Really nice lobby. Free breakfast for kids (and delicious croissants). Very nice rooms and really nice marble bathrooms. Equipment in gym does not work. Too much chlorine in the pool... and no towels.

The hotel was nicely maintained. Staff was courteous and nice. Our checkin was pretty smooth. As soon as we entered the elevator to go to our room, there was some weird smell like some cables are burning. I think that was a permanent smell from the elevator because other than that, there was no smell. The room was quiet and nice. The only thing I did not like was the gym in the hotel. Though it had a set of dumbbells, a bench, some cardio equipment and a multi-purpose workout bench but the gym was in the basement and pretty dark. While working out I started feeling hot so I was trying to change the AC temperature but it was not functioning at all and at one point it became really suffocating. The staff was pretty good. I came on my EV and the staff member during the day time was oretty courteous to let me charge the vehicle for a few hours Free of charge. The breakfast was pretty adequate and fairly priced.

What was unique about this property is the cleanliness and quietness. The staff are nice and welcoming. The only thing I want to comment about is the pool. Very small and not deep enough (it’s good for the little kids though). But overall, it’s all good! I would highly recommend!

I have stayed at the Best Western Plus many times. I find the location convenient. It is within walking distance of restaurants and shopping. The service is consistently good. The rooms are clean. My only complaint is the gate to the parking lot has several issues including poor placement of the call button and the gate nearly closed on my rental (it does not appear to have a working safety sensor). I appreciate the decision to install the gate, but its execution was poor.

Place seemed like it was only rececently renovated as many details seemed incomplete around the hotel. Pool was ok but lacking enough towels for the amount of guests. The booked room wasn't ready when we arrived but fortunately only had to wait 10 minutes. Felt like it would have been a better experience if there wasn't so many things that looked unfinished.

Staff are nice at the front desk. But as for as the room goes, it is very dated, old. Smells like mildew, and old smoke. Things are falling apart- like the make-shift closet. The tv was staticky. Also, the air conditioner hardly worked. It’s set to a specific temperature and you can turn it colder. The room became pretty warm fast. The fan on the AC helped but would shut off after a while, which then you would have to get up to turn it back on. You can hear lots of banging.. like footsteps? The bed is comfortable. The washroom is clean. Although, the first time it was used, it almost over flowed - and it only had one piece of small tissue in it so it wasn’t as if there was too much in it. We had to unclog it ourselves.

I like the pressure on the standing shower. The wi-fi is not reliable. I had the privilege to visit the double queen bed room and I realized it was better than the single king bedroom. No reason to pay more. Next time I will just book a queen bedroom.

Very decent property! Not your old school Best Western. Rooms were updated and modern. Clean hotel and rooms. Parking was easy. Great little chicken restaurant next door. Didn’t try much else in the area for food though. Been there twice and would good back.

I called prior to checking in to add my husband to the reservation - no problems. When he tried to check in they could not find our reservation under my name or his name. They had him rebook through the hotel and charged him much more per night than the rate we got through Expedia. We tried all weekend to sort it out, sending confirmation numbers etc. They eventually found our reservation and promised a refund but when he asked about again at check out they said they couldn't find our Expedia reservation. The staff were very unequipped to deal with the situation. We still need a refund!

We have stayed at this hotel at least ten times over the last three years and never had any issues. This stay, one of the lights in the bathroom was flickering, maintenance came right away and tried to install a new ballast, but they did not have the right one in stock, so they disconnected the ballast instead, and it was fine. Also the toilet wobbled which we mentioned to the front desk when we were leaving. the receptionist made a note and contacted maintenance right away. Although there were issues, the hotel responded right away. We will continue to stay here as the place is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful.

I was not told that I needed to ask the desk for the security deposit. When I checked out I gave my keys and asked the receptionist if there was anything else I needed to do because I was in a rush and they said I was fine. I was then called saying that I did not receive the money back and cannot unless I return to the hotel in Montreal with my card which I have no way of doing anytime soon. I lost 200 dollars

Hôtel correct et propre, situé bien à l’Est de Montréal, dans un quartier fort industrialisé (très peu d’intérêt touristique, a 30min en voiture de Montréal). Chambre spacieuse, propre et bien équipée. Seul bémol pour le chauffage qui se met en route la nuit et qui fait beaucoup de bruit !! Bon petit déjeuner varié à emporter (certainement a cause du Covid).

If you are unfamiliar with the east end you will be surprised by the chemical plants located around the corner. I would never stay here again simply due to this fact. The hotel itself is nice on the inside however, there is nothing to do in the area. You will be driving for 20 minutes minimum to see anything worthwhile....thats with no traffic. The shower was really nice and the hotel is clean. Nice tiles and decent lighting. The price was average so I will definitely look at other places not so close to the pollution if I ever go back to Montreal. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with small kids or anyone that values their health.

This Best Western was really nice. The staff were all very kind as well. The breakfast had a great selection. The woman working the breakfast bar was so kind to our 1 year old son too! She really went out of her way to make sure he was taken care of. Only thing I wish I had been aware of is the traffic! Despite being only a few miles from the heart of Montreal, expect an hour trip to and from if you plan to explore the city. It takes about an hour to drive 10 miles in this city!

The property was immaculate and the front desk staff was great. This would be a 5 star review except for the horrendous service at breakfast. Most hotels, including other Best Western's, provide a free breakfast with great service, and always refilled food and drinks in the buffet. This one we had to pay for, which was not the problem. The problem was that the staff did not refill anything without being asked. We got there at 7:15am so not towards the end when you might expect things to run out. We had to point out there was no orange juice, no eggs, no croissants, no bacon (this all happened - there may have been more empty things, but that's what we were looking for). And when we pointed it out and asked for them to refill the serving areas for these things, they looked like a deer caught in the headlights. So after the first day, we went elsewhere for breakfast. I want to emphasize, we normally eat at hotels that the breakfast is included, and we have never had to continually request food like we did here, where we were paying for the buffet.
