Very comfortable, nice stay. A little tiny glitch when we had a fire alarm (my first experience with this during a hotel stay)! Managed as quickly as possible, most likely a guest smoking in the elevator (what a turd). Staff was great! Breakfast was okay. For my needs, very conveniently located and plenty of parking, room was comfortable and clean. Would absolutely stay here again!

Property had been updated since I stayed here and thought it would be in better condition. Room felt very dark and dank with a constant musty mildew smell. The worst however was the big bug that crawled across my bed when I got in it! I won’t be going back.

I asked for extra bath towels and when I got them back up to my room there were some hair on them. The hairs were in the cloth of the towel I had to pull them out. This makes me doubt the sanitation of the hotel.

The room was very spacious and quiet. The sofa was comfortable & great for watching tv/relaxing. It appeared either newly remodeled or a fairly new facility & was tastefully decorated. Breakfast was pretty good & waffles were great. All of the staff we encountered were friendly & welcoming. Bed was a little soft for my taste, but everything else was great & plan to stay there for subsequent visits.

The hotel in general for the price is ok but we’ll never stay there again. Our beds were nightmare to sleep on, it was hard and had plastic sound every turn like we were sleeping on top of carbon box wrapped with plastic. It was probably a recicled mattress. Gross! Who knows! The pillows get extremely fla, and they skipped our cleaning service even after I made a special trip to the front desk and ask in person for the cleaning, plus we asked kindly to do something about the mattress. It was noted on their computer by 3 personals at the front desk and discussed between them how they were going to proceed. They promised to fix the bed problem (they were aware of the bad conditions of their mattress due to backup orders) and also the cleaning of the room. But NOTHING was done, when we came back in the evening after our long day out with our little kid, it was the same mess we left, no clean towels, bed was not made or fixed as promised. I called front desk around 8 PM and the person said he couldn’t do anything since all the housekeepers and maintenance people had left for the day. No explanation, apology or call from management later. It was left as it. Note you’ll hear loud traffic noises from the hwy window facing rooms. It definitely was not helping our case. Our new years celebration that was suppose to be a relaxing vacation turned out to to be a bad experience… I still have body aches from their horrible mattress experience and lack of a good restful sleep.

There was a bit of miscommunication at the beginning when we were trying to check in but the employee at the front desk was able to resolve the issue. Hotel room was very spacious and nice. Breakfast was good as well. Will be staying here again when future trips to Texas occur.

I gave a highly rated review for this property for a June stay. I stayed again in July and have downgraded my rating for this review. The on-line check in didn't seem to matter - I received the notification that my room was ready after I called and checked in and my request for no maid service during my stay was ignored. My room was cleaned when I requested no service both on-line and in person during check in and had the DO NOT DISTURB tag hanging on the outside of my door. I felt very violated. Is this the worst thing that could happen, no but it didn't make me feel any better. I had left all my work equipment out, my dirty laundry in a pile and my toothbrush out - I was infuriated. All the manager could do was to tell me that there was a "WELL" next to my room number, which meant to check. When I asked him how did that note get next to my room number when not only had I explicitly stated no service during check in I also had the DO NOT DISTURB tag hanging on my door - he had NO answer for me. My privacy request was ignored and I felt violated. This one incident ruined the rest of my stay at the hotel. Then on my last day I was locked out of room sometime around 11am when checkout time is noon and I hadn't checked out yet ... disappointing and unfortunate. I would still consider staying here again as the rest of the staff is great and I like the facilities overall. I just need time to let go of this violation of my privacy ...

We stayed at this hotel last year around this same time and we loved it. We wanted to be close enough to the Domain, but didn’t want to be in the high traffic areas. It’s a great location, the staff is friendly and the hotel is clean. We will very likely go back.
