Stayed 2 nights

The staff was very personable in the beginning. We looked at the room and it was not clean. They would not change us to another room. Looked like dog feces stains in several areas. I have lots of pics. I pulled the covers back and the sheets and pillows had stains on them. I was disgusted by seeing all of this. Housekeeping was sent to change the linen. I used a towel to wipe the floor with peroxide. Disgusting to see the dirt on the towel. Can't forget first glance, the comforter was so worn and being OCD didn't help. My anxiety level was so high, l couldn't sleep. We didn't stay the second night which was paid in full. This was the worse stay in a hotel l have ever experienced.

It sufficed for a one night stay. I was surprised by the interior as it seemed like a budget hotel and not the Hampton Inns I am accustomed to staying in. There was not makeup remover wipes which is a nice tough. Also, the bathroom light made it difficult to see to put on mascara. I don't know why motels rarely offer the extra 2x mirror. However, it was clean and the staff was pleasant. I didn't eat the breakfast and cannot rate it. So, I give it a four star.

Stayed 3 nights

My family and I stayed at the Hampton Inn Rock Hill for three nights while attending a baseball tournament, and we had a wonderful experience. We booked a queen suite, and it provided more than enough space for our family of four. We especially appreciated the separate dining area and living room seating, which allowed us to relax, watch TV, and feel more at home after long days at the ballfield. The staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Anytime we needed extra towels, toilet paper, or anything else, our requests were handled quickly and graciously. Breakfast was delicious each morning with plenty of options available. While the hotel became a bit busier on Friday night and Saturday morning, everything remained well managed, and we never felt crowded or uncomfortable. Overall, this was a clean, comfortable, and family-friendly hotel, and we would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Rock Hill.
