The hotel staff are exceptionally friendly and so kind. Front desk staff especially were amazing and very understanding. Housekeeping was prompt and helpful and very quick. Pool and hot tub was an added bonus and I enjoyed having access to a gym right near my room.

Check in was easy. Very courteous staff. Had an inside room. They have an inside pool and miniature golf course. Very beautiful fountain. We had never had Indian food. But they have an amazing restaurant that was very patient with us and helped us eat some amazing food. We will stay here again soon.

The room was not at all what we expected. I think it was over hyped on the website. We could not enjoy the pool due to it being dirty. I think it’s weird that they allow the bar to go till 2 but can’t use the lounge area upstairs past 10. Makes no sense when the music blares thru the rooms from the bar. Everything was way too expensive. The drinks at the bar the drinks at the restaurant and you pay a fee at the door to the bar and they take your wrist band if you leave the bar. House keeping was good but the mirrors windows and walls where dirty. The towels were in my opinion a little too dirty so we resorted to using our own. I say the website could definitely update the pictures.

Main reason for booking was the pool. The jacuzzi was down and the pool was freezing! Walls are very thin and we had noisy neighbors. Decent free breakfast. Okay stay for the price.

Breakfast was good. The rooms were dirty. One room was missing a floor lamp which the other room had. There were spots on the bed linens. Worse thing however, was blood stain fingerprints on the door between the adjoining rooms! I wiped it off as it was freaking us out and if we were not so tired I would have asked for another room. When I reported it on checkout the next day, the person at the counter first argued with me that there was nothing and that the room was clean. I should have taken a photo. Only after I insisted he responded that he would notify the property manager and give me a free night next time we stop by. That is never going to happen.

Room was nasty and dirty looked like it hadn’t been swept all the drawers from the nightstands to the ‘dresser’ has trash and crumbs. My microwave stunk so bad we asked to get a replacement or something done about it we couldn’t even open it without it making the room stink!! Asked multiple times for something to be done and nothing done. A lamp didn’t work,Phone didn’t work for them to ‘call us about the microwave’ so we had to leave our personal number then to top it off plugs did not work and the shower was disgusting with old dried soap like it hadn’t been cleaned either.

I ordered towels to be deliverer two days in a row, and I never received them. On the second day, I searched for housekeeping to get them myself. There was a dead cockroach on the floor near my bed, and waiting for the water in the shower to warm up took more than 10 minutes. If you need cheap, fast, and somewhere just to sleep, then this could be perfect, but I won’t be staying here again.

There was roaches in our room, we stayed for 3 nights and they never came to clean the room even when twice to the front desk to ask for the housekeeper, no clean towels, everything was out of service, hot tub was dirty and really cold! DO NOT STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT ROACHES ALL OVER YOUR BAGS!!!

My employee’s review: You know the first room (inside door)…AC rattling/noise, toilet running, mini fridge making noise… 2nd room (outside door)… - had no wall outlets by the desk area, so had to move the desk across the room each evening to be able to plug in the cord and work (they moved it back every day) - bed had 4 big/thick pillows, but were all extra FIRM - you know I like firm pillows, but with as thick as they were it wasn’t comfortable, I just slept without one - vanity lights and two lamps didn’t work, had to leave bathroom light on see by the sink - you had the pics of the overloaded power strip lol - there’s a bar by the office, they were blaring music/base last two nights until 2am (I could hear it in the room), I put my ear buds in when I was working and played some music on my phone when I laid down to drown it out. If you want quiet you better request a room on the other side of the hotel/motel - inside area smellls; it’s like a combo of musty and a slight curry smell hits you as soon as you open the doors They guy was super nice and polite, I just wasn’t changing rooms a second time lol

On arriving at our room we noted a cigarette burn on the bedspread and an inoperative light. Called the front desk and within 5 minutes he was there with someone from housekeeping and spare bulbs. Changed the bedspread and remade the bed, fixed the light and checked the others. Room was clean and comfortable. We had an outside room and heard noise, even though there are nearby train tracks. Not the greatest place, but the staff made up for it.

There were shoes marks on the TOP part of the door and one of the locks did not work. There was no working tv service. I felt uncomfortable going up to the room on both nights because there were many men roaming the parking lot and “loitering” outside of the rooms. There is a “club” on the grounds, so there was loud music and patrons talking loudly, throwing up, and revving engines past midnight. I tried getting a room at another hotel, but they were booked, so I returned and waited in my car until I felt safe to walk upstairs to my room.

When I got there at 4:00pm no body was in front desk I had to wait for 10 mins for someone to get there, there is a ice machine in front lobby, a man was grabbing ice with his hands and loading his cooler, front desk didn’t even tell me my room number, no kind of information just rude, when we got into room, housekeeper came and said room was not ready, she needed to bring towels, later, we asked for a extra pillow, front desk said come get it,the 2 nights we stayed it was loud people banging on our door, arguing in hallways, outside was people just standing looked like prostitution, not a good experience at all

Will not be staying. Check in was not easy at all. Front desk wouldn’t listen to my concerns and my extra requests wasn’t even done. The whole place had an odd smell to it, sheets, hallways, everything. Will not be staying again.

The staff, especially Alex at the front desk, were incredible. I cannot express how friendly everyone was. They constantly went above and beyond for the guests while we were there. The hotel was clean and in a great location. I rated the condition in the middle because it’s an older building that needs some upgrades but they were actively working on the remodel and if you’re planning on staying here by summer 2025 then it will probably be done by then. If you’re coming sooner then you may encounter some remodeling work and not all the facilities finished. The pool was down while we were there but they have a putt putt corse for free in the atrium, I really hope that stays because it was super fun. Overall this was a great experience and we would absolutely stay here again.

Nice bar on this property. The Indian food isn't something everyone with like for this area. Try your best to tell front desk you want a inside room instead of outside. Great area for anything you want to do whether it's shopping dining or bar hopping. I've stay here tons of times.

This property is outdated. I requested a non-smoking room but it reeked of smoke. The towel racks were rusty old. Went to breakfast at 9am...food cold, ran out of coffee, runny Waffle mixture and there was no fruit. I would never stay again or recommend for anyone to stay there. The property was dirty and old.

Ice machine broken, hair dryer, tv, lamps. NO brand name drinks in coke vending machine. Our case of water and cokes were taken by house keeping. It's a trashy hotels, free breakfast wasn't breakfast at all limited items were put out for guest. My husband tried to make waffles but mix was too watery. Dirty tables. I didn't eat breakfast just looking at the place made me sick to my stomach. I would definitely NOT recommend this place at all. Go to Motel 6. Much nicer and about same price.

Our stay was fine but the breakfast servers were very rude , we went down for breakfast at 9 am , breakfast ended at 930 , I asked if more was going to be added cause everything was empty and they said yes , 20 min went by and nothing was brought out , so I went to front desk to ask if we were going to get our breakfast for our kids , and they said everything was gone and they had nothing to serve us , , I told them why weren't we advised of that , that we had been waiting cause they told us they were bringing stuff out , and he said he didn't know 😠😞 , I will not be booking this hotel again
