I'm not sure I would call this a good experience for a hotel costing $450 a night. I specifically requested a double-queen room, but the front desk gave me a king room without telling me. I didn't realize it until I reached my room. I was also not clearly informed that parking was an additional charge. There is a large open parking area in front of the hotel, so it looks like regular free parking. Fortunately, I noticed the sign outside and voluntarily paid. Otherwise, I could have ended up with a towed vehicle. Another frustrating issue was the $20 hotel credit included with my stay. No one told me about it. I only found out at checkout when another front desk employee mentioned that I hadn't used it. I asked if I could use it for a cup of coffee before leaving, but she said I had already checked out, so it was too late. Overall, I'd give the service about 1.5 stars for a hotel that is supposed to be four-star. To me, this feels more like a management and training problem than an isolated employee issue. Staff need to pay more attention to details and do a better job of making sure guests understand what is included with their stay.

Property is nice and convenient to local shopping. Nice room. Bed was firm if you like that, I prefer a bit softer for my hips. Breakfast in room was a nice option to have. Two pools, one inside and the other outside. Neither had a lot of guests so it worked out fine

Solid Marriott property. Unique situation where pool was closed during son’s milestone bday. Room didn’t get cleaned one day and bathroom light wasn’t working. All around a great vibe for a family summer visit as the food was good and cafe and bars were great.
