The room was beautiful and staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant and bar were excellent. It was very convenient to stay where my event was being held. The pool area was gorgeous especially at night.

This hotel is beautifully designed and possibly the best one in Odessa and Midland area. This may be the fanciest hotel in the area. The lobby, bar, pool, gym are definitely enjoyable. With that being said, the hotel rooms and amenities definitely shows some minor wear and tear due to high usage. Complimentary parking facility was nice to have. Housekeeping was lacking quite a bit. Room was semi cleaned with visible debris when we first arrived. Beds were sloppily made everyday (could be a training issue). Most staff were delightful with exception of our one encounter with a Couple of morning staffs in the lobby with very unfriendly stare. Overall we’d give our stay here a 4 star rating.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay and loved that there was a restaurant on-site. We enjoyed the evening piano music to accompany our dinning experience and drinks at the end of the day. Great place to stay 😊

Ridiculously overpriced. Same kind of room 1/4 this cost. Parking the absolute worst. Dining was tasteless and incorrectly cooked also extremely over priced and not worth it at all. Housekeeping came knocking repeatedly at 9 am even with "Do Not Disturb" sign up. By far one of the worst experiences ever.

The staff here is so welcoming and really work to make sure that you are well taken care of and that your needs are fulfilled. Everything was so clean and spacious. I was there for business and the cleanliness and amenities made the working from the hotel so much easier. Only thing I did not like was that there were a lot of noisy guests. But I don't believe that's the hotel at fault.

No microwave in room. Neighbors were extremely loud, front desk took long time to address this issue. Spoke with manager on duty, she was EXTREMELY bothered by us letting her know we were not having a good stay. Night time staff is completely clueless. We are Bonvoy members and they still charged us for internet.

The girl at the front desk was so sweet. I was frustrated after a long day and having trouble finding the entrance. She was so patient with me over the phone giving me directions and greeted me so warmly when I checked in. The restaurant staff at Barrel & Derrick were awesome as well. They exemplified exceptional hospitality. The bartender was very friendly and taught me a lot about the area. Also, the property is gorgeous and my room was impeccable. By far the nicest room I’ve ever stayed in. And wayyyyy better than advertised which is super rare! Super clean and well maintained. Thank you for creating such a memorable experience for me.

It was a good initial impression- clean, modern look, staff at front desk were pleasant. We were disappointed with the noise coming from another room ( above us maybe)- sounded like footsteps, or workers repairing something at around 1-2 am. Awaken by noise at 1 and wasnt able to sleep. We also attended a birthday party held at the hotel- overall it was good but the banquet manager was so unpleasant with my friend who s the mother of the birthday celebrant. This might not be relevant to the “stay” review but would like to inform Marriot of this event held on January 13th.

No microwave in room. Neighbors were extremely loud, front desk took long time to address this issue. The property itself is great! However, check in was at 3 and our room was not ready until 5. We were there for a family event that started at 6 and ended up being late because of the late check in. They offered free access to their club which did us no good because we were at our family event. Their excuse was they were sold out the night before. They offered a king room with a cot once they saw I was upset. But for 4 people that was also unacceptable. The ordeal was very inconvenient.

We upgraded to the King Suite and got the only room on the second floor. It has a large balcony and is directly next door to the M Lounge. Super convenient and spacious. Our family had a great time. Food is delicious, the decor is beautiful and it has a Torchy's across the street.

Beautiful place to stay! Comfortable beds and very clean rooms! Dave and Barrel restaurant in the hotel had superb service. The food was absolutely amazing as well. We will definitely be staying again.
