Loved the lobby bar. If you like bourbon, you’ll love this place. Bartenders were awesome. Did not like the decking around the pool. It is very slippery and dangerous.

Stayed for a night. Nice comfortable hotel and the parking garage wasn’t too bad. Although people mentioned you have to go to the arcade level to cross over to the hotel, you don’t go into one necessarily if you can walk up a very short flight of stairs of 10 steps. We didn’t need the ramp which may have been near the arcade area. The only frustrating thing during our stay was 1-2 out of 3 elevators were working at a time.

Basic hotel rooms. Could have been better in cleanliness and functionality. Pool was cloudy and the weight room was ok. The steak house was closed on Sundays and the buffet hot breakfast was disappointing. The staff and front desk were very nice and helpful but the amenities were lacking and the hotel parking was inconvenient and costly.

My husband and I stayed there for a weekend. It was not too bad but there were some issues. First the pool was closed for the entire stay. It was an indoor pool and the water was green and cloudy. We decided to not get in, so it was no surprise when it was closed and doors were locked to the pool the next morning. We ordered room service once and it came quickly. We didn’t have to pay for parking, and it was close to everything we wanted to do that weekend, which included baseball game and a museum, both were in walking distance from the hotel. The other thing that was interesting was the fact that our room had a mini fridge, but the only microwave in the building is at the front check in desk. I was like what’s the point. Plus I had leftover fish so I was forced to make my husband microwave it in the front lobby. Right as a bus of tourist came to check in.

The view was the HVAC system on top of a roof. I am not sure how we keep getting these types of rooms with Hilton. The restaurant is amazing for breakfast and we highly recommend! Don’t expect to do laundry here. We were told this Hilton does not have any laundry amenities. Quite surprising for such a large Hilton and a major inconvenience for people traveling with kids for sports tournaments. The area is a bit sketchy, especially at night.

Self parking was very convenient, they do offer valet if you want.. they both have a fee.. staff was awesome! They were super busy because the day we checked in they had 3 weddings scheduled. We got there super early but they got us in a few hours before our Check in time which was great! Rooms were very clean and beds were super comfy! Hershey park was about 30 min away. We walked a few blocks to the bridge which was very pretty. My kids had a lot of fun even though we were just there for the night.

The bathroom in our room was not ready for us, the were woman hair in the floor. We call the from desk and we were told someone was coming to take care the problem but after 20 min I ended going to the from desk and demand a different room which We got with no Issues and free breakfast. We did like that.

They didn’t have both rooms under my reservation. When I finally got both rooms, one was still dirty and had other people’s stuff left inside. Went to get a different room and the same thing (dirty with stuff left behind) in the second room. Finally got the second room clean by 430pm. Used the bathroom and the toilet kept running all night.

Overall room cleanliness was very bad-- found almonds under bed, atm receipt from January 2023 on floor, dust all over lamps, etc. Toiletries were empty in their installed containers in the shower (conditioner) and body lotion by sink. No plastic liner in trash receptacle. Wallpaper peeling away in room and in hall. Had limited towels so housekeeping was kind to give us those. They like to keep the safety latch out so when they leave, the doors bang/hit loudly and for whatever reason, our room door shook whenever this happened. Hotel did smell nice when cleaned. Feedback provided since we were asked-- just felt for $, we were disappointed. Front desk clerk was kind upon check-in and friendly.

I don't know why we were given a handicap room but it was awkward - gel/shampoo in shower was very low and unless you are in a wheelchair, hard to reach. Room opposite the elevator and noisy obnoxious people came in at all yours Saturday night (Friday not as bad or I would have requested change). Ice machine extremely noisy. Breakfast buffet was good but not many seats (several large groups, sports teams).

The hotel feels dirty and run down. The walks in the rooms are so thin that I heard the neighbors alarm clock go off and then him speaking on the phone. We were literally across from the elevator and heard it opening and closing all night. It was a nightmare.

The room was too hot, and there was no option to cool the room since their HVAC is building-controlled, (i.e. no in-room HVAC unit with the option for A/C in "colder" months or heat in "warmer" months). My room was uncomfortable and was always 73 degrees or warmer.

The phone in the room did not work. It was 76 degrees in the room no matter what we set the temperature to. The iron did not work. Hilton isn’t what it used to be.

Place was clean and the staff were attentive and friendly. Can't beat the location if you want to enjoy the happenings on Second Street downtown. We had dinner at 1700 Degrees which was great. Property is a tad dated. The mirrored sliding closet doors had to be wrestled with. The bathroom and tub in particular were smallish. Maybe a refresh to replace the tub with a walk in shower would be in order. The rooms are quite large. They had a nice TV that's bigger than you usually see in hotel rooms - I'm guessing at least 60 inch. Bedding was comfy. I'd definitely stay again.

We needed to stay close to the hospital for a family members last day. Very sad occasion made much easier by a very on-point stay. Smooth as silk check-in and out, clean, staff were GREAT! Even when we needed a late check out to fit hospital schedule for tests. Well done Harrisburg Hilton..well done.

Self parking was very convenient, they do offer valet if you want.. they both have a fee.. staff was awesome! They were super busy because the day we checked in they had 3 weddings scheduled. Awful checkin and check-out. Very unprofessional staff. Room was very dated and towels not clean. Room not cleaned one day. Was told 'to not bother' giving Hilton Honours as I'd booked with 3rd party site. Seems rude.

Despite having Hilton Honors Gold status we weren’t able to check in via Mobile app. Also the room’s phone had no working handset. Furthermore room service wasn’t available due to staffing so had to go to the restaurant but had to wait for seating despite only 1/3 capacity of tables used. Due to poor staffing they weren’t seating more than a 1/3 capacity. Due to no waiter coming to us we decided to just do the buffet and we were finished with our meal before a waiter ever came by and to give us beverages and coffee. Regretting have recently purchased HGV membership.

The valet service was exceptional and kind. When checking in they asked me when I would be leaving. The next day my car was waiting promptly for me as I checked out even though I did not call for the car. Little things like that make a difference.

They confused our reservation with another indicidual with the same name and caused such a dramatic check between id and the other person. Once we checked in they called us multiple times verifying our names and then gave the other individual a room key to our room. After all that confusion they didn't offer anything as compensation. We we're looking for money but a drink voucher or parking voucher would have helped

I did not like my room next to the elevator. The parking conditions are questionable because at night the entry and exit to the garage is narrow and homeless people scowering the area.

The hotel needs a upgrade but I have to tell you the bed was very comfortable the towels were very nice and large and good quality, bad room and bathroom was very clean And the best part of the stay was the restaurant 1700 steak house restaurant!!!! OMG please definitely try it very very nice and delicious food and very knowledgeable and friendly staff . I can’t wait to make the trip to go to the restaurant again 😍

Don’t bother with the $18/per person breakfast buffet. Just an average selection of cereals, breads, and fruits. Pancakes were dry, lifeless, and hard as rocks. Potatoes were very oddly seasoned and didn’t pair well with other foods. There was apparently an omelet bar, but our host and server didn’t tell us about it, nor did any of the staff at the self-serve food area.

Wonderful hotel as Hilton's always are, staff very friendly and helpful! Room very comfortable, and the 1700 Degree Steakhouse on the property is one of the finest high-end steakhouses in PA. Very enjoyable stay.
