The photos are accurate and it's location is pretty good. However upon arrival you're informed that YOU HAVE TO PAY TO PARK! Yup! 45 dollars to park for 2 days! Also have NEVER been made to pay 100 DEPOSIT for a hotel room! And I've stayed at 5 star hotels! The first day the hot tub was closed and the pool was very murky. Lots of kids. And don't think you'll do swim later because the kids will be asleep... NOPE kids SCREAMING in the pool until MIDNIGHT! Elevator was broken second day. The hotel is very old. My room was nice and clean. The AC AFTER it shuts off makes a very very loud dripping sound. It kept me up ALL NIGHT. I called and asked to switch rooms "that's just the condensation dripping, ITS IN EVERY ROOM." UM what?! I haven't been to Austin in a long time. I will be staying somewhere else next time.

Hotel has No Free parking. Even though the App says it does. We were fined because all parking has to be paid for. Check the Taxes for room because there are a lot more now. Main areas was Hot and humid. Only One elevator was working. Pool went out after first night. It wasn’t that great this time. We have been here before just not sure if we would stay again.

Loved our stay. Only bummer was that out of two elevators, one was broken so long elevator wait times. I wouldn’t step foot in the pool. Very cloudy and murky. Other than that, it was lovely and breakfast was delicious and you get two free drink coupons for their happy hour.

The room and facility in general was clean and well kept. The front desk staff was very helpful and responsive. The breakfast and happy hour benefits were excellent. The only complaints I have are the excessive parking fees ($20/d) and the paper-thin walls (could hear TV and every conversation of our neighbors). Re parking, I checked all the other properties in the area and only one other hotel charged for daily self-parking.

Great made to order free breakfasts. Beautiful atrium. However the property needs much more maintenance and attention to detail. The door handle on the inside of the bathroom door in the pool area was broken and not repaired over five days. Plates were left on tables in the elevator area for days without being removed. One of the two elevators was out of service and had been so for some time. Getting up and down was very very slow. Desk personnel were frequently gone.

1 of the 2 elevators worked. Pool was filthy, layer of sludge on top of water. Hot tub had a layer of dirty foam on top. Shower had mold in cracks and corners and rust from top to bottom of shower edge.

Staff are welcoming and helpful. But this Embassy is not keeping up with ALL THE OTHER Embassy Suites. Pool area is awful - ceiling is dripping some kind of water into the pool and hot tub. The water is green. Breakfast is really weak. Hot food is only ordered by counter so you no longer see what is available. Have to keep asking for more bacon or hashbrowns which is inconvenient. Orange juice is super diluted - more like just water. We had two room 321 and 322. They were aged but clean. Beds were nice. The rooms were didn’t cool down enough to our liking but it was 103 for the highs outside. For the price that we paid - we should have chosen one of the other Embassy Suites or the Drury Plaza which is comparable. Good luck.

This property needs a complete renovation. It feels dirty and rundown. Our room had furniture that looked like it was purchased at scratch and dent sale. The mold on the bathroom ceiling is a health issue. We couldn’t take a bath and had to take showers because the plug was broken/missing. Breakfast was ok, but we had to sit at a booth that had all of vinyl worn off of the benches. There is no way to properly clean the benches when the vinyl has exposed the cloth underneath. At checkout, the manager was taking a couple on a tour and didn’t even acknowledge that I was there trying to checkout. He left with no other staff member at the counter to help me. After waiting about 10 minutes, someone finally came out of an office to help.

Cleaning staff were extremely loud, yelling and laughing very, very loud when talking to each other down the floors. When sitting on the couch I had to help my husband to get out. Toilet so stained it looked like it had poop in it. Breakfast was wonderful. Cook was cheerful and on top of things.

Parking cost not included. At a residential site? Not a good selling point. Hotel needs updating. Elevators antiquated. Took 30 minutes for water to drain from tub. No sound proofing between rooms. Heard guests in next room swearing at each other all night and dogs barking. Pool was green and smelled! Furniture in room was dirty!

VERY OUTDATED!! Room was not clean missing items in room. Unstaffed and while staff was nice did not acknowledge issues. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioners are so loud in room it smells musty. Stained furniture. The best thing about breakfast was omelette station. However day two food ordered and never brought to our table so we left. The other food was semi hot. Everyone who works there was very nice. We had four people in our room only 2 towels and 1 was cloth. I asked for another room because this one was missing minibar that was paid for and it looked like the room was still in process of being cleaned and stocked. I was told there are no rooms available to switch us. I had to ask three times for mini bar items. We asked for towels again as well. Pool and hot tub were disgusting. They both had a dirty fill you could clearly see. This hotel needs a major deep clean and remodel. If not a remodel a deep clean and more upkeep. One elevator broken and one that was so slow it barely moves. This is the worst Embassy we have ever stayed at.

The place was not clean, and was long overdue for a renovation. Mold in the bathroom and water damage. Spray painted toilet with the paint chipping. The toilet seat itself was gross. The floors were not clean at all. The uncleanliness was uncomfortable. Also they charged an extra $50 at check in that they stated would be refunded at checkout, but a week later has yet to be refunded. Staff was tolerable but not at all friendly. Also had to pay for parking in a parking lot that was not even close to full… needless to say the embassy used to be a place to be but it is now not. Will not be returning, and am sad that it’s the place I chose to spend the night on my wedding night.

The hotel is nice and was very convenient for us for a family gathering close by. My kids loved the pool. However the breakfast has Much work to do. There was an entire army of Gnats all over the drink, and coffee machines. The pastries stood no chance of not being infested because they are right next to the drinks. This is the first Embassy we've stayed at where my family complained about the omelet bar. There needs to be some corrections made.

This hotel needs a serious deep clean and upgrade. Our first room had black mold in the vents. Our second room was ok. The toilet doesn't flush fast. The walls are dirty. I shouldn't have to buy cleaning products for a hotel room.

Our stay was terrible. I got stuck in the elevator. I cut my hand on a chair that was so old and had a nail sticking out of it. The room furniture was dirty. There was no hot water in the shower. I will never stay there again I did put in a request for the assistant general manager manager Christie to call me.

All of the rooms are positioned around the courtyard so it’s not very quiet. The rooms were nice but a little dated. The bathroom is very small and shower could use an upgrade. The charging port did not work and of course we left our blocks at home. The air didn’t get very cool, not even at 65. It didn’t get too warm, just not as cool as we would have liked. You have to pay to park, per night. They have signage on the light poles outside (we later found out) but we didn’t park in front of a light pole so we didn’t see and nothing was said to us upon checking. We received a ticket attached to the windshield.

The Embassy team was very helpful and friendly. Check-in was super quick. Even adding an additional night during our stay was very easy. It's not a brand new building, but it is well maintained and very clean. It has a "welcoming" feel to it. Beds were comfortable. Made-to-order breakfast great! We'll be back!

The hotel is showing its age, needs a little upgrade. First of all, the staff was great and very accommodating. The hotel is in poor condition, the furniture is old and dated. The sofa bed mattress was worn to the coils. Alexis, moved us to a different room with a newer sofa bed. Which was much better but the sink was stopped up. The breakfast was excellent. But, I will not be going back to any Embassy Hotel until they make some much needed renovations and updates.

My experience was absolutely horrible. The customer service was terrible, and I felt that Jackie was racist and completely unhelpful. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was dismissed. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an embassy. To make matters worse, the bartender was unfriendly and unwelcoming. If my fiancé and I weren’t so exhausted, we would’ve left immediately—but we simply didn’t have the energy to find another hotel. This experience completely ruined our vacation, and I’m extremely disappointed.

at night time the toilet started to leak water none stop, i call the front desk no body answer, then i had to go and look for the front desk person, with all the wet towels to show him how bad it was, he said he couldnt do anything and i coulnt move rooms because my wife was sleeping and i had to get up very early.

Jordan was so friendly when we arrived. He made us feel welcomed. The hotel was clean and smelled fresh. The breakfast was great. The only thing I can say negative about our stay was the elevator was very slow and there was only one working.

This is an older hotel with older hotel problems. Having said that I would stay here every time I come to Austin for the impeccable customer service this hotel provided us. Ryan, at the front desk, went above and beyond to help make our stay comfortable. Every employee we encountered was friendly and helpful. Great customer service is sorely lacking in today’s world but this hotel has definitely mastered it. Last thing, the food here for breakfast and dinner was fabulous.

We liked the size of the room/suite. Happy hour drinks were nice. Location was convenient. Staff were friendly & helpful. Snack store was stocked with variety of items. Did not like...darkness of hotel, lighting in rooms too dim. Heard banging above us the first day we were there, were told they were putting new carpet in. Ice machine on our 3rd floor was broken, had to walk to 4th floor. Leaks in gym, dripping near the treadmills. The pool looked murky & man was filling up the hot tub. The Happy hour food was VERY minimal & not appetizing. Parking was overpriced @ 21.00 a day, I could see 10.00. I think if this place had a full renovation, it has potential to be a really nice hotel. Lighten the place up, filll it with colorful wall decor. Spruce up the pool area & gym.

A nice hotel with a nice layout. Comfortable and quiet rooms. The breakfast options were good, but our second day they stopped putting out eggs and hour before the buffet was supposed to end. We ordered omelettes that took 30 minutes. The lobby/conference area bathroom was filthy. Another surprise was the $20 a night parking. I'm not sure I've ever been charged parking for a suburban hotel.

The hotel is a little outdated. The complimentary breakfast was undesirable. The omelet chef was over worked and rude to guest. Even stopped taking orders 45 mins before the breakfast scheduled end. Juice was watered down, coffee was cold and ran out of eggs 2 days in a row. Compared to other Hilton brand in the area this was unfortunately an unpleasant experience.

Excellent breakfast options! We enjoyed the happy hour also. Had a few drinks before leaving for a concert!! Front desk lady was very kind. I recommend staying at Embassy suites! We stayed in Dallas,and now Austin! Both met our expectations! You just can't beat made to order omelettes,hot cakes, sausage and other varieties of breakfast options! Very good!!

Everyone seems to get along really well and I cannot remember the name of the bartender, but she was so sweet and has the warmest aura. She reminds me of my aunt, and she’s the sweetest woman I know.
