I would not recommend this Hampton Inn. They are currently under renovations, however that was not the problem. The rooms were very bare, dusty and not well kept up. The exterior door did not work, the staff was smoking week under trees in the parking lot, the pool was closed and the bathroom did not have a walking shower for my disabled parents.

The construction is an absolute war zone they are months behind schedule and the beautiful lobby from the pictures is trashed… the pool is seasonal and closed till may… very disappointed, our room has terrible lighting, peeling paint, and no dresser or drawers for our clothes… they should have warned people that it was this way

Parts of property being remodeled so there is a small amount of dusty debris only in the foyer. Workers very good about cleaning up after themselves. Otherwise the other areas, including room are tidy & clean. Had a good night’s sleep on a comfortable bed. Enjoyed a chocolate chip waffle in the morning.

Looks like the facility has been updated recently, but still needs work. The first room we went to couldn't get in. They said the battery on the door was bad and gave us another room. When we went into the next room the temp was 55 degrees. Took over 2 hours to get to the mid 60's. Only got to 68. The elevator was freezing. The breakfast was the highlight of the stay.

NEVER AGAIN- tub drain stopper was broken so just shower, which caulk was coming off and you could see mold, someone’s pubes on the so called “fresh folded” towel in bathroom, we had to buy our own cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom toilet rim you could tell was black - clearly not cleaned daily between guests !!

Awful. Very pricey for the room I got. Carpet had stains all over it. The fridge I had to unplug cause it made a very loud noise as did the fridge in my employees room. We worked that night and did not go to sleep till 4:30am. At 9 am the cleaning crew was banging on my door and tried to come in my room. I had the extra lock on. My employee they did come in his room why he was sleeping after banging on his door. I told them I was sleeping and they knocked on my door 4 more times until I just left even though checkout is not till noon. Will not return to this location.

The hotel was recently renovated and the entry area is nice!! The room was a good size and comfortable. The hot chocolate and coffee all day was great! The staff was extremely helpful, especially after my child left a card in the room when we checked out that was turned over by the cleanup crew and was able to be retrieved by family.

The room was really nice but a little chilly. It was 3 degrees outside and the heater was blowing warm air on 1 side and cool air on the other. We were so tired that we bondled up and just went to sleep. We were only there for 1 night.

Not the best stay this time. Have stayed here 4 or 5 times before. We had a room with 2 Queen beds and both mattresses were awful. They were soft and lumpy and definitely should have been replaced some time ago. Very disappointed. Also, loud noises from the people next door at midnight made sleeping an issue.

If you need a stop not too far off I-40 in East TN, this is a clean and convenient spot. The hotel was superb with a good breakfast; and all day coffee & cookies. The staff were friendly. There are a few restaurants not far from the hotel. Beyond that, it's also close to Carson Newman University for those making college visits.

Alway stay at Hampton Inns when traveling. No more. This location was like staying in a dirty motel room. Did not enjoy our 3 nights at the Morristown location. The staff was very unfriendly at check in and during our stay. t

I stayed for 4night And 5 days and NOT Once did they do Beds or pick up trash in our room. I went to the desk three times but NOTHIng. Had to ask for towels from the lady with the cart twice. Thank goodness I was inly there gor a wedding and will NEVER BE BACK!!!

Pleasant facility! Unlike some reviews I found the breakfast to be quite good with many options to choose from. The room was comfortable as was the bed. While the bathroom was not a newly decorated one it was clean and well stocked with soap, shampoo and clean towels as well as hair dryer and ironing board. It is located on a busy road and was loud initially and quieted as the night came. It is a good choice for a comfortable short stay and would stay again if needed!

We stayed at Hampton Inn Morristown so we could be close in proximity to Panther Creek State Park where we went hiking. It was very convenient to the trail head we were going to. The food choices close by were also good.
