The first room I was booked into it was an hour and a half before the AC started working at 1:00 a.m. the AC stopped working started blowing hot air I informed the front desk and they went and checked it out 3 hours later still couldn't get it fixed so just to open up the window on the third floor and I did at 7:00 a.m. they put me in a different room where someone had taken the iron for clothes and placed it everywhere but at least the AC worked the TVs in the whole hotel is in Spanish only no English this is the first time I have ever stayed at a hotel where all the TV channels were in Spanish the vending machine did not work even though it cost a dollar and a half for a cold beverage you could buy one at the front desk for $3

Air conditioner did not work in first room. Had to be moved to another. Went to use the gym. they shoved 3 treadmills into a 10x10 room. Had to jump over 1 treadmill to get to the next. Staff was great

Well they let us check in late that was great. They were very friendly room was great. Went to the room and we got in fine settled in and left came back. When we came back the key didn’t work and had to go down stairs to get help. Next morning woke up to the key not working again and the elevator being broken

The only problem we had was that they didn’t understand what kind of truck we were coming in. I always call property to make sure before reservation is made. Upon arrival there was really no place for what we had going on so that was a huge hassle but other than that it was a great stay.

Elevator was not working and there was no tv/internet service for the entire four day stay. The continental breakfast was lackluster and consisted of a waffle machine , some yogurt and frozen Jimmy Dean biscuits. The building itself was clean and staff was friendly enough but a minimum expectation is that everything is in working order.

Kurt checked us in. He had a great attitude, and was very helpful. There was a text to make a request feature that was insanely helpful. The room had a lingering marijuana smell, and a landline that didn't work. The elevator wasn't operational, which made getting to our room on the top floor very inconvenient. We didn't try the breakfast, so I can't speak to its quality. If I'd spent $90 after fees, this would've been a 5 star stay.

The hotel was nice. Unique that had a sauna in gym area but not much known about. Only drawback was not able to get receipt @ checkout, and never received copy by e-mail either.

Very unfriendly staff, definitely don’t make you feel welcome. Room was large and spacious and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. Came with fridge, MW and coffee. Breakfast served 6-9am. Waffles only. Apple juice and coffee all though coffee e pots were empty and full of coffe grounds. Easy freeway access and 3.9 miles to airport. Tired to charge my card after checkout for $3.50 not sure why .

The outside of the hotel looked good. The lobby was ok. The room needed to be updated, things were old. The comforter and pillow shams on the bed looked very used and not clean or fresh. The pads on the sitting areas were old and had stains (would not sit on them). Would not stay here again nor recommend to anyone.

Upon walking into lobby there was bad smell. No one was at the counter. I waited for a while and ended up calling the hotel to get someone to assist me to check in. Got to the room. It was terrible. The beds looked dusty and curtains had mold. I was in town from DFW for concert. We ended up driving back to Dallas same night because there was no way I was sleeping there

Room was dirty and had bad odor. First room assigned smelled bad I asked for another. Replacement room was only marginally better. Furniture was chipped, stained, and deeply scratched. Would not consider staying again. Chose hotel because of Wyndham name. Wry disappointing.

When we entered the. property it looked so beautiful. The rooms looked well kept as well. Alas, the bathroom floors were sticky and the table not wipe off and sticky. The staff who checked us in was very friendly but the women who checked is out was little rude. Also the internet was horrible. It kept disconnecting and the speed was terrible. Breakfast was fine

The proximity to airport and price was why I selected this property. The desk attendant said no more than two phrases to me and handed me a key. The key card scanner was broken. The room could use a good cleaning. Beds are not comfortable and one of them creaked. The fan is set to two set temperatures and could not be turned off so the room got very hot or cold, ceiling fan worked. I understand I got what I paid for, I was thankful to find a vacancy on short notice when I missed a flight, but would not stay there again.

The bed was very comfortable. However the pillows were not. Three pillow's for a King size mattress is not enough. Only two towels were provided for two people that is not enough and the towels were small need bigger size towels.

Rooms on the first floor are subject to any noise from the front entrance door slamming, phone ringing, people talking and the silly waffle maker beeping when done. I could hear it all. The surface of one of the night stands was sticky from something spilled and not properly cleaned.

There was a couple at the front desk., I'm assuming husband and wife. The guy was so rude and obnoxious. I asked for more coffee for the room, he flat out told me no, he said you have some in there. like 1 was enough or something. I spent 2 days there with wife and son. There were many other instances too, Cleaning would leave our room door open so people could have walked right in. Never Again

I arrived after midnight (approx.12:50am) to check-in. It was weird as they asked to see my reservation on my phone, then my ID, and of course my credit card. I figure how many other are checking in at almost 1am but whatever. I am eventually sent to my room after waiting for 10-15min for them (man & woman) to check me in. Did not appear they knew what they were doing. I get to my room 319 and the key card does not work. I go back and for the three times before they open the door with the ‘master key’. At this point I am tired, went to shower, and get a nap in before my 6am flight. Finally get in the room around 1:45am. There was no hot water. I was livid. I requested to be moved and was placed in room 213. I was able to take a shower and laid down at 2:30am. I left for my flight at 4:50am. The showers have mold, bed was decent, and the pillows were like mush. I would not stay here again under any circumstance.

There is a sign at the lobby that indicates no smoking in the hotel and a $500 charge if you’re caught smoking. Totally understandable. But they charge $5 more per night for a “No Smoking room.” That’s just shady, misleading, and greedy. No mention about complimentary breakfast upon check-in and when I asked if they had a piece of fruit or muffin or anything upon check after I realized in an email that breakfast was included, they said no. That’s absolutely pathetic. Your guests pay for a night stay that includes breakfast but you can’t toss them a damn thing when they realize upon checking out that a breakfast was included, and your front desk attendant failed to mention it or the breakfast hours… I don’t care. Go hungry was the message I basically received. Do better.

I showed up a 3 hours earlier from my flight. And they charged me 40 dollars for an early check in fee. The room was already ready. The problem that bothers me is that when I called they said it would be 30 dollars. Plus they added an extra charge out of no where. No explanation. This was a terrible experience.

due to AC repairs we chose to stay near the home! the night guy was great but the morning manager was an hour late when we tried to extend our stay and once she was there her attitude was lest than evil! like it was our fault she had to come in to work! while in the motel the toilet seat was loose! and once i left i was charged for the fact it was broken when all the while it was loose! but ok!

This property seemed transient or like a lot of day labor workers were living there. It has a lot of secured doors and implied safety concerns. My room was clean but dated. I need a quick access to downtown Austin yet inexpensive room- it meet that criteria

Filthy dirty bed in general the whole room was messy . Paid the stay that includes breakfast but 10pm there was no breakfast available they closed it earlier . Best to spend money else were . This place is a NO NO

We were unable to communicate due to language barrier. The continental breakfast was an absolute joke. The entire system was not working, drinks, coffee, and waffle maker. Very cheap pastries and their fruit, were bowls that appeared to be very old. The shower lacked pressure and took forever for hot water to work. Overall I left a day early to get out of the hotel. It was poorly operated.

The breakfast area was not good. The coffee was cold and there was no micro in the breakfast room so even though guests were told not to take food out of the room, I took mine upstairs to warm up. The waffle machine was not working. Someone had tried to use it and it was overflowing with raw waffle mix. Other than that, the facility was adequate. Nothing fancy and nothing fancy expected.

Great location between Austin and airport. Breakfast was useless, no coffee and no one around to refill. The room was clean and bed comfy although beginning to show wear and tear on closer investigation
