Good. Breakfast was fresh and handy. Pool is nice!

Room was clean and bed was comfy. Nice selection of TV channels. The electrical outlet in the bathroom had a small gap between the wall and fixture. Not a huge deal but attention to detail comed to mind. Pool was closed for no apparent reason. Odd thing is you had to "sign up" for breakfast every day and then pick it up in the AM. Limited to one item from each category. Smokers were consistently sitting outside the back door near the pool and used that area as their smoking lounge. Lots of dining options in the area. Walmart is 3 minutes away.

The hotel advertised that there was a pool, however there was no water in the pool. The mattress on one bed was in need of replacement. The shower had stains and looked dirty. The carpet had a sticky feel to it.

Fix the pool.

There was bad mold smell in our room. We had to go back several times because the key card would not work. And it advertises as having a pool, which it does but no water was included. The staff was friendly enough.

I would’ve liked to know that the pool was not working before staying at the hotel I would’ve not stayed there if I had known . I would’ve thought they would’ve given me a rebate on the price since I was expecting a pool to cool down in !!

People yelling in hallways and smoking pot around the pool

It was sub par, it was a place to rest for the night but I dislike description on sites to book the hotel and when you get there it's not true. No usable pool and the building looked like it was falling apart. Supposedly offers breakfast and in actuality it offers you crap.... Or what I love to call a breakfast of champions.... Two tangerines, a granola bar and a muffin that is basically kid size.... The drink options where soul burning coffee and or orange/apple juice. A total disappointment and will not book there again unless I'm desperate.

The front desk lady was very very nice and understanding. The hall smelled like mildew. The 1st room the bedding was dirty so we changed rooms. The second room was dirty and had mold in the bathroom. We didn’t stay at all. We left an we to a different hotel.

Carpet was filthy, shower curtain was almost barely hanging from wall. Phones don't work. Front desk had no attendant. There is a reason there were only four cars total in parking lot. Cheap for a reason. It's gross.

Positives: Front desk service is outstanding. Great location with a lot of resturants and shopping within walking distance. I chose to swap my reservation (paid for by my company) at the Double Tree for this hotel due to the location. Huge downgrade, but I dont care as much for the boosie establishments and would rather have conviences. Negatives: The room is ok, but needs some attention. The floor is very dirty and in need of a deep shampooing. Still utilizing Covid-19 breakfast (brown bag with a muffin, granola bar and a fruit). I am ok with it because im on a high sugar diet but most people dont start their day like me. The internet is managed by an outside entity which isnt bad but would drop connection at time. The signal from the next establishment is stronger than that of this hotel and at the desk in my room, the other establisment's wifi is more stable than this hotel. Im not a fan of the Indian lady using her key and barging into my room after I've already spoken to house keeping about not needing anything. Not once, but on multiple occasions. NOT eco-friendly and treats the rooms as single day use for all towels. Makes it clean, but isnt eco friendly for long term stays.

Had to wait a long time to check in. Bathroom door did not close much less lock. The breakfast was reflective of Covid. A small muffin, small granola bar and a small apple in a small brown paper bag. No gym or fitness center. Dirty underwear, dirty socks and garbage under both beds. Musty odor in room. Would NOT recommend.

The property is dirty and unclean there is a smell to the hallways and in the rooms. The property is run down and falling apart. Furniture is old and mismatched. Would not recommend using this property.

This place is awful. If crisp and clean is your thing, don’t stay here. It was dingy and the base boards haven’t been wiped in 2 years. The bed cover had a burn in it and the lighting was so dim it was creepy how dirty the place felt. The wash rags and towels look like you’ve used them to wash your car. Everything just felt nasty. We forfeited our second night because the a/c was so loud from circulated water in the unit we slept with ear plugs.

It was nice they let me check in about 30 minutes early. About 25 minutes after I got in my room, someone else was trying to enter my room, as they had been checked into the same room. The room above me sounded like it was a gymnastic team practicing their tumbling until about one in the morning. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely loud, the lighting in the bathroom was horrible. There was a toilet somewhere close to my room that made a weird noise right before it stopped.

To start, finding the hotel, check in, and the front desk people; lovely people. Wonderful people. Check in was relatively easy EXCEPT You get charged an extra $100 hold fee on top of the price for the hotel- and this is NOT warned of ahead of time. Secondly: "free breakfast and a pool" was advertised. The free breakfast is- you fill out a note, bring it to the desk, and in the morning you get a paper bag of a granola bar and a muffin. Thats it. No creamer for the coffee. The coffee pot in the room was also dirty. There was also no pool. The bathroom fan was SO LOUD it would wake anyone who is sleeping in the room. And lastly... no hot water in the shower. It took over 45 minutes of the water running for it to get to a tolerable temperature. Then suddenly, turns absolutely scalding. I took a cold shower, and my wife got burned. The wifi also didnt work. Over all: not worth the price. You get a bed, i guess.

I think there’s some remodeling needs to be done to bring hotel up to par. The only thing that was enjoyable was the bed slept well. But from there, it was downhill. The front door was broken. The carpet was very old, dirty and worn. When I spoke to the person at the desk about making reservations, he pointed me too the website and said I would get a better deal. I should have went to see for myself the condition of the hotel.

The product that they used as shower walls is about 1/4-1/2” thick and is about to fall off the wall. The safety latch on the door was broken. The WI-FI was sketchy at best. They had advertised a Hot breakfast and we got a brown paper sack of mini muffin, a piece of fruit and a granola bar.

It was a good economic option, but the hotel was dated. Beds were comfortable and the location was convenient.

My room: missing electrical outlet cover, stained carpet, rag tied around base of a sprinkler, cracked bathroom mirror, hole at the base of a wall by tub. If these multiple maintenance issues could be addressed it would be a really good budget friendly place. The staff (front desk in and out, maintenance & housekeeping) was exceptional though!

Need an additional chair in room with a party of 2-3 people. Toilet seat was loose. Water pressure was not strong.

Rooms big but no place to hang clothes, no chair or table to watch tv from, bagged breakfast a joke!

the bathrooms are too small for anyone that is using a walker.

I had requested a wheelchair-accessible room, and was never told anything to the contrary, but when arriving there apparently was not one available. I am in a wheelchair and had some large, heavy bags that I needed help with. The desk person was rude and dismissive about my request for assistance; consequently, I had to haul, inch by inch, my bags, while he stood in the parking lot 10 feet away, chatting with someone. He finally "came around" and became more friendly and helpful, but it was not a kind beginning, especially after a long difficult day of travel. He himself was also parked in the one handicapped parking spot, though he's not disabled. He did eventually move his car and let me park there, but still. The hotel is a bit shabby and there are some kind of shady-seeming clientele (shirtless in the hallway, smoking and "hanging out" at the entrance). It all ended up being okay...but not great.

Front desk lady Jessica very rude and inconsiderate . I drove 3 hours from my hometown to stay here and she wouldnt let me because of age . Was rude about it didnt offer help nothing . Poor customer service

Super nice night person working. The next morning, new woman at the counter was asleep. Woke her up and told her that we only received 2 of our 3 breakfast bags (you select from a paper and you pick up your bagged breakfast in the morning). She said nothing she can do. The next morning, asleep on the counter again. Maybe this isn't the job for her. Carpet in the room was disgusting, paint peeling on the walls. Again, the best part of our stay was the sweet woman that works nights.

I think the security deposit should be cheaper than $100 maybe $50 at the most

There is a required $100 at check in Pros: clean and near restaurants and retail stores as well as tourist attractions. Cons: Desk clerk very inattentive at check in, never made eye contact. We were initially doubled charged for the room. Spent a couple of hours getting that addressed. The room is ok if only staying the night. We rented the Deluxe King sized bed with jetted tub. If you are staying longer be aware that there is no closet or dresser to put your clothes. There is only one chair in the room at the desk.There is a dining table but no chairs and placed in a corner so basically not usable. At about 11pm a man use he key card and tried to gain entrance to our room. He had been given our room. When we notified the desk we found that she had supposedly moved us to another room and never told us. This poor man had this happen twice. And as far as a free breakfast - well there isn’t any. Apparently you get your choice of a muffin or granola bar and you are to choose at check in. We were not told. They then leave your selection in a paper back at the desk. There is coffee but the orange juice dispenser was nothing but clear water. They didn’t even move the tables and chairs so they could be used. At one point the desk clerk was lying in the couch in the lobby. AND do not use their “room service” it is an off site restaurant and took over an hour and half to get our food. When returning from the “breakfast” our key card would not work. Had to have the reprogrammed.

All staff that I encountered were very friendly, helpful & compassionate. Kudos 👍👏👏

We came for Cotton Row 10k. We stayed here last year & everything was great, so we chose this motel again.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was under some renovation but nothing crazy. Bed and pillows were surprisingly very comfortable. Room was basic but fit the bill for a place to sleep as we were passing through Huntsville

Very dated and run down. Stayed in room 115. The room had a smell similar to right guard. The bathroom ceiling vent was rusted and was very dirty. The ceiling had a water mark. No luggage rack. No closet. Definitely never stay there again. I apologized to my wife every time we came to the room. We was in town celebrating her birthday. I definitely should’ve read the reviews. The breakfast was a joke.

The breakfast is poor. I can't eat gluten, so I had coffee and an orange.
