Hotel Ella

I’ve stayed at our hotel a number of times .. alas I had to cancel a day before arrival because my meeting was canceled .. I called the hotel and let them know .. however was told I had to call hotels.com to cancel.. let the hotel know that I was going to cancel .. tried to call hotels.com that same day but was not able to get through . So called the next day that said day of arrival they called the hotel and was told they would not be able to cancel at that short notice.. so lost out out on the full cost of the hotel .. so not happy

Great little hidden gem not far from UT campus. Highly recommend this place.

Nice, boutique hotel with a wonderful outdoor veranda and cozy restaurant.

Great location and cool property. Will definitely stay here again. Would recommend putting tile or engineered wood under and around the sink area rather than carpet. Other than that, Hotel Ella gets an A+

The room was spotless, and the bartender was incredibly friendly, which made me feel especially comfortable as a solo traveler. I felt completely safe and truly loved every aspect of the hotel. The bed was very comfortable, the shower had excellent water pressure, and the drinks were fantastic. The valets and front desk staff were all extremely warm and welcoming. I will absolutely be staying here again.
