Our family of 6 stayed here over the weekend and really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was super nice and our room was really good. Had plenty of space for all of us to sleep. The only complaint I had is about the Pool. We took our kids to go swimming, and the Chlorine was so bad in the air that it burnt your eyes just sitting in there. If they can get that fixed the pool would of been a great place.

The pool was FULL of chemicals. It changed 1 swim suit from bright pink to purple and another 1 from bright orange to purple. It also dried out and changed the color of my children’s hair. It was an awful experience

The building was under construction. When we booked there was no warning or info about the inconvenience. We paid full priceish ($292.69 for two nights plus $25 for insadentals). Our floor was getting new carpet. Got stuck in room 3 different times with in two days for them working the hall. Which caused us to be late to family events. The pool was getting shocked the first day. The second went swimming for 20mins and realized there was a light haning in the water. (Pool light, but still could shock the kids pulled it being off the wall). The staff was friendly. But definitely no apologies for the mess. Or any competitions.

There was water dripping into a garbage can from the second floor into the dining room on the first floor. We were on the top floor and there was water on the floor between the toilet and shower. I am not saying it is the same water since our room was not directly above it but they clearly need to fix the plumbing. The front staff were very friendly and welcoming.

I really wanted to love this hotel. It is in a convenient location that is frequently visited by myself but there are a few things that turned me off to this property. Upon arrival, I checked in and was sent to my room. Online I had booked a “Double Room King Bed” that was shown to be very spacious with chairs and a sofa pull out in separate area than the bedroom itself. I was informed that they “do not advertise double or conjoined rooms” and blamed it on the 3rd party website for advertising and selling me such. I was disappointed to find the room much smaller than what I had intended to pay for and felt short changed. The cleanliness of the room itself was poor. Trash was left in the waste bins and the shower was filthy, neglected to be cleaned prior to my stay. The pillows were also not the best so the overall comfort of a good nights sleep wasn’t in the cards!

The manager gave me the room for free because of the smell and a wet spot on the floor. Therefore I wouldn't stay at the one in Columbia, MO again, even tjyrhe manager made me whole.

The bed was hard as a rock. Pillows were tiny little squares that made it hard to try and get comfortable. Overall I didn’t sleep well and my back was killing me when I got up the next morning. Also the location is a bit tricky getting into and out of from the main road.

The front desk staff was amazing. It took about 10 minutes to get checked in as they wanted to make sure the room eas clean, which I can greatly appreciate. Even though it was 40 minutes after 4 (check in time) I will wait. The front desk lady spoke with me and offered water while i waited. Very friendly.

I checked in on the app around 12:30 which it asked when you will arrive starting at 3p which is what their check in policy is. At 3 rooms were not ready for our basketball team . We finally got into at room at 4:15 because I had to have them switch our room out for one that was ready!! These rooms were booked in advance. If we are expected out by noon these rooms should be ready at check in time!

The friendliest staff checked us in and we’re SO helpful! I had 7 rooms reserved for a soccer team and the perks (24 hr fitness and pool) were perfect for our group! Rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was pretty good and again, the staff was great! Definitely plan to stay here again when we travel through Columbia!

We have stayed at this hotel quite a bit and it has always been great. I don't know if they are renovating or what- there are no signs anywhere, but the window in our room was blocked out, which was a bummer. The staff at the front desk in the afternoon/evening was pretty unfriendly and seemed generally annoyed. Also, the hand towel in our room was not changed and was dirty. Not a big deal, but combined with the other things was bothersome. The lady working in the mornings was so friendly and nice, which was a bright spot. Overall, a safe area and there are a lot of restaurants nearby.

Front desk staff was on a “break” no one available to check me out at 7 am. So I waited until she returned only to be told “I can’t print you a receipt, you booked through Expedia” Even though I paid at the hotel. Hotel was average at best. I expected better for more than $200.00/night

I was in Columbia visiting my college-aged son. I've stayed at several hotels in the last 4 years, and surprisingly, I haven't stayed here. Without question, this is the best one so far! Customer service was friendly and authentic - shout out to Gena, who was so friendly & welcoming. I liked it so much that I canceled my reservation at a different hotel for graduation weekend and rebooked my stay here. The rooms, food, and service were all wonderful!

The only thing I can say that wasn't good was the fruit salad at breakfast. Because it contained mostly grapefruit, we were unable to eat it because of taking a statin. Since many people take statins now, it would be best if other fruits were used. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay.
