The maintenance around the property is rather poor from the exterior down to the rooms. Broken tiles in the elevator, caulking slathered around the tub without even sealing the tub. Paint chipping off the wall above your head as you shower. My room smelled of mens cologne when I walked in and the toilet paper roll was less than half full meaning they didn’t even bother to put a new roll on even though it was sitting right there. Rather disappointing compared to other Quality Suites I have stayed at in TN. Breakfast also was extremely limited to egg Pattie’s, toast and one flavor of yogurt basically.

Just not a nice hotel. Old, smelled bad, no updates, never could get the shower to heat up, pool room covered in mold and mildew. And on top of all of the I seemed to have interrupted the receptionist vape break to check in. Rude and unfriendly.

There was a horrible smell on the thrird floor near the ice machine. There was a few old air conditioners setting in the hall there. I believe that they was causing the odor. Other than that i enjoyed my stay. My room was clean and cool.

It was disgusting I will never stay here again. There was leaks in walls mold stunk like dog pee etc there was even black mold in the pool.

The whole place needs a good cleaning. The pool area needs a major update. Not well ventilated so the paint is falling from the ceiling as well as the walls. Our tub spout was leaking constantly. The staff was really nice.

I didn't even stay here after seeing how trashed the outside was... and read the reviews AFTER I booked. While I'm sure there are some employees working hard there, the building is literally falling apart. I can't believe it's allowed to operate. Ate the money and booked a better spot down the street.

Room had ants in the bathroom sink coming from drain and overflow. Carpet was stained and dirty. Microwave was unplugged and would have to move cabinet to plug it up. Clock was unplugged and had to be reset. Bathtub drained very slowly and water accumulated around your feet while showering. One of the beds in the queen room was so close to ac/heater that it blocked the air flow and was not enough room to walk between the bed and the air unit. Bath fixtures such as toilet and tub were old and outdated. Refrigerator did not keep beverages cold.

Checked in around midnight with my wife and 2 kids. Went to the room and it smelled funny. After trying to sleep for a couple hours I woke up coughing. After turning the lights on to take a better look the AC and the walls by the window were covered in mold. The ceilings had stains from water leaks, the drapes were stained as well from apparent water exposure. I went to the desk asking for a refund seeing we had only been there a couple hours. He said no "we had been asleep already". I showed him pictures still no change. No other rooms were available either. I had to drive another hour to near by Knoxville to rent another hotel room. So now I\'m out the 2 days I paid for only 2-3 hours tops at this run down hotel. I am filing a lawsuit in their county for this. Expedia should do a better job of checking their list of hotels.

Let’s start with the good; beds were comfortable and no bugs. The bad; mold and holes all over the ceilings, dirty shower, cobwebs hanging from the ceilings, chapstick and Cheetos in the pull out bed, mattress on the pull out couch was covered in brown stains….the non smoking hallway smelled horrible of both cigarette and weed smoke.

It had stains on the curtains and one on the floor. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. The pull out couch bed was so dirty that you wouldn’t want to sit on it let alone sleep on it. There was no management around to talk to. We stayed one night and left and went somewhere else for our second night.

I’ve stayed at many cheap hotels over the years and this was the worst. Shower head broken. Water was luke warm. Front desk kid was not friendly…rolled his eyes at me when I asked for a replacement key. People talking next door all through the night and the walls did nothing to muffle the sound.

They have new platform style beds on metal frames. Every movement reminds you of the sound of a truck emptying a dumpster. I even looked for the truck, it was so loud.

The room I was in could definitely use an uprade, bathroom needed an exterminator and work on sink faucets, toilet and tub faucets. AC /heat unit runs continuously, no auto setting and no heat at 40 degrees. I have stayed there before and all was good, guess I was in an older part this time. I like the location, it is near my family.

We got in late they still let us check in. There was a weird extra 3 dollar plus charge at end the clerk couldnt explain i just paid to be checked out and on our way. Breakfast was good

The hot water in the shower did not work on the morning I was checking out. I reported it to front desk, I asked for a room for a hot shower or a refund or discount. The front desk clert said since I booked my room with a Third Party ( Hotels.com ) that the hotel wouldnt be able to help me with a refund or even a room to take a quick shower. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL

The hotel really needs to be deep cleaned. The entry smelled of dirty mop water. The front desk clerk..didn’t get his name no name tag- did not greet us and was VERY RUDE!!

The bathroom wall was filthy. It had boogers on the wall. Under the sink had a shelf made out 2x4's and plywood. It looked awful. In the morning I had to take an ice cold shower. The eggs that were served for breakfast were awful. I didn't even bother trying the sausage since it was laying in a pool of grease. The employee interaction was the only good experience.
