The sleeper sofa in the room was very dirty (and the gigantic hairball in the main elevator was disgusting). Providing breakfast is nice, but NOT only from 7 - 10 a.m. As a traveler who needed to depart by 6 a.m.--without even coffee available--it was a huge disappointment (esp. for the 4 teen boys I had in tow). I did appreciate the front desk clerk providing me with an extra blanket upon request. All in all, it was a place to sleep for a few hours after a concert at The Prudential, but I would not return.

Parking was $11.00. The room was clean. The hotel was quiet. It was only one mile from penn station. Staff were pleasant and professional. Everything thing we needed.
