Not much to do around the hotel, which is fine so we wanted to go the bar insode the hotel to have a cocktail and maybe an appetizer. We couldn’t do that because the bar is never open.

Bar and restaurant do not open until 5pm. Bartender was the most unfriendly person ever. Others at the bar were commenting about her attitude. Front desk staff very nice. We wont back. Hyatt best service!

Building is visibly old, but has been kept up ok. Long walks to most rooms. The Restaurant had kitchen issues and could not open and serve any food. So, there were no others places to eat in the area. One had to uber or door dash to get any food if you didn’t have a car.

The parking situation is ridiculous. And they had the nerve to charge me $44 for one night. Upon check in there was barley any place to park as well because of the way its controlled. Check in was easy and front desk attendant was very nice. Convenient restaurant and bar downtstairs but it was loud even on a weds night. Drunk idiots yelling two floors down I could hear in my room at 11pm. Room was fine, clean, comfortable. Pillows need replacing they were very out of shape and super starchy. Very easy to get in and out and back to the airport though. You can practically walk to it

This is an older hotel and you can tell from the time you enter the front door. It could sure use some updating. The room was small and the linens were old - spots and faded. The bathroom shower was very weird with no lip for the shower so water went all over the bathroom floor. There also was nowhere to put your towels close to the shower. It sure wasnt my favorite hotel but it wasnt the worst. Service was good and the employees were very nice. The restaurant is nothing to look at but the food is ok and the portions are plenty.

Hotel was great initially besides some cleanliness issues and some weird smells in the halls. Room over all was good our first night, until the ac’s in the hotel went down and the temperature/ humidity in the room was unbearable and we had to move hotels for our last night in Austin TX.

Just so comfortable! Good pillows, very clean, nice bed...but, best of all, there are blackout shades that totally blacken the room. I had an early flight and was able to go to bed early and actually sleep. I won't stay anywhere else at the airport, if I can help it

Hilton Austin Airport has aaancient WiFi. Be prepared for packet losses and frequent disconnects! Sadly 5G (at least tmobile's) is also very poor so effectively it was a no connection zone. Hotel stuff seemed aware of the situation and the remedy was to use wireless from their cafe where it should work better. Spoiler alert: wireless was bad at the cafe too. Will avoid at all costs!

We were apparently given a handicapped room which had a shower with no lip. The water went all over the floor. And the shower head was on a hose such that it had to be held while showering. Not very user friendly.

This hotel should not have the Hilton brand as it is not up to brand standards. The property looks worn out, the staff did not even acknowledge my status as an Honors member much less Diamond status. No water at check in, no response to phone calls to operator, guest service, etc. When airport van was scheduled to leave at 8:20, at 8:25 went to the front desk person confirmed it was to leave at 8:20, said she would "look for the person to drive it" person came out 5 minutes later with no explanation. At check in the 1 person at the desk chitchatted with several people before getting to us and once she got to us asked "How can I help you?" even though she saw us with bags etc to check in. No customer service priority whatsoever.

Everything was great - except the check-in process. We had a late flight, and it was nearly 1 a.m. when we arrived. There were four people already in line at the front desk, waiting for the lone employee to take care of each person. As we waited in line, three more guests arrived and joined the queue, as well as the crew from our flight who the desk clerk signed in while he was working with the first person in line. One employee to take care of everyone. When we finally got to the desk, I asked if it was always this busy, and he said, "Every night." ??!??!?! I guess since late-arriving guests have no choice but to wait, the hotel isn't losing business by under-staffing their front desk, but they should. It was almost 2 a.m. by the time we got to our room. Ridiculous.

We got to the hotel early (1130) for a 3:00 entry. The room wasn't ready, but told to check back. I checked back at 1:00, 2:15, and 3:05. The room still wasn't ready. The guy at 2:15 said he would put a special priority on the room...to no effect. The guy at 3:05 said he would put a special priority on getting our room ready, and he would notify us when it was ready--we were sitting near by to the check in desk. We were never notified. I checked back at 3:40, and the room was ready. Pretty sloppy and careless work by the staff, given that we were sitting in the hotel lobby since 11:30. I wouldn't stay in the hotel again if given the chance.

Only there overnight to catch an esrly flight. The drivers who took us tp the airport and gave us a ride back to the hotel were excellent—friendly and very helpful

Hotel was great if you needed early or late airport access. Hotel has airport shuttle which was nice. Was not convenient for downtown restaurants, bars, shops. 30–40-minute ride sometimes more depending on time and traffic. Uber rides to downtown averaged $40-50. each way.

Need to stay near Austin airport - this Hilton hotel is conveniently located near the terminal and with shuttles to/from airport available all day - its a great choice. Its an older hotel but its very clean and the service is friendly and efficient. Was able to check-in early, grab a meal at the bar and get a good nights sleep before a very early flight.

This hotel was conveniently located near Austin airport which was perfect for our early afternoon flight. They also had a shuttle service available which was great. The restaurant / bar in the hotel was excellent. Although it was not a free breakfast, the buffet for the breakfast was excellent with varied choices. The convenience to the airport is a plus and the reason we always choose the Hilton Airport Austin as well as the park and fly and shuttle to/from airport.
