Cleanliness is top of the list and this one was perfect. My granddaughter really enjoyed the beautiful clean pool. The staff was awesome from front desk to breakfast to housekeeping! Friendly, helpful and exceeding expectations to meet customer I would highly recommend Holiday Inn Express and Conference Center to everyone. Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

Really nice stay for a quick overnight on our way to visit family. The beds were comfy, breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our kids just wish we had packed bathing suits!

Our first room #418, our room wasn’t clean, we fd hair and food crumbs in our beds, also lady bugs were present everywhere.we got another room 408 it was clean but the ladybugs again were present. I was offered extra points since I’m an IHG rewards member but since I reserved and pd thru a third party they couldn’t gv me the points. I’m requesting a discount on the charge of the room or gv me the xtra points.

We stay at a Holiday Inn Express every time we travel. This was the worst experience we have had. Took the person working the front desk a little bit to show up and greet us to check us in. We got to our room and there was a yellow stain on the comforter of one of the beds. Then we went to get in bed in the other bed and there was blood on the sheets, looked like they hadn’t even been washed. Had to go down to the front desk and get new sheets and a comforter to replace on our beds.

Neighbor was up yelling and laughing from 12p-1a until I called the front desk and complained. They did come immediately to tell them to quiet down. They somewhat but I guess the walls were thin because I still heard them talking for another hour.

The staff are great , the breakfast was great also . Have stayed there twice before everything was great . This time not so, the room was the pitts . Tub drain backed up toilet leaking keep coming on to put more water in the bowl automatic blinds messed up . Different side of hotel very very nosie . I'm not sure but probably the last time 🤔👎🙁 .

Everything was wonderful except, the bed was a little soft for my liking. My husband loved it though. The room was spacious and clean. There was an abundance of towels for us to use. The breakfast was adequate. We waited until 9am to get breakfast so, it’s our fault that the food trays had been sitting out for a while. The eggs were wet and had no flavor. The oatmeal however was spectacular. Overall, I rate this property very high and would definitely stay again.

Place was clean. Staff was extremely friendly!!! Tried call the front desk and the cord to the hand set had come disconnected unknowingly. By the time we figure it out the desk clerk was knocking check on us. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
