury but clean and comfortable. Room was nice and continental breakfast was good, not fancy but the usual options you get with an included breakfast. Was hot and food kept at safe temps etc so that’s important!

Was pretty clean, but did find an insect/mouse trap in the bathroom. Some amenities, like the fridge and drain in the shower, didn’t work properly. We had a noisy neighbor that played music until 2 am. The breakfast was average.
