Loved they put away from the playground inside. Indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub. Suana didn't work. Hot tub motor went out the night before we went to get in. Restaurant was very nice to have there. Several things to do for kids and things to enjoy. Large hotel. Breakfast was free and wonderful.

First hando capped lift for pool was mot working and according to pool gaurd hadnt for a while 2 nd heated pool is only heared when its real vold it was ti cold for comfort in the pool 3rd spring was comming out of mattress on side stuck me a couple times had to take off my prorhesis and crawl to pool

The play area, mini golf, and ping pong was lots of fun. The pool, hot tub, and sauna were great, however, we didn't know it was only open 5pm to 10pm on week days. The restaurant was delicious and a fair value for the amount of food.

The room and the facility was very clean. Indoor pool and mini golf was cool. The breakfast was free 6-9am. The only thing that was a bummer about the breakfast is that the water dispenser in the cafe was missing. I had to go to the actual kitchen to get a cup of water from staff. Should be way easier to get water. Food was hot breakfast buffet style. Fruit selection not great.

Great stay! Really enjoyed the FunDome!! Only complaints are that it was pretty hot downstairs lobby/play area and that the pool was supposed to open at 9am on Sunday and didn't open until almost 10am.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who's in the area. If you are a couple like us you will enjoy the delicious breakfast with made to order omelets that is included in the price of staying at the hotel, the fact that the hotel is well maintain that the rooms are clean and well maintained and that the jacuzzi is hot and there's an indoor outdoor pool and on site restaurant. If you have children, you will really appreciate the fun though and the fact that there's even a lifeguard at the pool. This is a perfect set up if you are going to a conference at this conference center and your family needs something to do during the day. I have paid so much more money to stay at dumps that are not maintained and not clean. We will always stay here when we're in the area.

We left the hotel due to the main reason we booked was for the pool and hot tub. The pool was full of algae on the outside area. The hot tub was luke warm and the jets did not work. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms looked fine but we didn’t stay.

Found roaches in our room there was food left in a draw from who knows how long. The place just really needs updating. The first morning they ran out of food. I had called to add another night before I got there and was charged for it twice when talking to the manager somehow it was my fault because I didn’t cancel but 6. But I was already there after much going back and forth she said she would give me a refund this time but be sure to cancel before 6 next time. I still don’t understand why I need to cancel when I was there. We did enjoy the breakfast just the first day they didn’t have much also enjoyed happy hour. The pool and hot tub were nice.

I was staying in a Jacuzzi suite. While using the jacuzzi tub an old wad of hair came out and was floating around in the water. GROSS! The carpet in the room is sticky and makes my feet immediately dirty if walking barefoot! The king bed is so old and used that it's like laying in a bowl. After ALL those issues I discover a cockroach crawling around the TV area!! Since I live in town, and was trying to have a mini staycation, I decided to leave my room and go home to get a good night's sleep. This was the worst experience I've had at this hotel other than the time the entire jacuzzi tub just didn't work at all!!! * I've been trying to upload pics and the videos, but it's not working!*

The room just looked dirty, especially the bathroom. Not only did we see mold, but we did not feel like we could walk around without shoes on. The place definitely needs a renovation, inside and out. The parking lot was also in bad shape and so were the roads around it. Staff was okay but not overly nice.

The property was extremely dirty inside and out. the remote control that was white had so much dirt on it that it was black. The ceiling look like it was falling in and the room looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks.

Blood stains on comforter, two plastic pieces on tub floor bc below those plastic sheets, the tub sunk way down, no hot water, old walk unit set at 55° and tv on when I first arrived to the room- I found out the air stayed at that setting or nothing, and the TV wouldn’t turn on so it stayed on all night. The front sliding glass window could be opened by an inch and probably further if I was stronger- it was held shut by a very thin rod, so I propped the recliner up against it all night. The door was rusted and I had to push hard with my weight to open it. The room smelled mildewed. The commercials are very misleading. The carpet was new and the front desk staff were nice- the only positives.

This was our 2nd time staying at this hotel. Our main reason for choosing this one is for the kid amenities(indoor/outdoor heated pool, hot tub and play area) but overall the hotel condition is not great. The beds are old, definitely need replacement, large visible mold staining in the ceilings, probably from leaking roof issues. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of food to choose from but everything was cold and we arrived at 7am to eat. Thinking/hoping it would still be hot. A good idea would be for the hotel to have microwaves available in the buffet area so guests could warm up their food if they preferred. Overall our kids were happy with the stay so that makes it a bit easier for the parents.

It's an older building but the staff seems to work hard to keep it cleaned and maintained. My room's AC didn't seem to work properly for the duration of my stay; it would work well at times and not so much at others. My room was large enough for my family and pet.

The beds were comfortable and the room layout was nice. The sofa bed was very old and with uncomfortable springs so it was better to sleep on it just as a couch. The ceiling outside the bathroom had water damage and left flakes of drywall on the floor in front of the sink. All the staff was very nice and accommodating and the breakfasts were good! Oh. Also it gets noisy at night. Even after the pool closed there were kids running around and yelling even past 11pm and last night even until 1am. So, just be aware that could happen.

I didn't realize, and their website doesn't specify, that there are inside and outside rooms. I was dissatisfied that I got there, they booked me an outside room and I had to pay extra for an inside room. Breakfast was great variety and hot.

It was my first time staying there, I made the reservation online but when I got there to check in there’s was nobody in the lobby to take care of us, we waited for 20 minutes and after that I look around to find someone to ask and I found the security guard who was very nice and look for the clerk but she was nowhere! We ended up waiting 2 hours to check in after he made several phone calls trying to get someone there!😡😡 After that they besides to give us an apology they didn’t try to compensate us in anyway! I was expecting at least a discount on our stay or a rain check to eat in the restaurant but they did not do anything and I didn’t like the way they manage this situation!😡

Our experience was wonderful! The room was clean and cozy, and every staff member we met was incredibly helpful. Brunch is well worth the extra cost, though the free breakfast isn’t bad at all. I also loved the noon checkout—it made leaving with kids so much less stressful. We’d definitely stay here again!

I stay at this hotel often. Overall maintenance of the hotel seems to have gone downhill. I was on the third floor this time and the ac turned all the way down could not keep the room cool. When i made a comment at checkout nothing was done or offered for this. I felt as though it was just brushed off. Little disappointing.

Mcm fundome is my go to hotel,on the other hand we reserved the jacuzzi suite only to notice black mold in the ceiling of our room and water leaking from the ceiling. I addressed the issues to the front desk and had me moved to another suite down the hall. Once settled in ac wasnt functioning right, room was warm i didnt bother telling front desk because it was only suite that was available. We left to our function that evening ,when we came back later that night we turned on the lights and found roaches crawling over counters and bathroom sink. I had a very bad stay this weekend and will not be staying here in the future. Mcm fundome has gone downhill with the maintenance to the rude dining room staff and housekeeping attendents.

The facility is conveniently next to the highway, plenty parking, nice and clean hotel and rooms. The food is good and can't beat the free breakfast! All the employees that I did deal with were awesome and really helpfull. Thanks for help my rest for the night!

We were not impressed at all with the breakfast. The waffle maker was blocked off, the food was all cold, water came out of the juice dispensers, the floor was all wet around the drink station. The hotel is dated but clean. Only one elevator was in operation.

Had a very enjoyable stay. Felt very comfortable. Backside parking could be a little more lit up but everything was very clean and quiet. Disappointed in the breakfast buffet. Everything tasted old and stale. However the lady cooking the omelets was on point. I highly recommend having her make you an omelet they were delicious. Overall I certainly enjoyed the stay. The only thing keeping me from giving 5 stars was the food on the breakfast buffet.

Its a great price but its run down, kids running around and ocer taking hot tubs and pool. Paper thin walls with teenagers just left in rooms being loud all night. The only good thing is the 2 free drinks per adult and good breakfast buffet but you better eat by 30 minutes before cut off because they start picking up food from the buffet and pushing you out the door so they can get money for the charged brunch.

Absolutely loved this hotel not only was the staff very friendly and inviting but they also serve Free Breakfast from 6 to 9 am and you get two free drinks per person from 5:30 pm to 7pm which is a steal of you ask me not to mention they have an indoor/outdoor pool Hot Tub and a play area for children to play. Among other stuff
