The property is undergoing a major renovation. Construction equipment and junk everywhere. Couldn't even get to the main entrance. Would be nice if a little heads up were given. Staff didn't seem to be too concerned about it. Terrible!

Under construction, inconvenient to find entrance. Pool, gym, and bar were closed. No mention of construction on website. These were things that were taken into consideration for choosing this location. If we would have been informed of these things, then we would have gone to a different location.

The property is nice . The rooms with a balcony are the best. The area is safe and many stores. The staff however when we arrived Monica was not polite, she was horrible if you don’t like your job just get another. Then Ashley came and she was very friendly and helpful. The gym is small and nice. They have patios outside where you can relax and have drinks, it was nice and cozy. The cleaning staff is great too.

This is my second time at this location. This time the hallway on the 3rd floor had a strong unpleasant odor. It crept into the room overnight. The room was clean but had mold buildup around the shower floor. This condition was not there on the second floor room last time.

We are not complainers, but this was really disappointing. There was obvious water damage in the entire property that looked like it was quickly covered up and not properly dealt with. The walls and ceilings were saggy and several were covered in black mold. The room smelled like mildew and mold. The bathroom was especially moldy and the faucet handle did not stay in place so it would fall from hot to cold. There was hair in our bedsheets. No bedding on the dirty pullout couch. The main king mattresses felt like a spring mattress from an old hide a bed. The light fixtures flickered and were missing all of their shades. The chargers and outlets would not work consistently. Our key scanner on the door broke and instead of replacing it, they took our room keys and said someone would be there to fix it tomorrow. The chemicals in the pool were way to hot and we had skin rashes after swimming. This was a big let down.

I love everything about this property. It is beautiful and my room had a balcony. The bed is facing the window/sliding glass door leading to the deck and you can see the sun rising over a forestry of trees. The room and the hotel is clean. The staff extended the friendliest greeting I have experienced. The entire experience was exceptional!

Room was awful. First room we went in had hair in the bed. Second room had a strong mold smell. They had box fans blowing down the hallway about every 20 feet. The smell was awful. We all woke up with horrible sore throats. Would not recommend.

The property was under construction —this was not disclosed at booking. Worse, the shower and bathroom was not cleaned properly (as evidenced by the pubic hair that was still on the floor of the shower when I went to shower the first day). Gross!

The room smelled of mildew. The a/c made a loud noise and did not cool the room. The gap between the wall and the entry door is so wide I could almost slide my finger through and let’s in the heat. Bathroom door got stuck multiple times

Overall great experience, room was super clean and looked a lot more modern than the pictures. The only thing that needs work is the elevator, some parts are kinda falling apart but it does the job. Great area and walking distance of shops and restaurants.

This was a terrible room. I felt I was just stuck in that room because the hotel was sold out. TV did not have a guide so you have to go through 70 channels to view what you want to watch, the bathroom tub was gross with some kind of stain or paint and the water did not drain from the shower. although I was credited 50% back it really did not worth it. the hotel have my complain on file. I also wrote the corporate office hotel.com was no help. I am very dissapointed..

We stayed for 2 days. In this Texas summer heat, the air conditioner didn’t work at all for the whole time. It was difficult to sleep at night in this crazy hot weather. They only provided a fan for this inconvenience but didn’t offer to switch rooms. So it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

I think the name is deceiving. When I booked this hotel I looked at the map and it seemed close to the Domain Area shopping, it even says “Domaine” in the name, but it really wasn’t close at all enough to walk, we definitely had to drive. We were also put in the room right by the elevator which was so loud and our entire hallway reeked of pot every night and into the morning. We also were told we were upgraded to a room with a balcony which we couldn’t enjoy because the door was jammed and wouldn’t open. It seemed like they really tried to take an older hotel and remodel it, but unfortunately it still seemed old and unfinished in places (there was a hole in the wall under our sink). Unfortunately I just don’t think I’d stay here again due to the location and experience we had, it was just disappointing.

We enjoyed our stay at this Marriott property. The hotel is newly renovated and we had a small balcony overlooking the front of the hotel. The bed was VERY comfortable the mattress was padded and the bathroom was very clean. I loved the shower and the contemporary way they styled the shower floor and drain. We had a coffee maker in the room and a refrigerator. Our floor was a quiet and the room was very cold a comfortable. Thank you Courtyard for a pleasant stay

Staff was nice but didn't clean our room. We arrived back to our room at 9:30PM. Staff brought us cleans linen. Never did see the luggage cart which, we were told did exist!

First, the room had an odor- smelled like stale bug spray. Room was also stuffy upon entering. There was 1 ice machine for all 4 floors- which there was a visiting high school basketball team, no doubt they were thirsty. Ice machine ran out of ice before 10pm. Also I did not get the breakfast I paid an additional fee for. And finally 2 hours before check-out the maid staff entered our room..no knock or any for-warning. That is the rudest, as well as violating, mistake the staff could carelessly do. At LEAST knock. Unless they got notified we had checked out early, they should wait until checkout time to feel safe to use their master key and enter a room they KNOW to be occupied. I will say, though, that their check-in process you can do from your phone to expedite the process was appreciated.

Properly has a great location; connects easy from the highway and has direct access to nearby shopping and dining. Love the front desk staff always helpful and courteous this is my second visit this year and customer service has been consistently great.

It would have been nice for the hotel to inform us that there was renovation going on before we booked. My fault for not checking the reviews. We did get to stay in a newly renovated room, so that was nice. We also enjoyed the balcony. Front desk staff was friendly. The lady who works in the restaurant in the morning was very nice. Her handmade yogurt parfaits were very delicious. The pool wasn’t available so we had to go next door to the Residence Inn. It wasn’t a bad stay just inconvenient especially for the price we paid.

Several things: 1. Two of the three bathroom towels hanging in the bathroom were dirty. 2. There were more than 6 TV Channels i couldn't watch because it said poor signal. 3. There was no thermostat. It was an old wall mounted air conditioner wouldn't get cold. 4. I ordered a chicken caesar salad for dinner. There were some pieces of the chicken was in a jello form. The other pieces were hard, i have pictures 5. There were no crunchy pieces salad, it was wilted and old looking. It was a overall very disapointed experience.
