Motel 6 Phoenix, AZ Midtown

This place was a slum. Noisy, filthy, drunk's knocking on my door, etc.

There's a picture of a beautiful pool but it's filled in with rocks and dirt and paved over. There's no towels. There are no amenities like soap or a cup to brush your teeth. Said I should get a fridge and microwave and when I asked for them the front desk just laughed at me and said they couldn't do anything about it. Everything about this property is a lie. It is a slum!

I had a really great stay at Motel 6. The staff was friendly, respectful, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The service was fast and professional, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and welcoming. I also appreciated how affordable everything was while still providing a quality experience. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice, comfortable place to stay with great customer service.

This place is in ROUGH shape!! My room had no nightstand, I wheeled over an office chair to put my phone on for the night, and the area is not the safest area. I’m from out of state, so I didn’t realize it was that bad of an area. You will not want to stay here with kids or if you are a female traveling alone.

The AC worked great, but everything else was a mess...no TV channels, poorly installed unit, and stained sheets, towels, and even the shower floor. That alone might be expected at a Motel 6, but what happened next was unacceptable. On my second day, I left my wallet in the room. When I returned, I was told my room had been rented to someone else... while I still had it booked. A stranger was already inside with my belongings, in the room i paid for, with it in his name. The staff refused to help, wouldn’t issue a new key, and gave no refund. I had to confront the person just to get my things back. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. Avoid this place.
