Ice machines on level 1 and 2 didn’t work, had to go to level 3. Overall, room was clean, bed was comfortable, quiet. Nice pool that stayed open late for the kids to swim. Breakfast was okay.

Building doors are duct taped to stay open, so anyone can walk in 24/7; poor security. Pool drained. Building is tired overall. Rooms aren’t terrible, staff is nice.

Run down hotel, had to ask twice to have overflowing trash at the entrance removed. Locks on outside doors didn't close properly. Found our room door lock was not working. Won't be stopping here again.

The room is comfortable and as advertised. It is clean and the bed is comfortable. I was VERY disappointed to find that the pool was closed since I never would have paid this much. I did it for the pool after driving for 9 hours and my room is not refundable. The ice maker only works on 1 of the 3 floors. some of the doors to the outside are unusable. It appears that perhaps the 3rd floor may be under construction since there is paper rolled on the floor all the way down the hall to protect the carpet. It is nice that you get access to coffee/cookies/1 free water bottle each day in the lobby. The check in was smooth and the customer service is fine. The Cracker Barrel next door is convenient.

Elevator was out of service, upgrades on carpet in service, they locked me out of my room, somehow there needs to be a way of adding pet friendly when selecting the room, i choose a king bed and sofa, when i got there, because i had a pet i was given two beds and a chair. Room went from number 300 to 123. The second night of my stay, i was locked out of access to my room, i was worn out and tired, had to walk around to the front desk, young man said, oh no your in 133, i said my stuff was in 123, well after a couple of front desk trips, he finallly went with us, showed him 133 was empty and 123 had out stuff in it. Im glad no one got rid of our things from their error, we were worried about that.

The hotel was installing a new roof, the entire front parking lot was blocked off, so parking was not good. The roofers were throwing debris from the rook on the ground, walkways, and my room balcony was full of dirt, dust, and roofing tiles. The noise went on until 10 PM on Saturday the 11/2 making sleep impossible. Had there been a warning the hotel was under construction; I would not have stayed there. I won't be staying there again.

The lady at the front desk was kind and helpful. Our room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was great too. I’ll keep this place in mind for our next road trip. Definitely an above average budget hotel. We just wanted a safe place to stay for the night with our kids. What more can you ask for?

The staff at this property is excellent but they can’t make up for the tired condition of the property. The room was outdated and smelled like smoke- dirt in stairwells, elevator broken. They offered to switch rooms but we felt that this would be an issue in all rooms and wasn’t worth the hassle. As the child of a former smoker it was obvious that it was stale smoke from years ago- like they had just slapped a coat of paint on the walls and called that remediation. I was surprised at the condition of this place vs how it was portrayed online. The rooms, hallways etc are in need of a total overhaul. There are other hotels in immediate area that have to be better.

The first room we were in smelled strongly of mold and there was a cockroach crawling in the bed with us. We requested a new room which ended up being a little bit better despite the deflating pillows. The breakfast is nothing special, the bagels were stale and the juice was watered down. The coffee they leave in the rooms is absolutely disgusting. Also, most of the ice machines, and the elevator, were out of service for a majority of our stay. The staff is very nice and helpful, though.

Room never cleaned, had to ask for clean towels twice. Small roach crawled on one of the beds when my husband was sitting in chair beside bed. Parking lot entrance areas very dirty, needed basic cleaning. Desk lady at check in was very nice and helpful. I did bring issues to there attention. Was very disappointed, could have stayed at super 8 much cheaper and most likely cleaner.

The rooms could use some upkeep. The sliding glass door lock was broken, but a bar had been installed to prevent entry by others. The room could have been cleaned a little better. There was food that had been dropped under the table from precious occupants. All in all, I would still stay at this location again.

Terrible hotel! Run down and dirty. My room was dirty and none of the surfaces seemed to be cleaned after the last person. Carpets were dirty and dingy. Not vacuumed. Bathroom was horrible. After the first night my co worker had to move rooms due to bugs in her drapes that flew out when she moved them to open the window. Smelly hall ways and smelly rooms.

Room 204 was not properly clean. The whole perimeter of the bathroom had BLACK MOLD coming out of the walls/ceiling. The sheets weren’t clean and the floors seemed to not have been cleaned anytime recently. They didn’t even offer a refund when shown the images of the black mold growing from the walls (which is extremely toxic btw) on top of that neighbors were very loud continuously slamming doors until 11pm.

I was not suppose to have my card charged until checkin so I can pay diff but it was 6 hours before we got there. I asked for extra pillow, got it at 530 pm the second night of two. Overall, they stay here was okay. THE GOOD: - rooms were updated - bathrooms were nice and plenty room - staff was kind and attentive - a/c worked well - breakfast was pretty good - Balcony was nice bonus for morning ppl to sip their coffee THE INCONVENIENT: - hotel location itself was back out of the way and GPS did not pick up exact route, but easy to figure out using pinpoint on Maps - sheets smelled clean but needed a different fitted sheet bc it was stained but service staff was prompt and brought a new fitted sheet promptly. - TV did not work. You could turn it on but could not change channels at all or change volume with remote

This is my second time staying at this property. The price is reasonable and while it is an older building it is clean. The beds are very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The staff are a friendly and the overall noise was minimal. The hotel is comprised of two buildings, meaning you must go outside to go from front desk/breakfast to your room, but not far. One of my favorite things is the outside access from the room, at least the ones I stayed in. The first had a sliding door to a patio and the parking lot, the second a sliding door to a balcony. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you stay in Morristown.

We liked the breakfast and location. The room was clean and looked like it was updated. But the AC unit was loud and at 8 am on Sunday a loud noise like a vacuum cleaner woke us up and did not stop for a half hour. This is a little early for the cleaning crew to start in my opinion.

The evening front desk check-in guy was very nice. When we got settled into our room, we noticed some construction tools, drywall dust & an unfinished repair job in the corner. It looked like the workers realized it was quitting time but never cleaned up after themselves. When we mentioned this to the front desk he was very apologetic and offered to move us to the only open room, which happened to be in the lower level, basement. We explained we didn't want to move, we had unpacked & were on our way to dinner. He left a message for the day manager. When we checked out she was there but the front desk day clerk said she was on phone & not able to talk to us. I left my phone number with the message regarding the construction mess in our room. I was told she'd call me. So far, i haven't gotten a call. Id think at least an apology would be in order. I even took a photo to show her the mess.

To say I was impressed is an understatement. We had a great stay at this property. Easy check in and out, free water and cookies upon check in, free hot delicious breakfast and coffee and extremely clean. The staff throughout the property were friendly, kind and engaging. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Had to request room change. First one still not lean, under construction,noisy and had flies galore. Receptionist was very unaccomodating and unhelpful. Grounds were very unkept and need attention.

This is a convenient location (right off freeway) next to a Cracker and Barrel. There are ample parking spaces (well lit at night) and we did not have any problem to park our RV. The breakfast is very good. We got a room facing the freeway initially and could not get to sleep due to the road noise. I went to the front desk at mid-night and the staff switched us to a room facing the parking lot which was much quieter. We really appreciated the accommodation we received.

Nice hotel, clean, friendly staff. Conveniently located right off 81. Breakfast has a nice selection of food choices, but, skip the eggs. They are very watery and bland. My last stay here found many maintenance issues, which all seem to be completed. Still believe pet fees are high.

Staff is super, free breakfast was a huge bonus (eggs, bacon, biscuits & gravy!!). Very convenient location off the interstate but near back-way into the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area.
