Employee at check in was very nice. Told us everything we needed to know about the hotel. The room was recently renovated and was very clean and had everything we needed. Would stay here again.

The shower was a drizzle of cold water The stopper in the sink was not working. No water pressure. Lighting in the corner where the heater is was

Room not ready. Was not allowed to check in until after 9:00pm. TV didn’t work in room and wall paper glue was all over the floors in the by. They would not tell me why my room was not ready or accommodate me with another room! Very unprofessional!! I fell I do not need to pay for my stay!!

Staff was amazing. The food was a bit overpriced for what you got. The room was clean but the wallpaper was coming off in places and the plumbing needs to be evaluated; it was iffy if the toilet was going to flush and go down. The A/C was amazing! My mom was literally wearing a coat and sweats; I had just had surgery so the room was perfectly cold for me.

Hallways and elevator were dirty. No hairdryer in room. Ordered breakfast in the lobby restaurant and it took 40 minutes (there was only like 3 other people there so it wasn’t a crowd problem). Just overall very average experience and not what I expect from a Courtyard.
