Our stay was pretty good. Clean hotel, friendly staff. The elevator did break while we were there, and we were on the 3rd floor, as well as our ice maker breaking and having to trek the stairs to the first floor, but just a few minor inconveniences. Overall great stay!

One of the best hotel stays I’ve had in a while. The hotel staff were great and very attentive. The room was very clean. The exterior and the interior were all well maintained. All in all great hotel. Only issue I think I’d have with hotel is the parking situation, a shared lot with a sister hotel, makes parking somewhat difficult.

The mattress and pillows were very uncomfortable. Didnt sleep well the entire week I was there. Came home w an intense head & neck pain, massive headache. Mattress was lumpy, pillows were so small and thick, couldn't get comfortable. Hot water coming out of the bathroom faucet took forever to get hot. Mini fridge barely kept things cold, and freezer didnt work at all. The air conditioner in the room was so incredibly loud and rattling all night long, and really didnt cool that well. No ice machines working excepts 1st floor. Wouldnt stay here again for free.

The staff was very courteous. Free parking and a free full breakfast can be hard to find in the Austin area. Also, they have a security guard who patrols the entire parking lot and surrounding area non-stop during the evening hours through the next morning which so many other hotels don't have. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and I also recommend it.

On the first couple of days the elevator was broken. Some of the ice machines were not working. They provide an iron but no ironing board. Maybe my fault cuz I didn't ask for it. On the bright side they provide coffee and hot chocolate at any time. This morning when we were leaving they had to go breakfast bags. Which I didn't need but I gave it to the homeless people on 6th street. I had to do laundry at one point and that was the most unpleasant part because the washer and dryer are old and noisy plus it's all the way on the third floor. But you have to get change from the front desk. My stay overall was pleasant. Despite these things. I slept good woke up I felt refreshed. I room didn't smell bad. They had breakfast every morning. I used the gym did some lifting and some treadmill. The staff was really friendly everyone down to the maintenance man..

Was very disappointed: Pool was dirty, Jacuzzi didn’t work, Ice machine on our floor was out- remote needed new batteries, lights needed new bulbs. Beds we not comfortable I will say breakfasts were good and it was clean - nice location , no parking fee’s!

The hall on our floor had no air conditioning which was absolutely terrible in the 100 degree weather. At the same time, the carpet of our room was dirty and made the bottoms of our feet black. We had a hard time falling asleep because the air conditioner kept rattling on and off, to the point where we had to call the lobby at 3 am to see if there was anything we can do about the noise. Although the cleanliness was questionable, the staff were really friendly. Shout out to Austin.

Found hairs in one of the beds The hallways had damages to the walls The hallway carpets were dirty Coffee machine inside the bathroom? So I can relieve myself and make coffee at the same time? No water bottles to make coffee, so use bathroom sink water or go buy my own?

It was hot outside and the room was not cooling down. I notified staff because the thermostat on the wall was missing lines to be able to tell what it was set on. We turned it down to 67° and it still was not cooling down the room. The area by the fan by the wall had soaked the carpet. I got my house shoes soaked when I walked in the area. The staff was notified of the problem and she said that she would notify maintenance. But it did not make for a pleasant experience when it was so hot out!

This hotel was really good but the only two things that I didn’t like about it was the room didn’t have a microwave so I had to go downstairs to warm up my food and the mini fridge didn’t work that well either.

The staff was very friendly and competent at check in and the room was ready even though it was just a few minutes after 3. The room was clean and everything worked including the wide variety of outlets and USB ports. The AC was quiet and responded when we adjusted it. The beds were comfortable and the hallway was quiet all night. In the morning the tasty breakfast was ready and the coffee was hot. Checkout was smooth. After traveling for about an hour my daughter noticed she forgot her cell phone in the room. We contacted the hotel and it was already at the front desk and they had called me but the call didn't go through because it was an unknown number. The phone with wallet case was returned with everything there. Thanks a lot for helping her out. There is some construction near that made it a little challenging getting on and off the freeway but plenty of eating and shopping choices nearby. Very much worth the price we will look for it again.

I strongly abhor Hampton inn, after my stay this April. I expected so much more from the brand Hampton by Hilton and I was very disappointed and unimpressed by the front desk staff attitude and the service I received. When you walk into the Hampton Inn, there’s a sign on the wall that reads “Making you happy, makes us happy.”, but that’s obviously lip service only. My sister and I arrived at Hampton Inn on a Tuesday evening and we were told by this man at the front desk, that our rooms wouldn’t be cleaned Tuesday but instead on Wednesday. The Hampton Inn does housekeeping every other day for their guests. So Wednesday I left out of my room very early in the morning, to dine in and enjoy breakfast. I noticed the housekeeping staff with their carts, cleaning select rooms. I stayed gone most of the day to ensure there would be plenty of time allotted for my room to be cleaned. I didn’t return to the room until about 12:30AM the next morning, and my room was not cleaned, no clean towels restocked, very disappointed and dissatisfied with my visit. I also wasn’t asked at the end of my stay, how I enjoyed my visit. It’s clear to me that the Hampton Inn doesn’t care about their guests, I’ve had better quality service at none name brand hotels.

****SERVICE ANIMAL OWNERS BEWARE**** Informed staff of dog upon checking in, filled out form with dogs name and what he provided to owner. Asked if anything additional was required and was told no. The moment after checkout I noticed a charge for $75 so I called the property, they stated that my dogs work “sounded more like emotional support so therefore didn’t count as a service animal”. I feel this was a total money grab as nothing was said upon checkin or check out. GM is very argumentative, refused help without medical docs. I will be insisting on a refund.

Elevator was not in working order when I arrived or when I left to go out that night, but Olive, at the front desk went out of her way to not only change me from third to second floor but carried my bags up the stairs for me for me to my room, being that I have a labral tear in my hip which made it painful to do stairs. Thank you to her.

From check in with Zowie to the fresh breakfast served every morning to housekeeping and checkout, I must say that it was indeed an amazing experience. Everyone was very friendly, location was convenient. Has a shopping mall, Walmart and many restaurants nearby. I will definitely stay here again and will recommend!

Overall , OK, but three issues: Noisy HVAC, not just from my room but from all the ones around it. When they turned on and off , loud noise all night long. Cold air blew up and right onto bed, so you were either warm or too cold. Sticker on mirror in bathroom said daily room service for towels , cleaning etc. Nothing done first day, and when checking at the desk they said service was every other day unless you asked. It was stupid to have a sign up saying daily service if their policy had changed.

This hotel is just off the larger road but very easy to access and conveniently located close to both food and shopping options. It was so nice and quiet! I was very pleasantly surprised! The staff was friendly. The room was clean. I didn't have breakfast, but the setup and eating space/lobby area was nice. The price was great, esp for the area. It's not overly fancy, but clean, quiet, and cheap is always a win.

I did not like your breakfast they told us the omelet was vegetarian but we found a piece of ham inside told the kitchen but no response. We only eat halaal food so this is very offensive for us. Not good breakfast selection for us. The coffee ran out breakfast they should keep an eye on it poor experience
